जयपुर. राजस्थान के दो जिले अलवर और भरतपुर जिले (Alwar and Bharatpur) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र (NCR) के तहत आते हैं. एनसीआर में वाहनों के लिए बनाए गए नियम इन दोनों जिलों पर भी लागू होते हैं. एनसीआर के वाहन नियम कहते हैं कि 15 साल के बाद वाहन का दुबारा रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं हो सकता. आसान भाषा में कहें तो 15 साल बाद वाहन बेकार हो जाता है. जबकि शेष पूरे राजस्थान में 15 साल बाद वाहन का दुबारा रजिस्ट्रेशन…
