मुमकिन है आपमें से बहुतों ने मणिपुर का वह वीडियो नहीं देखा होगा, जिसमें बहुत सारे मर्द कुकी महिलाओं को नंगा कर उसके अंगों को दबोच रहे हैं। मर्दों की भीड़ निर्वस्त्र कर दी गईं औरतों को पकड़ कर ले जा रही है। भीड़ के कातिल हाथ उन औरतों के जिस्म से खेल रहे हैं। बेबस औरतें रोती जा रही हैं। मर्दों की भीड़ आनंद ले रही ह���ं। शालीनता के सामुदायिक नियमों के तहत सोशल मीडिया के साइट्स जल्दी ही इस वीडियो को रोक देंगे, लेकिन जो घटना है वो तो वास्तविक है। उसका ब्यौरा तो यही है जो लिखा है। हम जो नहीं जानते वह यह कि इस वीडियो के बाद उन औरतों के साथ क्या हुआ होगा? भीड़ उन्हें कहां से लेकर आ रही थी, कहां लेकर जा रही थी। उस वीडियो में आरंभ और अंत नहीं है, थोड़ा सा हिस्सा है, वह देखा नहीं गया लेकिन कोई भी उस वीडियो से मुंह नहीं मोड़ सकता है। आज आप चुप नहीं रह सकते हैं।

मर्दों की भीड़ से घिरी उन निर्वस्त्र औरतों के लिए आज बोलना होगा। आप जहां भी हैं, बोलिए। बाज़ार गए हैं तो वहां दुकानदार से बोलिए। रिक्शावाले से बोलिए। ओला-उबर के चालकों से बोलिए। पिता को फोन किया है तो उन्हें सबसे पहले यही बताइये। प्रेमिका का फ़ोन आया है तो सबसे पहले यही बताइये। क्लास रुम में हैं तो वहां खड़े होकर अपने टीचर के सामने बोलिए, किसी रेस्त्रां में दोस्तों के साथ मस्ती कर रहे हैं तो वहां खाना रोककर इन औरतों के लिए बोलिए। बस में हैं, ट्रेन में हैं, एयरपोर्ट पर हैं तो वहां बोलिए कि मणिपुर से एक ऐसा वीडियो वायरल हुआ है, जिसमें भीड़ औरतों को नंगा कर उनके जिस्म से खेल रही है। यह घटना उस उस देश में हुई है, जो हर दिन यह झूठ दोहराता है कि यहां नारी की पूजा देवी की तरह होती है। फिर अपनी ही गाड़ी के पीछे बेटी बचाओ लिखवाता है ।अगर आज आप उस भीड़ के खिलाफ नहीं बोलेंगे तो उनका शरीर, उनका मन हमेशा हमेशा के लिए निर्वस्त्र हो जाएगा।आपका नहीं बोलना, उसी भीड़ में शामिल करता है। उसी भीड़ की तरह आपको हैवान बनाता है, जो उन औरतों को नंगा कर उनके जिस्म से खेल रही है। इसलिए फोन उठाइये, बोलिए,लिखिए और सबको बताइये कि मणिपुर की औरतों के साथ ऐसा हुआ है।हम इसका विरोध करते हैं। हमारा सर शर्म से झुकता है। आप अपनी मनुष्यता बचा लीजिए। मणिपुर की घटना के खिलाफ बोलिए। कोई नहीं सुन रहा है तो अकेले बंद कमरे में उन औरतों के लिए रो लीजिए।

मैं जानता हूं कि मणिपुर की उन औरतों की बेबसी आप तक नहीं पहुंचेगी क्योंकि आप उनकी पुकार सुनने के लायक नहीं बचे हैं। क्योंकि आप जिस अख़बार को पढ़ते हैं, जिस चैनल को देखते हैं, उस��े आपकी संवेदनाओं को मार दिया है। आपके भीतर की अच्छाइयों को ख़त्म कर दिया गया है। मुझे नहीं पता कि गोदी मीडिया में उन औरतों की आवाज़ उठेगी या नहीं, मुझे नहीं पता कि प्रधानमंत्री इस दृश्य को देखकर दहाड़ मार कर रोएंगे या नहीं, मुझे नहीं पता महिला विकास मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी दिखावे के लिए ही सही, रोएँगी या नहीं, मगर मुझे यह पता है कि इस भीड़ को किसने बनाया है, किस तरह की राजनीति ने बनाया है। आपको इस राजनीति ने हैवान बना दिया है। गोदी मीडिया ने अपने दर्शकों और पाठकों को आदमखोर बना दिया है।

जाति, धर्म, भाषा, भूगोल के नाम पर पहचान की राजनीति ने आदमी को ही आदमखोर बना दिया है। मणिपुर की औरतों को घेर कर नाच रही मर्दों की भीड़ आपके आस-पास भी बन गई है। हाउसिंग सोसायटी के अंकिलों से सावधान रहिए। अपने घरों में दिन रात ज़हर बोने वाले रिश्तेदारों से सावधान रहिए। उन सभी को जाकर बताइये कि नफरत और पहचान की राजनीति ने जनता को किस तरह की भीड़ में बदल दिया है। वे औरतें मणिपुर की नहीं हैं। वे कुकी नहीं हैं। वे कुछ और नहीं हैं। वे केवल औरतें हैं। अगर ये घटना आपको बेचैन नहीं करती है, इससे आपकी हड्डियों में सिहरन पैदा नहीं होती है तो आप खुद को मृत घोषित कर दीजिए।

मगर आखिरी सांस लेने से पहले उन औरतों के लिए बोल दीजिए। लिख दीजिए। किसी को बता दीजिए कि ऐसा हुआ है। इस देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ढाई महीने से शांति की अपील नहीं की। वहां जाकर नफरत और हिंसा को रोकने की अपील नहीं की। राज्य ने अपना फर्ज़ नहीं निभाया। उनके जाने या अपील करने से हिंसा रुक जाती, इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं है मगर इस चुप्पी का क्या मतलब है? क्या यह चुप्पी जायज़ कही जा सकती है? छोड़िए, प्रधानमंत्री की चुप्पी को, आप अपनी चुप्पी को तोड़िए। बोलिए।
