Ugh the feels!! The writing was so good! Emma brought the feels in this one. She threw in a few twist and turns that I didn’t want to put the book down. I read this in a day! Go get it!

Ivo, Matthias und Franz gehen tatsächlich mal gemeinsam in die Oper. Aber ob Franz jetzt wirklich seine Liebe zum Musiktheater entdeckt hat oder etwas anderes dahinter steckt, erfahrt ihr hier ;)

As I rewatch some of the newer episodes currently I really start to like one of the probably most underrated characters in "Tatort": Matthias Steinbrecher

What makes me like him in the first Episode ("Am Ende dew Flurs")? He started working as a pathologist in Munich for the simple reason of being able to go to the opera!

As I'm a theatre and music scientist, huge theatre nerd and work in one of Munich's opera houses, I think that's a completely good reason to live in Munich.

So he also listens to classical music at work, which makes him kind of a nicer version of Boerne XD

My headcanon is, that Ivo goes to the opera with Matthias frequently, because he loves it too (as we see in "Aida") and Franz is not really into theatre and classical music. At first Franz is perhaps a litte jealous of Ivo spending so much time with the new pathologist and wants to go with them. But after he suffers through three hours of Verdi, he just grants Ivo his new opera buddy XD

It's nice to see that Ivo and Franz become good friends with Matthias with time to the point that he kind of becomes their private doctor and deals with stuff like Ivo's aching back. 😅 Yeah, that's friendship!

Eine Geschichte, wie Ivo, Franz und Matthias Freunde wurden, wie Sie versuchen, Franz zum Opernfan zu machen und wieso es vielleicht doch nicht immer so praktisch ist, einen Mediziner im Freundeskreis zu haben (für den Mediziner).
