Okay, but like...Methode's pass is so good. At the outset of the test, we have Frieren confirming that Serie's intuition is usually correct, and the first fail confirms what Serie's intuition is about. If you can't envision yourself as first class, you're not, and part of that is not being daunted and overwhelmed by someone much stronger than you. The first pass goes to Fern for seeing the fluctuations, but later passes like Denken and Wirbel are because their inclination is how they'd fight her if they had to. Ubel was going to pass the instant she explained the rules, and Land gets a pass for sheer audacity. But by all accounts...Methode did earn her pass. She wasn't daunted at all by Serie. It's just because she's too busy thinking she looks very small and cute rather than because she's ready to fight. I just think it's hilarious that Serie still probed into her reasoning because she could tell it wasn't about fighting, is thoroughly exasperated by the answer, but is still fair in determining this as a pass.
