Went to a new bookstore today, The Ripped Bodice, it just opened last week in Brooklyn. It’s specifically for romance novels, it’s literally adorable.

They also had trope teas like “There’s Only One Bed” (earl grey) and candles with tropes, scenarios, fictional places, and characters. They have a queer book club that meets once a month. 10/10 I’m definitely going back with friends.

I got myself a romance novel titled, “Love in the Time of Serial Killers” by Alicia Thompson and a tote bag.

i just finished Love In The Time of Serial Killers by Alicia Thompson and Y'ALL. i cannot recommend it enough.

it's poignant. it's insightful. it's delightfully introverted. it's for the girls who are the prickliest, most afraid people they know.
