通过《什么是声波？》一文已经明白声音的传播实质上是声波的传播过程，物体振动产生声波，声波被人或其他动物的听觉器官所感知，才称为声音。我们将正在发声的物体称为声源，因而声音总是包含一定的频率范围，人耳可听的声音频率范围从20Hz到20KHz，在这个范围内，哪怕声压级大小完全相同，但人对相同声压级的感觉也不一样。低于20Hz的声音，称为次声，高于20KHz的声音，称为超声。狗和猫等动物可以听到高达50KHz的声音，狗和大象可听到12Hz以上的次声。

人和动物既可作为发声的声源，也可作为接受声音的接受者，但当作为声源和接受者时，二者的频率范围是不相同的，如下表所示。作为声源时频率范围较窄，而作为接受者时频率范围较宽。

在这里，我们主要考虑人耳可听范围内的声音，也就是20-20KHz频率范围内的声音。主要介绍以下内容：

1. 什么是纯音；

2. 声音的频率成分；

3. 空气声与结构声；

4. 声音的传播路径；

5. 怎么评价声音。

1. 什么是纯音

只包含单一���率成分的声音，称为纯音，如敲击音叉发出的声音（256Hz），口哨声等都可以称为纯音。在变速箱中，对于转速稳定的工况，也容易出现纯音（啸叫），纯音出现的频率通常是各级齿轮的啮合频率或者它的倍频。

如下图所示是某齿轮箱在转速稳定工况下的噪声信号的频谱图，从这个图上明显可以看出，存在三个纯音，而这三个纯音则是当前档位下各级齿轮的啮合频率或者是它的倍频。

也有单位这样判断纯音，对噪声信号进行1/3倍频程分析，如果某中心频率处的声压级���比相邻中心频率处的声压级值大5dB（单位不同可能判断的标准也有差异，如有的单位采用6dB）以上，则应为该倍频程内存在纯音。如上图所示的信号，其1/3倍频程如下图所示，可以看出在1000Hz，1600Hz和3150Hz处的声压级值比相邻中心频率处的声压级值大5dB以上，因而可以判定在这些频率处存在纯音。这一点也可以从上面的频谱图中得到确认。

2. 声音的频率成分

通常，声音的频率成分不会简简单单地只有一个单频成分，更多的是由多个纯音，有限数目相关的谐波或无限数目不相关的单频成分组成。如下图所示，我们可以把声音的频率成分分成以下四种情况：

（a）有限数目的谐波纯音，如在某个固定转速下变速箱的啸叫。啸叫声为某级定轴齿轮对的啮合频率以及其倍频。

（b）有限数目的非谐波纯音，当传动装置存在多个传动路时，就会存在多个齿轮对，每个齿轮对都可能出现啸叫声，并且还有相应的倍频成分。

（c）无限频率成分的连续谱，这种频率成分类似随机噪声，包括所有的频率成分，并且无主要的频率成分，如路噪就属于这种情况。

（d）复杂频谱：既有若干纯音，又有连续的频谱，也就是说既有随机噪声，又存在一些主要的单频纯音，如车内噪声和飞机噪声就属于这种情况。

确定声音的频率成分，一定程度上能帮助我们确定噪声产生的原因。另一方面，当需要降低噪声时，很多时候，主要是降低幅值最大频率处的噪声成分，这是因为幅值最大的噪声成分对总声压级贡献最大，降低它的大小对降低总声压级最为有效。但有些时候，也不一定完全有效，除了考虑总声压级以外，还需要从声学设计的角度来考虑，降低噪声不是一个简简单单的“打鼹鼠”游戏：谁高打谁。

3. 空气声与结构声

在NVH领域，经常谈到空气声与结构声，这两种声音是如何界定的呢？

空气声与结构声的区别在于传播路径的不同，空气声是指声源发出的声音直接向外辐射，在空气中（路径）进行传播，最后到达接收者的位置。结构声是指振源激励结构振动，通过结构振动引起接收者附近的结构振动，振动的结构再向外辐射噪声到达接收者的位置。如敲鼓声则属于空气声，影片中人耳贴近地面听马蹄声则属于结构声。

如下图所示，汽车发动机作为声源或振源，首先振动通过悬置引起车身地板和车顶棚振动，振动辐射的噪声直接到达接受者位置，则该声音属于结构声。另一方面，发动机作为声源，直接向空气中辐射噪声，这些噪声通过一些孔洞传递到接受者位置，则这类声音属于空气声。

针对汽车而言，空气声声源主要有发动机、变速器辐射的噪声，发动机附机辐射的噪声，例如水泵、发电机、风扇，进排气噪声，路噪和风噪等。空气声穿透车身隔吸声材料到达车内，通过空洞和缝隙到达车内。

结构声的主要源有动力系统、路面激励悬架敲打车身，风噪激励起结构局部振动。结构声主要通过发动机悬置，与前壁板连接的管路、拉索，传动轴，排气系统吊耳等到达车内。如局部板结构被激励起来后，会对车内辐射噪声，会与声腔模态耦合共振，空腔模态会与噪声源的某些频率共振。

通常，结构声通过模态匹配进行控制；空气声通过声学包装进行控制。通常，在低频时，结构声占的比例较大；在中高频时，空气声占的比例较大。

4. 声音的传播路径

在振动领域，我们讲“源-路径-接受者”模型，同样的道理，在声学领域，也谈“源-路径-接受者”模型。任何发声的物体都可以当成声源，声源发出来的声音可以在任何弹性媒介中进行传播，也说是声音的传递路径（空气路径和结构路径）更广，最后传递到接受者位置，通常把人耳当作接受者。

声学领域的“源-路径-接受者”模型中，声源可以是单个声源，也可以是多个声源同时发声，各个声源性质不同，变化不同。汽车的声源主要分三类：动力系统（包括发动机、传动系统和进排气系统）、路噪和风噪。在汽车速度低时，发动机是主要噪声源；在中速时，轮胎与路面的摩擦是主要噪声源；在高速时，车身与空气之间的摩擦变成了最主要的噪声源。

对声源进行噪声控制是噪声控制中最根本和最有效的方法。研究发声机理，限制噪声的产生是根本性措施。如减少振动、破坏共振、降低摩擦、减少碰撞，减少气流压力脉动等都能使声源产生的噪声降低。

声音的传递路径主要是两条：空气路径和结构路径。对传递路径进行控制也是常用的办法，如果从声源上来降低噪声受到局限，那么从传递路径上处理可能大有可为了，如隔声、吸声、隔振、减少振动幅度等都是有效的措施。通常用吸声和隔声来达到减小噪声的目的，汽车上许多部分都安装了吸声材料和隔声材料。使用不同的材料使传递路径不连续也是方法之一，如使用减振垫等，改变路径结构通常是采用优化设计使隔振效果最佳。

从“源-路径-接受者”模型中的第三个方面，即接受者来考虑，也是很有必要的，比方佩带耳罩或耳塞，或在隔声间进行操作等。但从汽车行业来讲，似乎更多的是从模型中前两个方面来考虑，对接受者进行保护较少。在分析源-路径-接受者模型时，最主要的又是接受体，一切从接受者出发，即应从顾客要求出发，来确定噪声大小和声品质。

5. 怎么评价声音

按“源-路径-接受者”模型来评价声音的话，通常对这三个方面进行以下评价：对声源进行声功率测量，用��评价声源向外辐射噪声的大小；对路径进行噪声源定位或者是对某学声学材料或部件进行吸隔声测试；对接受者进行客观的声压评价和主观的声品质评价，如下图所示。

对于作为声源的机械设备或产品而言，通常要求声功率满足一定的标准，这样才方便比较同类或不同种类机器辐射噪声的大小，或用于检测机器或产品是否超过噪声规范的上限，或者产品或设备发出的噪声达到相关地区，如欧盟的相关标准，才能在这些国家进行销售等。通常声功率不能直接测量，但可以通过测量声压或声强获得，如下图所示为对某HVAC单元采用声强法测量声功率的现场照片。关于声功率，后续将会有文章推出。

在声音传递路径上，通常使用一些吸声和隔声材料或部件，因此，需要测量材料的吸隔声系数等参数。有时为了降低振动辐射的噪声，会在结构表面粘贴阻尼材料。另一方面，也需要对路径上的噪声源进行定位，如果是稳态声源，用声强探头即可进行声源定位。如果是瞬态声源，那则需要用到声阵列来进行声源定位了。

对接受者而言，声音评价又分为两个方面，即客观评价和主观评价。客观评价通过客观测量来评价，不以人的意志为转移，最常用的参数是声压级。而主观评价，则属于声品质的范畴，人不同，可能对同一个声音的感受也会不同，因此，人对声音的感受带有主观性。
