एलन एलुमनी मीट-2024 ‘समानयन’ : केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव डॉ.विक्रांत पांडे ने कोटा में अपनी पढाई के अनुभव साझा किये अरविंद न्यूजवेव @कोटा  ‘कोचिंग ऐसा टूल है जो विद्यार्थी के इम्यून सिस्टम को मजबूत बनाता है। रोज क्लास में उसे कंफर्ट जोन से बाहर आने का डोज दिया जाता है, जिससे उसकी इम्यूनिटी बढ़ती जाती है। पढाई करते समय प्रेशर कम करने का वैक्सीन कोटा कोचिंग सिस्टम ही देता है।' केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय, नईदिल्ली में संयुक्त सचिव वरिष्ठ आईएएस डॉ विक्रांत पांडे एलन कॅरिअर इंस्टीट्यूट की दो दिवसीय एलुमनी मीट-2024 ‘समानयन’ में भाग लेने के लिये कोटा पहुंचे। एक विशेष बातचीत में उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि यहां का कोचिंग सिस्टम आपको अपनी छिपी हुई क्षमता को पहचानने की ताकत देता है। यह आप पर निर्भर है प्रेशर में कितना खिलकर बाहर आते हैं। कोटा में पढने का अनुभव 

मैने झालावाड जिले के बकानी कस्बे में हिंदी माध्यम से स्कूली पढाई की। शिक्षक पिता ने कहा कि मैं डॉक्टर नहीं बन सका, तुम कोशिश करो। उनके संस्कार लेकर मैने 1996 में कोटा आकर एलन से पीएमटी की तैयारी की। गांव से शहर में आकर अकेले किराये के कमरे में रहकर पढाई की। एलन के शिक्षकों ने मनोबल बहुत बढाया। पहले प्रयास में ही चयन हो गया। उदयपुर से एमबीबीएस करते हुये आईएएस बनने का सपना देखा। पहले प्रयास में इंटरव्यू में सफल नहीं हुआ लेकिन कोटा कोचिंग की बदलौत हार नहीं मानी और दूसरे प्रयास में यूपीएससी में अच्छी रैंक से चयनित हो गया। गत 19 वर्षों से सिविल सेवा में रहते हुये बलसाड, भरूच व अहमदाबाद में जिला कलक्टर रहा। इन दिनों गृह मंत्रालय, नईदिल्ली में सेवारत हूं। चट्टान की तरह खडे रहो एक सवाल के जवाब में डॉ. पांडे ने कहा कि हमारा पूरा जीवन एक कॉम्पिटीशन है। हर मुकाम पर लाइनें लंबी मिलेगी, आप चट्टान की तरह खडे रहो। यह मानकर चलें कि मेरी सीट तो फिक्स है। मुझे 100 प्रतिशत मेहनत करना है। मैने 2005 में यूपीएससी दी, तब 50 आईएएस के लिये 11 लाख परीक्षार्थी थे। जज्बा ऐसा हो कि मैदान में रोकने वाले कितने भी खिलाडी हों, आपको अपनी गेंद बाउंड्री के बाहर ही भेजना है। कोचिंग सिस्टम आपकी राह में वेलवेट नहीं बिछाता है, दबाव या दर्द सहने की ताकत पैदा करता है। भीतर से बहुत मजबूत बना देता है। आईएएस इंटरव्यू में भी कोटा कोचिंग से मिला आत्मविश्वास ही काम आया। अपने बच्चों में अलख जगाओ डॉ. पांडे ने माता-पिता को सलाह दी कि वे बच्चों से आशा रखें लेकिन अति महत्वाकांक्षी नहीं बनें। अपने बच्चों को प्रतिस्पर्धा में आगे निकलने के लिये अलख जगाओ। कोचिंग शिक्षक उत्प्रेरक का कार्य करेंगे, आप कूलेंट बनकर शांत रहो। जो आप नहीं कर पाये, उसकी अपेक्षा बच्चे से नहीं करें। बच्चे की मानसिकता को भांप लें। जीवन बहुत लंबा है, हर बात पर उसे दाद देते हुये कहें कि अगली बार इससे भी अच्छा होगा। किसी अन्य से तुलना कभी मत करो। पढाई के दौरान कई टेस्ट होंगे, हमें गोल पर नजरें टिकानी हैं। परीक्षायें मौज-मस्ती नहीं है, स्वाध्याय और मेडिटेशन है। परीक्षा के बाद बच्चे से मार्क्स पर नही करंे। उससे संवाद कर भावनात्मक लगाव महसूस करायें। जिस भूमि पर पानी के छींटे गिरेंगे, खाद डलेगी, वह बंजर नहीं रहेगी। कोचिंग सिस्टम भी बच्चों को वैज्ञानिक ढंग से स्मार्ट थिंकिंग देता है। उसके मस्तिष्क को उपजाऊ बना देता है। थ्योरी पढ़ने का तरीका बदलो एक सवाल के जवाब में वरिष्ठ आईएएस डॉ.पांडे ने कहा कि हम स्कूली पढाई में जो थ्योरी पढते हैं, उसका तरीका प्रवेश परीक्षाओं में बदल जाता है। स्कूल में नंबर आ जाते हैं लेकिन कंसेप्ट क्लियर नहीं होते हैं। कोचिंग में थ्योरी के चेप्टर के कंसेप्ट को समझाते हैं। प्रश्नों का एनालिसिस करना सिखाते हैं। इससे सोचने की सही क्षमता आ जाती है। थ्योरी के प्रत्येक चेप्टर से 100 प्रश्न हल करने की प्रेक्टिस करने पर पढाई करने का तरीका ही बदल जाता है। तेजी से प्रश्न हल करने का स्किल कोचिंग से ही मिलता है। हर शिक्षक थ्योरी चेप्टर को प्रवेश परीक्षाओं से जोड़कर पढाते हैं। यह आप पर निर्भर है कि प्रेशर से कितना खिलकर बाहर आते हैं। कोचिंग सिस्टम आपको दौडने का रास्ता दिखाता है, राह में कंसेप्ट क्लियर कर पत्थर हटाता है तो कठिन प्रश्न देकर पत्थर डालता भी है। जिससे आप कम्पीटिशन की बाधाओं को पार कर लक्ष्य को पा सको। ये हैं कोटा कोचिंग की खास बातें आज दुनियाभर में कोटा कोचिंग की अलग पहचान है। यहां के शिक्षक बच्चों के साथ कडी मेहनत कर उन्हें लक्ष्मण रेखा से बाहर निकालते हैं। बच्चे खुद का विश्लेषण करें। ओवर थिंकिग व सोशल प्रेशर से खुद को दूर रखें। जल्दी से किसी सफलता की कोशिश न करें। कोटा कोचिंग में पीयर गु्रप आपको पढने का माहौल देता है। टाइम मैनेजमेंट, कंसेप्ट समझने, समर्पित होकर पढाई करने से आप खुद को अपग्रेड करना सीख जायेंगे। कोटा कोचिंग का स्वस्थ वातावरण आपको कम्फर्ट जोन से बाहर निकालने में सक्षम है। इसलिये अपने टारगेट के आगे 1-2 साल सोशल मीडिया व स्मार्ट फोन को भूल जायें। Read the full article

INTELLIGENCE BUREAU (IB) 2023 APPLICATION PROCESS STARTING ON 28 JANUARY 2023; GET FULL DETAILS

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts a recruitment drive mainly once a year for executive-tier positions. Intelligence Bureau is hiring candidates for the positions of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) & Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen). Two-tiered exam patterns will be used to select candidates.  Interested and eligible candidates can register their application at the official websites mha.gov.in or ncs.gov.in. As per a notification on the Home Ministry’s website, the application process was scheduled to begin on January 21 but now has been postponed to January 28.

गृह मंत्रालय ने 31 जनवरी तक सख्त एहतियात बरतने को कहा, कोरोना वायरस के लिए लागू दिशानिर्देशों को बढ़ाया

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज गृह मंत्रालय ने कोरोना वायरस की निगरानी के लिए लागू दिशानिर्देशों को 31 जनवरी 2021 तक बढ़ा दिया है। मंत्रालय ने ब्रिटेन में सामने आए नए कोरोना वायरस को देखते हुए यह फैसला लिया है। इसके तहत गृह मंत्रालय ने कोरोना का खतरा और ना बढ़े इसलिए सख्त निगरानी और एहतियात बरतने के निर्देश दिए हैं। ब्रिटेन में कोरोना वायरस के नये और ज्यादा खतरनाक प्रकार का पता चलने के कारण सतर्कता बरतने की जरूरत है। गृह मंत्रालय ने कहा कि, 'कंटेनमेंट जोन में सावधानी किया जाना जारी रखा जाएगा। कंटेनमेंट जोन में निर्धारित रोकथाम के उपायों का सख्ती से पालन किया गया है। कोरोना वायरस उपयुक्त व्यवहार को बढ़ावा दिया गया और इसे सख्ती से लागू किया गया है। कोविड-19 को देखते हुए शारीरिक दूरी बनाए रखने जैसे नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।' गृह मंत्रालय ने कहा कि, 'कोविड-19 के सक्रिय और नए मामलों में देश में लगातार गिरावट देखी गई है, परंतु विश्व स्तर पर मामलों में उछाल को ध्यान में रखते हुए निगरानी, रोकथाम और सावधानी बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता है। खासतौर पर ब्रिटेन में नया कोरोना संक्रमण सामने आने के बाद एहतियात बरतना बेहद जरूरी है।' गृह मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को निरूद्ध क्षेत्रों का दायरा सावधानीपूर्वक निर्धारित करने, मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) का सख्ती से पालन करने को कहा है। Read the full article
