Uzi would kill anyone that calls her cute because she has a reputation to uphold, but in the same breath would go home to her dark aura evil lair (bedroom) and kick her feet and twirl her hair and giggle like ‘omgggggg’ (then she would punch her pillow because she’s acting so stupid)

She’s also literally just a girl! Who likes cute things!! You guys should acknowledge that more I think, we don’t have to confine characters to a single trait!

Uzi would be just as ecstatic to yap about cute dogs or dress nice, or whatever! She’s just brings an unmysterious edgy cringe dark lord vibe to it!

The kill-all-humans emo robot girl also saves bugs! She’s smart, she’s sensitive, she’s traumatized, she’s touch starved, she cares about her friends and family so much to the point where she prioritizes their safety and comfortability above her own, even when it’s detrimental to her! She’s so cool!

Thank you for listening to my tired little rant I just love that emotional cringe little gremlin and the duality + relatability of her character so much. I hope this makes sense…

The common headcanons for Alastor are that his father is abusive, and that he's a mama's boy. I agree with the both of these, though I have more specific ideas that I don't think are completely encapsulated in those broad statements. I'll cover the 'mama's boy' one now.

Alastor's father was abusive towards both him and his mother. His mother didn't have easy coping methods for dealing with this for herself, or for her child. She would often downplay and minimize anything that he did to either her or Alastor, as that was the best way she had to deal with it at the time. Perhaps she could convince him it wasn't too bad, and then he could have a normal life.

Her sister, Alastor's aunt, lived in the same area. Although she was somewhat unreliable as a caretaker, his mother would still send him to stay with her, especially when he was older. This was her attempt at minimizing his time he spent around his father, and the suffering that came from it.

Obviously, Alastor loved her, and he wanted nothing more than to spend time with her, but he often diagreed with her on many aspects. He was also bitter with her as he was older due to the fact that he was often sent away to live with his aunt, who did not care as much about him as his mother did.

In short, he is a mama's boy, but I don't think it lines up completely with the common depiction I find. He did not hero-worship her, and was in fact frustrated with her for some time, though his unhappiness with her only came from how much he loved her.

Okay mod rambles time yay!!! Multishipper opinion addition!!

So. Ive seen some art on my timeline abt metonic and i wanna put in my two cents abt a funny idea around that ship. And the same can apply to metadow. Or metsonadow. (Yes. Thats an actual thing i like to ship sometimes. Its CUTE COME WT ME)

So we know how artists tend to make some silly art abt sonic or shadow, in a sonadow sense, being monsterfuckers right? Sonic wi5 the squidadow, shadow with the werehog. Now. Take this information. And apply it to metonic/metadow/metsonadow.

Metal overlord, right? Right? You cannot tell me one or both pf those hedgehogs would stare at that massive fucking dragon and NOT go “WOULD.” Like. Cmon. I want more monsterfucker-esc art of one or both of those guys going “WOULD.” At metal overlord. GIVE ME THE UNHINGED SHIT TUMBLR!!

can i ask how exactly jayfeather's power works in your universe? i'm quite curious to know!!

In my universe, his powers are sort of complicated.

For one, Jayfeather can not walk in dreams,

Instead, Jayfeather can feel "true" emotions. These emotions feel like the warmth of a hug or the touch of icy water to Jayfeather.

For example, if someone is sad and says they are not, Jayfeather can "feel" their lie.

Second, unfortunately, in a more complex manner, Jayfeather can read concentrated, conscious, thoughts.

For example:

Here Mousepaw recalls Berrypaw's complaints. He thinks specifically about asking Lionpaw to go easy on his brother.

For this reason, Jaypaw can read these thoughts.

Yet, Jayfeather cannot read "unconscious" thoughts.

Think of it as a filter, almost. There is a stream of "thoughts". As a whole, Jayfeather can not discern each specific idea. In the blur of things, "concentrated" thoughts can trickle out. These are the ones Jayfeather can read per se.

Sorry if this is so complicated. Please remember that this is also my own terminology in the manner of how I define things; which can be different than yours.

It's so much fun to talk about it though.
