A felső képen vélhetően a nyitás közeli állapot látható, a telt házas kerthelyiséggel és mögötte az átalakított volt Nádor szálló épülete (akkor már a Floris cukrászda), ami egyben a Polo -bárt és Polo klubot is magába foglalta.
