A spiritual suggested tool for stress and anxiety
It’s called ‘the bubble up method’ and this is how it works:
“Place your hands out in front of you, palms up, while closing your eyes, and envisioning a clear bubble around your entire body. Then say aloud ~ “Bubble Up, Bubble Up, Bubble Up” (placing the intention). Take three deep breaths and you will feel the difference.”
Another option is to take in three deep breaths and through each exhale (eyes closed), envision your breath as bright light surrounding you. Both of those tools help for extra energy protection.
