i go to a dolls night kinda dealie every week at a bar nearby and i'm always very warmly greeted by my friends but i also struggle to approach anyone new, i find myself sometimes ignored by people who i have had conversations with, and generally even when im included i feel like my presence within any givin conversation is negligent and would go fairly unnoticed if i wasnt there to begin with. this is pretty consistent every week at this point and idk what im supposed to do differently, idk how to be an interesting person

does any1 kno how to make and maintain friendships and have consistent conversations with poeple and not be lonely depsite having ftiends who want to reach out to you and hang out with you and uhm yeah
