Experiencing grief as an immortal

Herobrine is immortal, so as the years go on and Jester eventually passes, Herobrine slowly begins to forget details about Jester. It drives him insane. What was Jester’s eye color? How did his voice sound? Forgetting details that he’d never imagine forgetting, yet he couldn’t remember details that he had loved about Jester. It broke him immensely. There were nights he couldn't fall asleep because he’d just spend hours trying to remember how Jester’s voice sounded or the way his hands felt on his own.

It takes a lot of time for Herobrine to move on, but he eventually does

minecraft “lore” idea: what if the villagers have last names based on their careers (i.e a librarian’s last name could be “Bookkeeper”). When Steve meets the villagers he decides he ought to have a last name, and following the villager custom of a last name being based on what you do, he calls himself Steve Minecraft.

My first fanart of Rendog and of course it’s my bread and butter: characters napping in the sun on the floor with piles of pillows and blankets. I actually had so much fun designing him and his outfit. I’m putting together a sheet to show my thought process that I’ll post later so keep an eye out for that! ngl i love the boots.
