I don’t see how you could even measure yours as the concept of systolic and diastolic doesn’t come until the 20th century. Sucks.

Yall have sphygmographic devices (measuring pulse) but that’s not the same thing. I don’t even know if it would be international yet, it’s from Germany.

I can tell you though that eating things with less sodium, limiting your alcohol intake, and quitting smoking would help a whole lot. Not to mention working here is definitely not great for your health.

Frankly, I think my doctors just throw a dart at a dartboard and pick whatever they hit. It sounds about right, though.

you’re moping and doomscrolling dating apps in the kitchen and you hear her pad in and make that cute little FM bark she does to get your attention. you look up at her and she’s sitting in a way that gives you a great view of the add-ons she just had made for herself. your phone chimes as you get a text.
