Reclining on a grassy bank beside a trickling stream and looking directly at us, this young man knows how to pose like a poet and lover. As if to underline this, his shield sports a heart engulfed in flames. Sir Edward Herbert (1581/2–1648) was a courtier, soldier, diplomat and man of letters. His sumptuous costume of silver and blue matches the livery of his horse in the distance, and this, along with his shield, suggests he is resting after a royal jousting tournament.

Tiny Print Club JANUARY 2024!! 1 YEAR!

It's been an ENTIRE year since I started tiny print club, and everyone currently receiving them has supported me right from the start!!!

With a new year you're getting a new re-design on the back, introducing Graysin, Bruce and Harvey in the bottom corner, Eddie on the stamp and the year on a red rubber stamp!

The main print this month if the first fulyl digital drawing I've done on my new computer! I'm not remotly religious, but I do love churches for their arcitecture. So it's a colourful re-imagining of an area!

Hanging on a branch of the nearest tree in the inner right hedge is a pair of scales. Suspended from the left arm is a globe or a cannon ball balanced by a feather on the longer right arm. Near the feather is the Italian word ―TANTI.
