Lesson02. 새로운 작업 파일을 만들어 봅시다. 새로운 작업 파일을 만들게 되면 작업할 소재의 설정과 좌표 설정 등을 먼저 지정해야 합니다. 이중 가장 핵심적으로 구별해야 하는 부분은 Z Zero점을 설정해야 하는 것인데요. 그에 대한 설명은 이미지의 그대로 입니다. 설정법에 대한 특징을 설명하자면 다음과 같습니다. 1. 소재 표면에 Z Zero를 설정했을 때 작업하는 소재의 두께가 바뀔 때마다 CNC 실제 작업시 소재 표면에 센서를 놓고 Z축 상대좌표를 다시 찍어주는 번거로움이 발생합니다. 그리고 아크릴 같은 수지계열이나 목재등의 소재는 두께 편차가 있기 때문에 가공 깊이에 대한 오차가 있을 확률이 많습니다. 기본적으로 이 방법은 마이너스 가공을 한다라고 지칭합니다. 2. 소재 바닥에 Z Zero를 설정했을 때 작업하는 소재의 두께와는 상관없이 CNC 실제 작업시 베드판에 한 번 Z축 상대좌표를 설정해주면 이후에는 재 설정할 필요가 없습니다. 베드판을 기준으로 가공이 되기 때문에 소재의 두께편차에 따라 가공 깊이가 왔다갔다 하는 경우도 거의 없다고 보아도 됩니다. 이 방법은 플러스 가공을 한다라고 지칭합니다. 이 두가지의 설정법에 따라 VCarve에서 작업 방법이 달라지거나 하는 것은 없습니다. 하지만!! 꼭 주의 해야 하는 것은 있습니다. VCarve에서는 1번과 같은 소재 표면에 Z Zero를 설정해 놓았지만, 순간 2번으로 설정했다고 착각해서 CNC 베드판에 Z축 상대원점을 설정을 했다면 베드판을 가공하는 대참사(!)가 일어나니 착오가 없어야 합니다. 이 반대의 경우는 허공에 가공을 하기때문에 문제는 없습니다만 웬만해선 헷갈리는 일은 없어야 합니다.
