Dream | Official Trailer | Netflix
Dream
A soccer player that falls out of grace becomes the coach of a group of homeless men training for the Homeless World Cup that will be held in England. Is the over used plot of the underdog, we know what to expect and it doesn’t disappoint.
I liked the film even when it touches in a very superficial way how people see the homeless. Each men has a story of love and struggle and I like to see that the tournament helped them finds out and kept them together as a support system.

THE FACE READER
GENRES: Historical, Drama
SUMMARY: A traitor’s son and grandson try to make their ways in the world amid their talents, superstition, and a royal coup.
THIS MOVIE HAS EVERYTHING: Brushmaking, supportive uncles, malnutrition, giggling gisaengs, teen kings, face reading, prophecies, survival, tiger hunting, poison needles, and blindness.
HOT TAKE: TBH I thought that face-reading would have a much bigger impact on the plot considering the title of this movie. Yes, the face reading talent of the main character ignites the plot of the movie, but it was a simple mistake on his part in Act II that gave the rest of the cast freedom to take over the story.
What a great role for Lee Jung Jae, though. He really seems to have fun with a villainous character role and we love it just as much.

Hoo-nam to Seon-ja ("Sons And Daughters"), and Sung-shil to Ji-eun ("What Is Love?") :
"I was raised in this house. What makes you think you will be treated different than me just because you married my brother? You will end up like me in no time. Fearful, silenced, beaten down, your confidence tread upon, your womanhood thrown in the dirt. Why are you doing this to yourself? Do you know how much I hurt? Why do you think I am the way I am?"
