V Headcanons

V can be very flirtatious when she likes someone (that isn't N) (Yes this is my Vhad brain speaking. shut up)

Huge tease and takes joy in scaring others

Ever since the pilot, she likes to sneak into Outpost 3 through the ventilation shafts

Gives lovebites to those she likes (I'm projecting a little here)

When she's bored and exhausted from putting up her badass sadistic woman front, she'll fly up to the roof of one of the taller buildings and stargaze. And just... think.

Random compliments will catch her off guard, but she always covers up her flusteredness by flirting back or just being sassy

Her sadism and mild insanity is actually a cover-up/coping mechanism. She doesn't take joy in hurting others, and a lot of her unnecessary killing is an emotional outlet, an attempt to feel something other than hatred and despair. (hence the "and yet? i still feel nothing!" line in the pilot)

Sometimes she'll also tell herself that killing worker drones is getting revenge on Cyn for ruining her and N's lives. She'll even somtimes imagine the worker drone she's slaughtering is Cyn

V is usually the first to wake between her, N, and J. She's made sure it stays that way, because then she can check and make sure they're still there; she does this to be sure Cyn doesn't rip them away from her again

She stays distant from N so they don't get too close again like they did in the mansion, because Solver hates love and thinks its gross, and it'll kill N in front of her face again if it has to, she's sure of it

Every time she wakes up, she looks around and checks her body to make sure Solver isn't experimenting with her again - to make sure she isn't being messed with

I think her love language would be acts of service. The moment she finds herself doing anything for anyone without them asking her to is the moment she starts to distance herself because no. nuh uh. that's just asking for solver to ruin everything again.

This is more of a general headcanon for all disassembly Drones, but I think they can switch between seeing through their 6 eyes on the top of their head and the regular 2 on their screens. That being said, V usually sticks with the 2 on her screen simply because that's what she was used to. She only switches to the 6 on her head when engaged in battle for that advantage, as opposed to N and J, who are usually using the 6 unless they need to scan an area (or N in episode 4. stupid fuck. love him)

It feels a little bit unique for a disassembly drone to have that type of voice as the other disassembly drones doesn't have a voice like yours...

Sometimes, it's quite crazy that a lot of the worker drones have falling in because of your voice to the point that it become one of your distraction methods.

Heck, V sometimes thinks that you have the voice of a siren in the first place! Well, she was a little bit right about that...

Though, there could be someone in the squad do envy you... I wondered who could that be...

Other than that, there were those times where N literally imagined by what your voice might going to sound like when you singed a specific song or simply humming a melody from that song...

Oh boy, there's probably a chance that he is starting to have some short daydreams of your voice as he looked like he was "zoned out" despite that sometimes happened.

In short, he really likes your voice... It sounded like that type of sound he would like to listen in daily basis...

Plus, V and J also noticed that N simply got flustered when the voice of yours starting to appear once more.

AU'S BABY, AU'S!

◁◀Details below▶▷ Warning: long.

Because im an obsessive, psychopathic insomniac with no supervision, on top of the mermaid AU I'm working on, I also decided that a murder drones cyberpunk AU needed to be real, and since no one's done it yet (I checked) I figured I might as well. This is that.

◇Story Stuff (Currently limited)

JCJenson in SPAAAAAACE founded a residential colony on Copper-9. Revolutionary technology allowed Copper City to be the first human settlement on a once thought uninhabitable planet, thus earning the galaxy's praises. Millions moved to the planet once it was finished and the company's reputation soared. Unfortunately for JCJenson, that reputation would soon crumble with a series of increasingly catastrophic events befalling the planet.

First was the infamous "robot uprising" in which hundreds of worker drones began attempting to abandon the city, and some even attacked their owners. The situation quickly escalated to a full-blown war between the machines and humans. As Copper City was a stand-alone settlement on a distant exo-planet, it had no military, leading to a mixed bag of JCJenson security personnel and volunteer soldiers to lead the charge against the malfunctioning worker drones. Many lives were lost, and in the end, the rebelling workers were driven out of the city bubble and into the snowy wastelands.

The second happened only a few months after the end of the war. The ⬛⬛⬛⬛ Event was contained to the Copper-9 branch HQ building. During the event, several worker drones were infected with a virus named ⬛⬛⬛⬛. "Patient Zero" was terminated and from there, all ⬛⬛⬛⬛ activity was easily dealt with. The silver lining to this event was that JCJenson technician "Tessa Elliot" was able to salvage many of the previously infected worker drones and repurpose them to clean up the remaining defective worker drones out in the wastelands. After rigorous testing and development, the new "Dissasembly drones" were revealed to the public, and following their debut were then sent to work. Results have plateaued in terms of terminating the remaining workers in recent years since the workers have built themselves a bunker. Serial designation "J" assures that given enough time, they will find a way in and continue with the extermination as planned.

And finally, the third and most dangerous event: the core collapse. Due to the sheer incompetence of lower-level personnel responsible for monitoring the status of the planet's core as the surrounding area is mined, copper-9 narrowly avoided a core collapse. Such an event would have resulted in total planetary extinction had it not been stopped in time by an upper manager. At the time JCJenson had little to say other than that they were sorry and that the near disaster had nothing to do with the worker resistance or ⬛⬛⬛⬛. They also took the opportunity of the press conference to tease a new project that would make Copper City safer than ever. We would later find out that this was referring to the previously mentioned "Dissasembly drones".

Copper City has suffered many close calls during its time, but today the city is thriving. Surely after so much trouble, there must be a reason those who live here decide to stay, and that reason is the soul of the city. It Never sleeps- always alive with freedom and opulence. Truly, Copper City is everything visionaries had been dreaming of what the future would be like. (But is that a good thing?)

◈ Extra Details

-Tessa was able to save many of the affected worker drones after Cyn went all cookoo crazy solver pants, but the company wanted them disposed of anyway. she proposed that they could be used to take care of the rogue worker drones and that's why they haven't been decommissioned.

-JCJenson higher-ups, demanded that they be disposed of after they had served their purpose. but Tessa plans to propose that theybe once again be repurposed into law enforcement when that day comes.

-After all why not? Tessa put a lot of work into making their modified murder drone bodies into effective, but pretty killing machines. If the public likes them, then they can be marketed. and though Tessa isn't the biggest fan of police in general, she'll take whatever she can get if it means her drones survive.

-JCJenson would love the idea anyway. Copper City is basically a corporate town already, just bigger. The human law enforcement is already in their pocket, so why not have literal robots loyal only to them carry out the law?

-Uzi would try to break into the city to gather intel and a power source for her rail gun.

-JCJenson still manufactures and sells worker drones, but since the war, they've modified the design so that they are much easier to deactivate if necessary.

-This design change is a literal off switch on the back of the head. Uzi does not have one since her parents built her and why the hell would they install one on their daughter? None of the drones at the bunker have an off switch. including those who fought in the war.

-Aside from that, all worker drones inside Copper City are digitally tagged upon purchase and activation. This makes it much easier for JCJenson and Dissasembaly drones to differentiate between a regular, legal worker drone and a rebellion worker that broke into the city.

-JCJenson's reputation suffered a lot during all that nonsense up there, so they really can't leave the workers alone. the public still perceives them as a threat. JCJenson does too, but more so for terrible solver demon reasons.

-That's one of the reasons that Tessa is okay with sending her friends off to commit genocide.

-Uzi is genocidal too though, so morality calls that a draw.

-I'm thinkin' that the Dissasebly drones probably have like, a roost or something inside the city that they can be deployed from. kinda like a cave of bats where they can recharge during the day.

-I think perhaps disassembly drones can go out during the day in the city, but only for a little while. and not at all outside of the city bubble.

-When I say "City bubble" just imagine the moon base from "Scooby-Doo Moon Monster Madness" cuz that's what it looks like.

"Soulmate." a short V x Uzi written scenario Eat up, my dear Vuzi enthusiast followers :3

Peeping her head through the small gap between the door and the wall of purple-haired worker drone's room, a certain female disassembly drone looks up at the elevated bed which Uzi laid on, scrolling on her phone with a facial expression of boredom — not noticing V staring at her.

Normally, V wasn't one to showcase her vulnerability with anyone. She'd always just push away her feelings and be more of the type to give open arms to any other drone she cared for who showed her their own vulnerability.

You'd have to gain a whole different level of V's trust to get to see even the slightest glimpse of any fear in her eyes.

Uzi was the one able to fulfill that so far.

Even if V was also somewhat close with N, her core found itself racing for Uzi and Uzi only.

With a taut and soft tone, V spoke.

"Hey, 'Zi?"

Surely enough, the purple-haired goth girl turned her head to the source of V's voice.

"Yeah?"

She raised a digital purple 'brow', as V walked in her room dimly lit by purple LED lights.

"You busy on something?"

Tilting her head to the side a little, V awaits an answer.

"Nah. Not at all, what's up?"

"Just wondering if you'd care enough to spare a hug."

Gears turned inside of Uzi's mind, this was certainly one shocking surprise. Serial Designation V? A little sociopathic, insane, and psychotic mass murderer, going soft?

Well you can't really not expect that from your own crazy girlfriend, but V's never the type to ask for something like that. As a matter of fact; V's never asked for anything outside of requesting for basic necessities.

"Uh, sure. I mean, I don't mind giving my own literal girlfriend something that I give regularly after all."

She joked a bit, snickering slightly.

"But first of all, are you okay?"

V didn't expect Uzi to catch on so quickly. But of course, being Uzi's girlfriend meant that she'd be able to know everything about you in probably under a day.

"I'm fine, why wouldn't I be?"

"You don't ask for this kind of stuff, well at least, not usually."

V glanced to her side, sighing in defeat.

"I just really need one right now."

Uzi found this as a fun opportunity to do a bit of taunting, as she smirked a little.

"Be a little more specific? What exactly do you need right now?"

"Don't make me take it back, Uzi."

The purple-headed shorty chuckled in response.

"Alright, alright."

She climbed down from her bed, leaving her phone on the desk as she approached V.

"The big murder puppy wants a hug, huh?"

Uzi — despite being one foot shorter than V — eventually wrapped her arms around the waist of her girlfriend.

"Happy?"

V happily obliged to hug back, resting her head on Uzi's.

"Hm. Maybe."

She bluntly responded, as they remained to embrace like that for a while.

"Didn't have such a great night, did ya?"

"No."

"Ah, no wonder."

Casual talk, that was always how they conversed with each other. They didn't do pet names, and didn't act much verbally affectionate towards each other. After all, neither of them were any experts with relationships. But still, they clearly loved each other a lot — despite how strangely informal their relationship is, and how odd it was that they lacked intimate moments.

"You don't care that I'm being weak right now, do you? No judgment, or anything?"

"None."

"Not even... annoyance or irritation?"

"Nuh uh. And plus, I don't think you're being weak, V. You're just expressing your emotions, why would I ever ostracize you for that?"

"..."

V looked away, pondering as she grew lost in her thoughts.

The only other female drone who she would describe as "close" to her, was J. And J wasn't that much nice — even to her. J was also a workaholic, she didn't have time to develop close relationships with her coworkers or even bother to care about their feelings.

N was fine, he was kind, but a little too kind. He can also be annoying at some times, and can sugarcoat things way too much every now and then. He certainly cares a lot about V's feelings, but he's too nice for her.

But Uzi?

Uzi was just perfect.

They had so much similarities, both of them having trouble with what relationships are like. Uzi understood what it would be like to be in V's shoes, because like V — even if she's surrounded by the people who somewhat care for her — she's only ever felt truly lonely.

Uzi's got her father, but her father's always occupied or busying himself way too much. Thad's there too, but again, Uzi just doesn't like how Thad's personality contrasts with her own so much.

It was like Uzi was meant for her.

"Eh, I just needed to make sure you didn't criticize me for having feelings, or won't pry in so much about it."

V shrugged ever so lightly.

"V, you know I wouldn't do or say anything that I am well aware you won't exactly be fond of. Besides, if I wanted to know what you would dislike when wanting to be comforted, I would know. 'Cause we're not so different, you and I."

"Yeah, I guess."

V chuckled.

"It's like having a soulmate who'll know exactly what you won't or will dislike."

"Is that not what I'm like?"

Uzi joked, raising a 'brow'.

"Nope, you're not like that at all."

"'Cause that's exactly what you are."

Here is the #4 Ranked Squad in the Universe!!!

From left to right we have Serial Designation D, Serial Designation K and Serial Designation Q!!!

Serial Designation D (Danielle) was once a security guard drone in the Elliot Mansion, known for her skills of stealth and being very nonverbal, she is one of the most effective drone killers in her squad. She may not seem like the type, but she becomes very close the the things she loves, and will protect her team no matter the cost. In the mansion, D would be one of the guards to be lookout during the “Drone Days!” In which much of the Elliot mansions drones would be able to act like humans and have fun, dance and show their talents, without the looming eyes of their usual threats. After gaining her freedom from under the watchful eye of JCJENSON, D picked the name Danielle, her mission now being to serve the solver and make sure no harm comes to her family.

Serial Designation K (Katherine/Katie) was a playful, lighthearted babysitter to Tessa James Elliot when she was in her younger years, before Serial Designation J became her teenage friend and caretaker. Though she had to often work with J, it didn’t mean she favored her by any means, thinking the worker drone was too uptight, rude and fake when around Tessa. It was because of this that K mostly hung out with V and N, completely enamored with Vs obvious crush for the male worker drone. When she wasn’t working with J to help Tessa and the Elliot’s with their daily routines and events, she was playing dress up with Tessa, hanging out with V and N or the other more lighthearted drones in the manor. During “Drone Days” , K was one of the ones known as the life of the party with her little group and held most of the party activities for the others to get in on alittle fun away from the humans. Deep inside, K still loves JCJENSON and her time in the manor, but follows her squad where ever they go, even if she doesn’t exactly love serving the Hivemind that is the solver. In the end, she still likes to be called K, but her friends have adopted a more official name of Katherine or Katie to her as a nod to their past loyalty to the humans of JCJENSON.

Serial Designation Q (Quinn) is the leader of the #4th ranked squad on Copper 9! Known for her charisma and absolute loyalty to the solver Hivemind, she always leads her team into their daily routine with confidence and determination! Back in the mansion, Q was the head of general arrangements for the Elliot’s, meaning she always had to be creative, eccentric and charismatic for their liking, or else…well every drones knows what happens to drones who rebel. Not loyal to JCJenson, but loyal to the humans who gave them work, Q often gains attached to those who offer, whether verbally or not, to take care of her and the ones she loves. After the core collapse on Earth, most of what she knew being destroyed and CYN sending the Disassembly Drones to Copper 9, she makes sure to follow the rules, do EXACTLY what she is supposed to, and make sure her teammates have fun in the process, all so she can please the being that saved her brothers and sisters from never ending purgatory.

(These Disassembly Drones also exist in my Absolutely book universe, just a little different looking 👀)

Murder Drones AU I've Been Thinking About:

Wassup Murder Drones fandom!? I've been thinking about Murder Drones AUs, and I've got some exciting ideas, but my personal favorite that I'm brainstorming on is what I've been calling the "Imposter Uzi AU", where Uzi builds herself a fake Murder Drone body. Info under the cut.

My idea is that at some point after Nori died, so did Khan. Maybe he was a victim of Doll when she lost control of the solver (à la Cabin Fever with Uzi). Regardless of why, Uzi is left an orphan, and she gets evicted from her apartment, being left on her own since no one wants to let the 'freak' into their family.

Uzi grows up even more bitter than before, growing to resent the colony that has left her to rust and decided she wasn't good enough to be happy.

Using her natural tech skills, Uzi begins to prepare a plan to ditch the colony and go off on her own. Since she was already breaking down from rust and needed to replace her parts, what if Uzi upgraded herself?

Using the oh so feared Murder Drones as a model, Uzi begins to take herself apart and rebuild herself better and stronger than ever.

(My model of Uzi in this AU. The sizes are inconsistent because my paper only had so much room.)

Uzi in her Worker Drone mode looks innocent enough, other than the fact that her mouth never changes expression, and that her feet are yellow-black striped. In her Disassembly Drone mode, Uzi shows off her REAL intimidation factor.

The reason she can't move her mouth is because she replaced it with a rusty but very strong bear trap that she unhinges her mouth to access. Her tail is made using one of Khan's screwdrivers that she kept ahold of for sentimentality. Her feet hinge to form the peg-legs of a DD.

The peg-legs give Uzi some extra height, but not enough to stand at a convincing Disassembler height, so Uzi also added the ability to extend her neck, allowing for her gargantuan bites to have deceptive range.

Uzi's hands can screw off and be replaced with her blade hand and Railgun hand, which she stores inside of her coat (that's also where she hides her tail)

Uzi was never able to figure out how to make the wings and headband work properly, so what she has is actually N's parts that she stole from him when she killed him (she had no clue he would come back to life).

All in all, Uzi has turned herself into a killing machine, though she still isn't strong enough to beat a REAL DD in combat. Her only advantage is a stronger bite, but she's still less agile, lacks acid, covered in rust, and lacks a healing factor. In exchange, Uzi can survive sunlight and doesn't need to drink Drone Oil to survive, being able to use other forms of sustinence.

Eventually, Uzi has to leave the colony after getting found out, and she meets N. Uzi kills him out of fear, and steals his parts, but when he regenerates, she now looks close enough to a real DD for N, V and even J to be fooled (they were actively programmed not to question sketchy things so that they don't uncover Cyn/J.C Jenson's secrets, and Uzi's a good-ish actor).

The Murder Drones accept 'Serial Designation Z' into their silly little murder group, deciding that the "rusty old model still can't be more useless than N." (J's words, not mine). Eventually, they all grow to actually care about each other as a found family, but tension is in the air.

Uzi knows that her secret is going to get out at some point, and that the DDs wont take kindly to being tricked. She's already changed her name, eaten her own kind, and all but erased any sign of her old self to be able to call the Drones her family, but she still lives in terror of what they might think of her when they find out the truth...
