Wtf?

So what was he supposed to do? Looking how she slowly killing myself and the other people? Of course he couldn't really do anything because the most important thing here is that JUNKO didn't want to change.

But atleast he tried. He really tried to help her and protect her from herself. He sacrificed himself and everything only to save her, he could do the most horrible and stupid things only for her. Isn't that love? True love? Even if their relationship ARE toxic and their love for each other really made them crazy (she killed him from love to him and Matsuda killed two people to save her, isn't that insane) they're still definition of love and the best and the most tragic pair of danganronpa, you can't change my mind.

And saying that Matsuda didn't love her unconditionally because he made her into Ryoko make me crazy. Do you expect he would let her hurt herself and others? And after she did these horrible things, he still loved her and helped her. Yes, he wanted to save the other people too, but still person he focused the most was Junko and only Junko.

Even in the end of dr0 he gives Junko (Ryoko) those "love look" (that's how she described it) despise how much he was angry and hurt.

Matsuda threw the scalpel because Ryoko acts exactly like Junko. He asked questions to confirm it was Ryoko and not Junko.

He treats them the same. (Roughly.) Because Ryoko could always have reverted back.

...which really says that Junko trying to kill both Mukuro and Izuru in DR3 is just. a version of literally what Yasuke is doing with her here.

It's playing. In the same way that Yasuke knew he wouldn't hit her, Junko knew she wouldn't hit them. It's a game.
