A few moments later, by the last episode:

"HE DIED?" "HE DIED😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭" "BILLY YOU DESERVED TO LIVE😭😭😭😭" "I KNOW I SAID THAT THEY HAD TO KILL YOU BUT YOU WERE ALREADY TURNING BACK TO NORMAL😭😭😭"

Furthermore, she thought the mindflayed people literally exploding into dead meat were gross.

5. She forgot Holly existed, and remembered that this season lol

When Holly noticed the trees were moving:

"Holly, the only one with coherent worries" "But really, I've never pictured Mike as an older brother. He has young sibling vibes" "Never mind I almost wrote Mike Byers instead of Mike Wheeler"

To that I replied, "Well, he really does spend more time at Will's house than his own🤡." Then she said that Mike's and Will's name is similar and that Mike Byers and Will Wheeler sounds better???? I really did not understand, but it was a funny moment.

6. She thought Hopper was alive since the very moment he "died"

I didn't have to say a word, she just saw it and thought "Hmm, guess he lived". The post credit scene just proved that for her.

"I'm gonna tell ya, now I think Hopper really didn't die"

7. Final thoughts about the season:

"Dude... First I got really mad with Mike for not genuinely apologizing to Will, I was sad that Billy really had to die, and very upset that Hopper died." "But I have this suspicion [that Hopper survived], but maybe it's just me reading into things that aren't there." "AND THEY [The Byers and El] MOVED😭😭😭😭" "And Mileven is back, right? That's sad news for me"

She loved s3, but criticized the fact that the writers didn't give Will more protagonism. In fact, she got incredulous. We discussed a lot about that, and we both agree that Will's traumas should get more addressed and he got really sidetracked after episode 3, being turned into a plot device only, it seemed.

She criticized that Mike didn't have much of a storyline besides his relationship with El (especially since his fight with will was forgotten)

She also tought El and Mike were both immature to have a healthy relationship, and got very annoyed everytime they kissed or talked lol

After all of that, we went straight into s4! So... stay tuned

You know what, I give up on making her wait. The poor girl really wants to see more about Stranger Things community here on Tumblr lol.

episode 06

OH MY GOD. The ice cream gang, my heart wants to explode because Steve and robin are just being the best moms and really looking out for Erica and Dustin to escape the Russian lab. A h h. I’ve been so loving their dynamic. What I would die for is some billy and Steve moments but that’s me thinking the duffers would ever play fair...

Being protective parents like robin and Steve... gosh I would’ve KILLED to see robin, Steve and billy scene (bonus being heather too) LIKE WOW, that could’ve been something????

Nancy and Jonathan barely making it out alive without El’s help... ugh had me at the edge of my seat! And i was so scared for Nancy when the mini-flayed almost had her. But ofc El is a badass and saves the day (per usual)

NOW IM CURIOUS IF THE MINDFLAYER IS GONNA ABSORB EVERYONE INTO A FLESH FLAYER???

I’m especially terrified when Billy said ‘it’s time’ CAUSE I KNOW DAMN WELL ITS GONNA BE HIS DEATH. 😭😩

OMG alexei wanting his cherry slurpee. And hopper actually calling alexei’s bluff.

Erica and Dustin nerd bonding, I love theeeeem!

OMG STEVE GETTING HURT, IM LITERALLY CRYING MY SWEET BOY. HES TRYING SO HARD TO KEEP SMART AND GET OUT ALIVE. I AM SO WORRIED FOR HIM. WHEN THEY DRAGGED HIM I JUST CRIED INTERNALLY. ROBIN TRYING TO HELP STEVE AND BEING PROTECTIVE. GOSH I REALLY ENJOY ROBIN.

also how did they manage to get a picture of billy in that shirt and outfit like did heather and him get that done??? Who decided that? I mean the photo of billy that El uses for reference.

I wonder if billy wants to reach out for help while being mindflayed, like when el was looking, did he have a moment at all of not being completely taken over?

So far this season was jam packed with exposition, and just dipping toes into character developments is how I feel with it??? imho. But that’s how I interpret the pace.

ALSO STEVE BEING SO BEAT UP and ROBIN TRYING TO FIGURE THINGS OUT TO ESCAPE. they make such a great friendship duo, and robins laugh. Also, robin admitting she remembers Steve from band class and Steve admitting he was an ass. Steve using Nancy’s ‘bullshit’ line from season two about his own life. Their friendship, is so precious like supportive moms together.

AND A H H NO STEVE GETTING STABBED IN THE NECK WITH TRUTH SERUM mY BOY

billy!mindflayer, making obvious he’s ready for the battle u g h. I’m already so upset, and El jumping into Billy’s mind... imma cry y’all. Catch me crying in the club... it’s gonna be about his mom and past and I just... oh I’m not ready for this.

showing it through pain as a trigger into his memory and WOW BILLYS MOM WAS SO PRETTY... YOUNG BILLY... HAPPY BILLY. IM SO READY TO CRY. THIS WAS SHOWING SUCH A VULNERABLE MEMORY... Billy was so happy, he loved to surf... he probably loved his mom and that memory. And it took pain to show El the key... y’all this makes me so sad

Robin and Steve getting tortured has been hurting my soul so BADLY. My precious duo moms. And Steve just laughing his ass off not caring.

ofc Dustin and Erica are badasses and save robin and Steve~ love the ice cream gang.

OKAY BUT THE WHOLE SCENE WITH EL AND BILLY, showing his past, his pain, the fact he inflicted pain to trigger the memory means it’s all subconsciously so painful for him. And knowing his mom left? She knew and left billy to be hurt by Neil... I honestly choked up. And they wonder why he became what he did? And this explains the mommy abandonment issues. But that poignant scene with mindflayer!billy telling el the breakdown and monologuing the fuck out of that scene (dacre you really stunted hard and it shows)... billy show vulnerability with showing El bits of his past... he’s a complex character, he deserves a Bucky style redemption... ugh. The tear that fell down Billy’s cheek, showing he literally regrets and is genuinely scared of what he’s become (well what’s taken over him)... catch me crying at the club.

ALSO MINDFLAYER BLOBS LOOK LIKE LASAGNA. 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ y’all can’t convince me otherwise.

so episode 01

Thoughts:

even tho I know what Steve’s outfit was going to look like. Him in his work setting is SO CUTE and I already love his and Robins friendship! I’m already dreading for Billy, so soooo much.... the mindflayer already manifesting I’m terrified for Billy and even Will.

Jonathan and Nancy are genuinely cute. The gangs dynamic so far is really sweet~

Billy as the established bad boy that’s a lifeguard (who takes his job pretty serious) but I’m shaking knowing it’s gonna make me cry with his story arc... I’m weak.

Steve trying his lame ass pickup lines made me cackle. Also the fact robin keeps score—I literally died.

Billy is gonna be the rat king and I’m okay with it. Also Billy checking out Mrs. Wheeler just screamed mommy issues??? And I’m not okay with Mrs. Wheeler flirting back, girl, no—he’s a minor. No matter how smooth & hot headed it’s a hell naaaaaw.

Also, poor Dustin. I hope suzie does get into contact with him.

And ommmmmg hopper not being able to handle things 😂

Ah, of course Dustin ends up finding the line of communication. 🤦🏻‍♂️

omg no, mrs. wheeler stopppp this ain’t it billy is a minoooooooor and Billy’s accident happening right off the battttt I’m legit so afraid for him.
