I am getting kind of worried about the hard drive of my mind and the things it is retaining .... now realised why Crowley and Lightning seemed familiar to me......
This is what I remembered.....
I realised it's part of an Adam Ant video from 1985.... Vive le Rock.... might seem an odd thing to compare with Good Omens.... but remember I have said before Crowley is to me is lots elements of my past / youth / fascination all mixed up in a melting pot for the Now! ..... And I worked with Mr Ant for 2 years in the 90s. SO HE would be in the mix somehow... I am researching for my long essay... that will bore you all stupid...lol but it might free up some room in my head!
Here is the full Adam Ant video for Vive le Rock, the album of the same name was produced by Tony Visconti (another David Bowie link). Wait until you get older. You too will have a brain full of weird information... you need to download.... basically to replace with Good Omens lol....mwwaah!

thinking thoughts about how from nina's pov aziraphale is a huge slut who not only has a twink goth bf who drives to his bookshop everyday and follows him around like a puppy but also has random naked men lying around and somehow she's not surprised to learn that and crowley in her pov is twink goth w maybe possibly a husband/bf but who also has the slutty bookshop owner as a side piece like she really looked at them both and went 'are you a huge slut or are you a huge slut bc it's probably both'

-the bookshop-
gabriel, whistles: nice place you got here.
aziraphale, frantically searching for something to cover gabriel: yes, well, the humans seem to like it. aha! *pulls out a sheet, turns to gabriel* this should be suitable. at least, until I can figure out what to do with you.
gabriel, beams: thanks, aziraphale *holds his shoulders, hugs him tightly* you’re the best friend a guy could ask for
aziraphale, blinking: *muffled* don’t mention it *holds up the sheet* please put this on.
crowley, enters: morning, angel...
aziraphale: *still being hugged*
gabriel: hello :)
crowley: ...
aziraphale, removes himself from gabriel, brushing himself off: I can explain.
crowley: *turns around and storms out*
aziraphale, sighs: great. it’s oscar wilde all over again.
gabriel, concerned: oh dear. did you want me to mind the shop whilst you go after oscar?
aziraphale: ...
-the next day-
crowley, heading towards the bookshop: okay, I might have overreacted. I’ll hear him out. there's probably a perfectly rational explanation. there's nothing going on. it’s fine
crowley: *enters the bookshop*
gabriel, dusting shelves, wearing one of aziraphale’s soft jumpers and some spare clothes: *whistling happily*
gabriel, smiles over his shoulder: hello again :)
crowley: ...
crowley: *goes outside*
crowley: *angrily releases lightning*

I see two possibilities for Crowley exploding lightning in the street in broad daylight
A frustration in his relationship with Aziraphale (possibly exacerbated by Gabriel's presence)
He's been put in charge of the bookshop for literally any finite amount of time and by ten minutes in loses his shit

thinking about Crowley having his little ‘temper tantrum’ in season 2 (with the lightning)… thinking about Crowley having a temper tantrum (with the lightning) whilst they’re in littlespace… thinking about caregiver Aziraphale seeing this and just being so done (affectionately)… thinking…

That whole counting to ten thing doesn't necessarily work well for humans either. Count to ten, then still do something stupid. Poor angy demon. 👿

Why is the lightning going not only into Crowley but also into the Coffee shop?🤔 Or maybe it's going from him two ways?

Has anyone commented on the similarity between these two scenes?
In the first one, S1 Gabriel arrives at Tadfield Airbase via lightning bolt, clearly a bad mood.
In the second, its S2 Crowley letting off his bad mood via the same method.
Or is it just a way celestial beings express their annoyance, given we both the following examples expressed by demons:
Thoughts?
