Louie Gohmert tells the truth for once. They do come after people who lie to Congress or the FBI.

He claims that there is a double standard, because Democratic attorney Michael Sussman was acquitted recently. But in fact a prosecutor did “come after” Sussman for lying to the FBI; the jury just wasn’t persuaded.
