misc just dance character hc post bc i’m bored in the car and stuck in traffic

bunee is a decently popular streamer online. he has a very decked out streaming setup (as do most people in cyberfunk. they do NOT fuck around when it comes to computer setups) and plays a variety of games. for vibes, definitely very similar to ghcoffee. one frequent kind of stream he does is ranking outfits worn by celebrities at award shows and other big events.

asterina once did a motivational talk/panel at long inc.

padam padam takes place in the virtualscape… but lexy doesn’t know this. beforehand, she was an activist and one of nithe long’s biggest and most influential opposers. due to this, she was one of few coaches who had her memory wiped when sent there, and her map is more isolated from other areas in the virtualscape.

unai, zoey, urban, and lukas are all coworkers at a fun center in dancity, a building that houses multiple attractions. unai runs the roller rink, zoey runs bowling, and urban and lukas work the prize counter, while also subbing in for absent coworkers occasionally (this is due to both of them being newer hires).

ruben once did a summer internship at arty’s muesum for part of his degree.

si’ha nova has been long time best friends of kaa’rik and masi’el for years. the traveler is also friends with them, but he’s not as close. the four of them have occasional get-togethers.

I still can't believe that Lexy and Eliott are from Dancity, if I'm honest I was hoping it was from Cyberfunk, or rather Virtualscape because that would explain the reason why Eliott is trapped in some kind of core and Lexy is in a strange place.

And I also can't believe that my theory about Training Season taking place at Cyberfunk has come true 😦 (I developed that theory when I saw the preview)

Also, how obsessed is the Just Dance team with putting almost every map in Dancity!?

I mean, look at them, their doing that hand holding move guys its canon-

Anyways, hc:

- Something something Sofia was experimenting with bring drawings to life like she did with Vita Tinta and Arcobaleno when BAM, Paige was created and came to life

- Sofia didn't know what to do so she just created a world for Paige in her sketchbook and later gave her a boyfriend

- Everything was great until Paige's boyfriend broke up with her, so Paige asked Sofia to erase him from existence

- Paige soon got curious about the outside world and asked Sofia if she can go and explore the Danceverses

- After a bit of struggle, Sofia managed to make Paige human size and get her out of her sketchbook (just trust me on my weird backstory alright-)

- Paige soon started to travel to all the Danceverses, but she soon traveled to Cyberfunk, where she met Lexy at a party

- The two instantly got along and became friends

- Soon, the two started to catch feelings for each other

- Paige didn't know how to handle it, especially after her last break up (also she's never dated a human coach since you know, she isn't exactly a “normal” coach)

- Lexy on the other hand was oblivious to her own feelings for a long time, since she's never fell in love before

- After a long slow burn, the two confessed and started dating

Dating headcanons:

- Yapper (Paige) x Listener (Lexy)

- Based on Paige's map, I like to think Paige loves to go on dates often, so she & Lexy go on dates often anywhere in Dancity & Cyberfunk

- Lexy on the other hand prefers to go to parties for their dates or just stay at home together

- Paige tries to teach Lexy how to draw, but she isn't much of an artist

- Lexy also tries to teach Paige to dance like her, but she can't keep up with her lol

- One time, Paige has accidentally almost got water on her arm which almost caused her arm to rip apart, which caused Lexy to panic and spam call Sofia for help (Paige is fine now but that accident gave Lexy a heart attack, Paige joked about it afterwards, which didn't cheer Lexy up much)

- Idk why but I have this funny hc that Paige cooks badly but Lexy doesn't know that since she doesn't have any taste buds lol
