Seridux gets a new Ribbon (the KH/FF kind of Ribbon) as a gift from Xigbar during the story, and I had some adjustments made to their coat so they too could have a stylized coat like several of the canon members do (ie Demyx's bigass shoulder pads, Axel's thin sleeves, etc) to help them stand out when they have their hood up.

It's already that time again. Time for our Kingdom Hearts OCs to shine!!

Tomorrow is July and that gives everyone a month to complete their pieces for the week.

As always, you are welcome to use any of the past prompts for the event. You can find them listed on our Carrd.

So, I had some extra time this week. And I designed myself as a keyblade master LOL I absolutely love Birth By Sleep and ship Terra and Aqua HARD.

Enjoy my designs. The keyblade was incredibly fun to design and I am very happy with it.

KHOC Week Day 4 - Dream

Lamia has nightmares nearly every night, brought on by the curse of darkness in his heart—but lately, he's been having other dreams as well.

He's in the plaza in Radiant Garden, and someone is standing in front of him, asking him something. It's a different person every time he has the dream—Aerith, Arno, his parents, later even Xigbar shows up—and a different question: What do you fight for? What are you most afraid of? What are you most scared to lose? Who do you need to forgive? Deep, philosophical questions that aim at the heart of who he is.

He never knows how to answer. Even when he thinks about it, tries to look inside himself, really consider what he's being asked...no answer comes.

When he tells Xigbar about these dreams, the old man instantly recognizes what they are. Somehow, slowly, Lamia's keyblade is waking up, and he's starting to experience the first halting steps of his Dive into the Heart.

But it's not supposed to be this jumbled or confused, it's not supposed to happen more than once, and it's only supposed to happen around the time a wielder first holds their keyblade. All that could be chalked up to the keyblade not being at full power yet—but also, Lamia's supposed to know the answer to the questions. Is he that disconnected from his own heart, his own sense of self?

One night, what seems like a Dive into the Heart dream turns out to be a particularly nasty nightmare that ends with him plummeting through the air towards a massive stained glass floor. The glass depicts Hollow Bastion under the reign of Maleficent, a ring of Heartless symbols, the curls of smoke that appear with his curse. Major parts of the image are missing, shattered out, including his own face.

And in the center, smiling back at him, is the face of his father.

Day 1: Introduction

Here he is!! I know I'm a day late to this but I fell asleep while drawing him-

This is Freyja Kanaria, the little brother of Freyr Kanaria. He is very anxious, paranoid, depressed, and traumatized, but he does have his moments of happiness. Okay, okay- I'm gonna stop being serious for a second because I have to mention I made him the LITERAL REMNANT OF GOD ITSELF. Anyways :3

His current keyblade is named "God-ish Offering", Which is the second strongest keyblade next to the actual fucking X-blade?? I know I made him a little too op but I love him and he's grown on me-

He also likes drawing, like me! He likes to carry his sketchbook around everywhere and will literally have a panic attack if he doesn't have it with him at all times. It's grown on him :')

He's also a masc presenting Agender person who uses He/They/It!

KH OC week 2024 - Day 1: Introduction.

''What if unversed will get it's own heart?''

name: Hajime (self-chosen name) | age: ??? | gender: male | experiment № ??? | keyblade wielder

short description: Hajime is a "not very successful" experiment of one of Ansem the Wise's apprentices, but that gave him a body in which his heart could now exist. Now he has his own weak, imperfect heart, and a body to match. At the moment he was created, and for a long time after, he was in a very deep sleep. For the worlds outside he slept for more than 10 years, but all this time he tried to get used to his new heart, understand it, and wake up for the first time.

For Hajime this was his first internal awakening, 'cause all this time before he was just a creature driven by instincts, filled with negative emotions. Finally waking up from a long sleep, for him his whole body felt heavy, his bones bent for the first time, his skin was unusually soft and warm. Everything seemed painfully unfamiliar, he was lost. Hajime had a lot of questions in his head, all he wanted now was answers.

nature: Hajime is always more susceptible to his negative emotions, while the positive ones are somewhere deep inside, hidden and very difficult to reach. This makes him emotionless most of the time, where anyone would smile or laugh he feels something strange, and it is hard for him to give free rein to natural positive emotions, they always get like a lump in his throat. He has yet to understand what is happening to him.

my comment: For me Hajime is a child between me, the Kingdom Hearts universe and my huge interest in it. Another attempt to create an art project. I decided to see what interesting things I can come up with within this universe, try myself in something new, absorb new knowledge in the concept, design and other things that I love based on Kingdom Hearts. I was amazed by many interesting scenario, design and art decisions made by developers. Hajime is also my personal huge experiment on the basis of "what I am capable of and what can I learn".

I can't say for sure what awaits him in the future, but for now he is motivation for me. (and now there is a good reason to rewatch Disney films)

I'm very luckily returned on Tumblr and came across this event. I am also very glad that now i had reason to share the already finished concepts and ideas of this character, who has been with me for quite a long time and has survived a kind of creative hell in my head lol. + sorry for my english, i'm not a native speaker!

KHOC WEEK DAY 7 - FUTURE - @khoc-week

Managed to draw what I wanted for this day !!! I am really pleased with how it turned out. I also wanted to write a fic to go along with it but that would take me MUCH longer to complete and I really wanted to stay on schedule.

So!!! The future of the firsts.

I should start by saying that Kairi plays a big role in saving the firsts. Her light is what broke them out of their blinded states and reverted them back from their monstrous forms to their human forms. As such, they all feel the most safe and comfortable around her and tend to stick by her during their recovery (no matter how much Kage and Saorise would deny it). Cecil has an especially hard recovery because of the fact that they were awake for the entire time - and yet they're scared to fall asleep. But with Kairi near them, they don't feel as scared to fall asleep and are able to sleep soundly and explore the dream realm while doing so.

Kage is honestly at a loss with what to do with himself after being saved. Without Ira, without the union, he feels as if he has no purpose. Saorise doesn't mind not having the foretellers around, but she does feel as if something is missing and she can't seem to accept the fact that she misses Invi - she also likely misses the amount of admirers she had within her union but that's neither here nor there.

Once they've recovered enough, Cecil is able to tell the other firsts that they saw the foretellers and luxu meet within the keyblade graveyard - they were distant and so they couldn't hear what was being said - but they definitely saw them. So once they've all fully recovered they set out in search for their foretellers to finally get some answers. But when they feel as if their sins are creeping up on them again, or are feeling too defeated, they return to Kairi's side and her light gives them hope and safety once more.

Another event is over and done. And just like all the others, it was simply incredible.

We were able to meet so many wonderful characters. Each one different from the last! The passion each of you poured into your characters is evident. Thank you for taking the time to create and share them with us.

This year's event was the largest turnout we've ever had!

KHOC week day 5 : Unique

Something unique about Tamie is her weapon. She began fighting with a metal bar and which Merlin then transformed into a hammer. Her weapon's name is Hoshi Tsuchi.

The hammer have multiple forms. The handle can be quite flexible and can even expand. Tamie has a great range and can be effective againt single and group of ennemies. She's also pretty good in the air. Fast or ennemy with high defense can be troublesome for her. She can cast spells with her weapon too.

Tamie has some special spells. Each spell cost a lot of energy and can't be abused, after using one she's pretty much done. They do a lot of damage tho. Her spells are inspired by stars and their element is light. For now she has 3 :

Star Rain : She summons Stars in the sky and make them drop causing damage when they hit an enemy. Wide range. The farther the Star Rain is casted the more energy it consumes. Can't be used inside, a sky is needed. Better at nightime.

Nova explosion : Creates star-shaped masses of light energy. They explode in a domino effect when Tamie chooses to make them . This one is very flashy and it's best to close your eyes when they explode. Wide range. Can be used pretty much anywhere. Allies can be hurt so they have to be careful. Tamies can make the stars bigger but it requires more energy.

Stardust Ray : Less offensive than the others, this spell is more flexible. It has a time limit which can increase the stronger Tamie gets. It enhance her physical abilities making her able to jump higher or running faster for exemple. It gets tiring quickly hence the time restraint. This one is not the strongest but with creativity you can do a lot of cool things !
