*****Consumer Alert *****

In the timeframe of March to May 2021 I was employed at Worldwide Trailer Services Inc. I paid them a little over $100 half cash half on the books to plug my tire and change my oil. The owner, Kevin Johnson facilitated the job.  in the process, I was told that my Locking lug nut hindered them from being able to remove the tire so they had to break it off. They also changed my oil. From the posted pictures you can see that is what the oil looked like when I had the oil changed in my car Thursday 7/22/21. In addition, I had to take my car to get the same tire changed and replace the whole set of broken Lugnuts on the tire. That happened right after I quit my job at worldwide in May 2021. Never mind the fact that I haven't been paid my last day and a half of wages. But it's just money right? We'll see what the Better Business Bureau and the lawyer has to say. Needless to say, beware taking any of your mechanical equipment vehicle or otherwise to worldwide Trailer Services for Repair and/or Service LIKE AND SHARE!!

I don't know how you actually supposed to remove control arm bushings but a C-clamp and some sockets seem to do the job just fine.

I love this post from👍🙌💪👏👊 @highvolthannah Here's one for ya... Since I started this trade it really became apparent to me how assertive men are about what they want/need. Ordering parts, speaking to a customer, speaking to another tech, etc. I thought I was assertive until I started working with men all day everyday. I realized I was considered assertive "for a woman" (whatever that means) but compared to my boss and the guys I work with, not so much. I've really changed how I handle people in the workplace, as well as in my personal life. It is actually incredible how assertive most men are 100% of the time, even when what is coming out of their face is absolutely incorrect and completely ignorant. While they are doing that they make me somehow feel like I am wrong while I am trying to give them the correct information as they talk overtop of me. Everyday this is a decreasing issue because my confidence is going up and my tolerance is going down. I speak loud, clearly, and I know when the customer I am speaking with doubts me and asks to speak to my boss, he says "talk to Hannah she will take care of you." Having a boss that has your back makes all difference in the world, as does speaking with full confidence. Talk over top of me? I'll talk louder. Parts guy wants to tell me a Hyundai doesn't have a turbo? Guess what buddy I'm looking at the car. Customer is standing in front of the tire machine talking to his buddy and I'm trying to work? "Excuse me sir" goes to "hey I'm trying to do a job here" real quick. Guess what dumbass crumpled the threads on the lower ball joint and brake mounting bolts!? This dumbass!!

What does a large hammer forcefully applied to the end of a bolt get you? Crushed bolt threads. So now these are getting turned into pieces for a future post apocalyptic costume.

Luckily I bought some digital calipers a little while ago, these are all pretty common nut and bolt sizes made of pretty typical steel, and Bolt Depot has them for pretty cheap.
