unironically every single time I see a post like this it helps me. I have a brain injury that has caused me severe pain for 8 years. I also was subject to medical abuse and malpractice. because of that I have it in my mind that I should just suffer and not do anything to try and help my situation and forget I can do anything about it at times. so sometimes these posts really encourage me
