Reboot season 2 rated part 2

High Stress Express: 7/10

Ben has to face of against Lagrange as said sabotages a new bulet train to prevent it from cracking his speed record with little to no regards to the savety of others.

This episode was okay. I just didn't care much for it. Lagrange is a rather boring villan and the lesson Ben learned felt like something he already knew at this point. It's not bad just kind of forgetable compared to the other episodes.

Creature feature: 9/10

Ben and Gwen have to investigate after Hex brings a monster from the movie they were watching to live.

This episode has a surprising amount of world building and brings us more insight into Hex's origin in this new continuity. There are also a few paralels I noticed to another character who's origin has been changed in the reboot. But that's for a diffrent post. The movie references were fun and the fight scenes are well done. However Ben repeating the same mistake over and over was a bit frustrating and the exposition was a bit too long and the climax was a bit meh. Overall a solid episode though with interesting worldbuilding.

Drone on: 10/10

The Tennysons investigate as Max spots suspicious drones approach a nuclear plant. However due to Ben's immature antics the Omnitrix isn't ready, leaving Gwen to take center stage with her brand new glider. Things get heated as the cousins need to work together as they face off against Vilgax!

This. Episode. Is. AWESOME! Gwen is a absolute badass. Ben trying to prove himself against her is done in a more endearing manner. Ben and Gwen act as a team like they should! Max is a encoraging but concerned parental figure. Just! GAAAH! It's so much fun.

Safari Sa-Bad: 9/10

As the family takes a detour to a Jungle Cruise on their way to Adrenaworld west Ben finds himself in a sticky situation as Tim Buktu uses Vudo magic to take over his body.

I already made a trigger warning post about this episode. It's really disturbing and Tim Buktu is now one of the more uncomfortable vilans of the show. However the overall plot is really great with Gwen and Max trying to snap Ben out of the Vudo spell and Ben getting more self doubt over his abilities to use the omnitrix. Ben's confidence being knoked down and him becoming more aware of the harm his powers can cause is a major theme this season and the idea of Ben himself being weaponized is truely terrifying.

The Nature of things: 9.5/10

Ben and co are visiting Geyser Gulch National Park however their nature observations are disturbed as Steam Smythe tries to exploit nature for his evil scheme. Nature however doesn't take too kindly to this as his antics could cause a Super Vulcano to errupt. It's up to the Tennysons and a unexpected ally to prevent this from happening.

This episode is again really neat and...oh who am I kidding? We all know the rating is so high because of Aristocrow.

Hi my name is David Dank'ness Paranoia Ginger Mustaine and I have long curly gingur hair (that’s how I got my name) with gingur streaks and ginger tips that reaches my mid-back and icy brown eyes like limpid poops and a lot of people tell me I look like Vladimir Putin (AN: if u don’t know who he is get da hell out of here!). I’m not related to Vladimir Putin but I wish I was because he’s a major fucking hottie. I’m a republican but my teeth are straight and white. I have pale white skin. I’m also a gutar wizard, and I go to a magic school called Thrashwartz in New York where I’m in the seventh year (I’m fifty-five). I’m a metalhed (in case you couldn’t tell) and I wear mostly black. I love Hot Topic and I buy all my clothes from there. For example today I was wearing a black shirt with matching black around it and black jeans, black shoes and black combat boots. I was wearing black wristbands, aand a bulet belt. I was walking outside Thrashwarts. It was snowing and raining so there was no sun, which I was very happy about. A lot of posers stared at me. I put up my middle finger at them.

“Hey Dav!” shouted a voice. I looked up. It was…. Jams Hetfeld!

“What’s up Jamez?” I asked.

“Nothing.” he said shyly.

But then, I heard my friends call me and I had to go away.

The next day I woke up in my bedroom. It was snowing and raining again. I opened the door of my bible-shaped coffin and drank some blood from a bottle I had. My coffin was black ebony and inside it was black. I got out of my coffin and took of my giant Megadeff t-shirt which I used for pajamas. Instead, I put on a white shirt (tucked in), blue jeans and a bulet belt on. I put on four ristbands, and put my hair back in a ponitayl.

My friend, Junor (AN: David dis is u!) woke up then and grinned at me. he flipped his long shoulder-length sandy light-brown hair with blonde streeks and opened his hazle eyes. He put on his black Megadeff t-shirt with black jeans, and black boots. We put on our wristbandz.

“OMFG, I saw you talking to Jamz Hetfeld yesterday!” he said excitedly.

“Yeah? So?” I said, blushing.

“Do you like Jamz?” he asked as we went out of the Megadeff common room and into the Great Hall.

“No I so fucking don’t!” I shouted.

“Yeah right!” he exclaimed. Just then, Jamz walked up to me.

“Hi.” he said.

“Hi.” I replied flirtily.

“Guess what.” he said.

“What?” I asked.

“Well, Venom are having a concert in town.” he told me.

“Oh. My. Fucking. God!” I screamed. I love Venem. They are my favorite band, besides Megadeff.

“Well…. do you want to go with me?” he asked.

I gasped.

On the night of the concert I put on my white puffy shrit and blue mom jeanz. I straightened my hair and made it look all fluffy. I felt a little bitter then, so I beat up a metalica fanboy 

poser. I read a political book while I waited for him to stop bleeding and I listened to some Diamond Hed. I put on my shity glasses dat I wear on headbangrez ball. I drank some liberal tears so I was ready to go to the concert.

I went outside. Jaymz was waiting there in front of his redneck truck. He was wearing a Dymond Head t-shirt (they would play at the show too), hi-topz, and skinny jeanz (AN: A lot fo kewl boiz wer them ok!).

“Hi Jaymz!” I said in a sarcastic voice.

“Hi Dav.” he said back. We walked into shity beaten truck (the license plate said Y34H) and flew to the place with the concert. On the way we listened excitedly to Diamond Head and Angel Witch. We both smoked cigarettes and drugs. When we got there, we both hopped out of the car. We went to the mosh pit at the front of the stage and jumped up and down as we listened to Venam.

“Teacher caught me masturbating

said "see you after class"” sang Cronos (I don’t own da lyrics 2 dat song).

“Cornos is so fucking hot.” I said to Jaymz, pointing to him as he sung, filling the club with his amazing voice.

Suddenly Jamz looked sad.

“What’s wrong?” I asked as we moshed to the music. Then I caught on.

“Hey, it’s ok I don’t like him better than YOU!” I said.

“Really?” asked Jamez sensitively and he put his arm around me all protective.

“Really.” I said. “Besides I don’t even know Cranos and he’s going out Mantas. I fucking hate that little bitch.” I said disgustedly, thinking of his ugly blonde face.

The night went on really well, and I had a great time. So did Jaermz. After the concert, we drank some beer and asked Ababababdondon and Cornson for their autographs and photos with them. We got Venym concert tees. Jermrz and I crawled back into the truck, but Joomz didn’t go back into Trashwarts, instead he drove the car into……………………… the Forbidden Garage!

Chapter 4.

“JAMYZ!” I shouted. “What the fuck do you think you are doing?”

Jmamz didn’t answer but he stopped the truck and he walked out of it. I walked out of it too, curiously.

“What the fucking hell?” I asked angrily.

“Dev?” he asked.

“What?” I snapped.

Jmz leaned in extra-close and I looked into his metal red eyes (he was wearing color contacts) which revealed so much depressing sorrow and evilness and then suddenly I didn’t feel mad anymore.

And then…………… suddenly just as I Jgmz kissed me passionately. Jizmzz climbed on top of me and we started to make out keenly against a wall. He took of my top and I took of his clothes. I even took of my bra (long storey). Then he put his thingie into my you-know-what and we did it for the first time.

“Oh! Oh! Oh! ” I screamed. I was beginning to get an orgasm. We started to kiss everywhere and my pale ginger body became all warm. And then….

“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING YOU MOTHERFUKERS!”

14. Has your character ever been in love?

Basil: Nahh. They’ve had tiny crushes and stuff but honestly all this ‘love’ stuff seems a bit overblown to them. Plus, they only knew the same group of people for 16 years or their life and now suddenly BOOM big wide world, so they’re more interested in becoming an anarchist and starting a cult at the moment than finding love.

Ollie: Oh. Oh boy. He suurrreeee has oh boy. Except April was uhhh The Worst and we’re still dealing with her bullshit now. One of the players has actually started brainstorming more and more creative ways to ‘deal’ with her and we’re all on board.

15. What battle in the campaign has been most memorable to your character?

Basil: The Bulet fight probably, as it was the first time they really felt like they had power. They’re VERY excited about their new Warlock powers and even more excited that they’re not the ‘helpless tiny one’ any more.

Ollie: I mean all of them were ROUGH but probably the most memorable is when April first showed up in her new weird demon-y form, as that’s when he realized a) she sucks actually, b) she’s still using Charm spells and uh oh this is even worse than before, c) she’s not above attacking his friends, and d) his friends will defend him?? Wild. Oh also his dead dog showed up as a monster and then returned to a normal ghost pup and faded away in his arms. Rough night all around.

16. If your character wasn’t whatever class they are, what would they be instead?

Basil: Probably a Cleric, as their connection to Perun is actually pretty friendly and less exploitive as Warlock pacts tend to be (so far?? Who knows what my dm will spring on me). Also they run a cult now so sticking to the religious stuff would be useful

Ollie: A wizard! Both because that’s what April was and she taught him magic, and because he’s the kind of Massive Nerd to pour over books for hours to learn one tiny cantrip
