d20 Modern Rules for the villian of “Not of this Earth”
The 1957 version (pretty good for a 50′s movie)
The Name Davannan is proposed by the Alien Species wiki, in the movie the aliens implicitly call themselves human, but, that could have just been a case of translation convention.  
If you want to introduce the Davannans to your own campaign, I’d suggest running the general plot of the movie as a Murder mystery for the players to follow/solve 
Davannan
Species Traits
+2Int, -2Cha, Davannans learn quickly but, their cold personalities make blending in difficult.
Monstrous Humanoids:  Davannans have all traits common to Monstrous Humanoids.
Medium Size:  Davannans receive no special bonuses or penalties for their size
Keen Sight (Ex): Davannans have Darkvision out to a range of 60ft and Low-light vision
Base Land Speed: 30ft.
Bonus Feats: Davannans receive Archaic Weapons Proficiency as a bonus feat
Skills: Because of a quirk of convergent evolution Davannans look similar enough to humans that they receive a +6 circumstance bonus to disguise checks to pass as humans
Sonic Vulnerability (Ex): If a Davannan is exposed to high frequency sounds (such as police sirens or weapons that deal sonic damage) a Davannan must succeed at a DC 25 Will save or be stunned until the source of the noise is removed (or for 1d4 rounds if the source is a weapon).  Even if a Davannan succeeds at the save, it suffers a -1 circumstance penalty to all rolls saves and chscks until the source of the noise is removed  (or for 1d4 rounds if the source is a weapon).
Lethal Gaze (Su): A Davannan may target a single creature within 60ft and attempt to kill them with their stare as a Move Action.  The Target must make a DC 20 Fortitude save or be instantly slain (if they their level/Hit dice are less than or equal to the Davannan's) or suffer 3d6 points of Intelligence damage (If their level/Hit dice exceed the Davannan's). If the Davannan is wearing sun glasses or similar opaque eyewear they can not use Lethal Gaze.  Lethal Gaze does not work on Undead, Constructs, Plants or any creature that happens to be blind (because they naturally lack eyes or because their eyes do not work). Davannans are immune to Lethal Gaze
Natural Psionics (Su): Once per round a Davannan can manifest Domination (DC 24) and Forced Mind-link (DC 24) as a 10th level Telepath.  A Davannan can only have a number of creaturres Dominated/Mind-linked equal to 1+ their Charisma Modifier (Minimum 1).  Davannans are immune to the Natural Psionics of other Davannans
Telepathy (Su): Davannans can communicate telepathically with any creature within 100ft that has a language
Blood Disorder (Su): Because Davanna has been engaged in a generations long nuclear war, most Davannans have become infected with a fatal condition that causes their blood to “evaporate”, to combat this, a Davannan must receive a transfusion of at least a gallon of un infected blood every 72hours (either all at once or spread out over a prolonged period), so far the Davannans have developed drugs that can suppress but, not cure the condition. Fortunately for the Davannans, they can “safely” accept blood transfusions from humans and human hybrids (such as half-elves, humans with the Half-Fraal template ect).  An infected Davannan that has not received a transfusion within the last 72 hours suffers 1 point of Constitution damage per day until they reach 0Con (and die) or until they receive a transfusion (at which point their Con score will begin healing as normal).  On the plus side, Davannans suffering from the Blood Disorder are immune to Bleed effects (such as the wounding enchantment).  The few non-Davannan researchers that have studied Davannan physiology believe that prolonged removal from Davanna and total blood replacement will cure the condition.
Automatic Language: Davannans start play with 1 free rank in Read/Write language (Davannan) and 1 free rank in Speak language (Davannan)
