“You have given her the card?”
Another hit, another night at the Continental, another dinner with Winston.
The older man nodded, continuing to eat, eyes on his plate before they rose to meet John’s intrigued ones.
“You know that the card means…”
“She is under my protection and the hotel’s doors are always open for her— services included.” Winston completed.
“She’s a civilian, Winston.”
John could not get it. Winston seldom gave his personal ‘Access Card’ (As he liked to call it) to anyone– even in their world. John had it, Charon had it and he did not know of anyone else who had it until…Until two nights ago.
When he saw it among (Y/N)’s possessions, he had to look twice. It was, Winston's card, after all, and she fucking carried it around in her bag like an idiot.
“And how did you come to know about the card? I had it shipped to her discreetly.”
Well, that was the question he was dreading. But he would not let it show.
“I bumped into her during…a job.” He did not elaborate and hoped he would not need to.
“Wrong time, wrong place?”
John nodded. Fortunately, she had just caught the panicked rush. And she had dropped her bag somewhere along the way. John could only imagine what could have happened if the bag fell into the wrong hands– if the card fell into the wrong hands.
He had only gone through the contents to decide where to drop the bag safely. He totally did not go through her home address and ID.
Winston only hummed and continued to eat. His question, though, was still unanswered.
“She has nothing to do with our world, Winston. She does not need that.”
“Well she walked into our world, had a meeting with me, sat with us at the underground bar— everyone there saw it. I respected Artemis, and I wanted to keep my word.”
Yes, she walked into their world. Like a fucking lamb stumbling into a slaughterhouse. John sighed and continued to eat his dinner. He would rather eat by himself, in the confinement of his room, but he did not mind Winston. Besides, a dinner invitation from the manager of Continental held great significance.
He liked the silence and slowed thoughts when he was in his company, doing mundane things. Like a normal human being. That was the closest to an ordinary life he could ever get. The rest was unattainable luxury.
But in recent days. Even in the comfort of silence and solitude, his mind was filled with a certain name, a certain smile. A certain face. A certain voice.
It felt so uncharacteristic of him— it was puzzling.  His hold tightened on the knife and fork, the image of her confused face as she looked around people rushing flashed in his mind.
Not again. Not again!
Gulping some wine, he tried to clear his head. He was thinking like that again. He should not be thinking like that.
She is a civilian. An innocent civilian.
He chided himself.
“Something troubling you Jonathan?”
Of course, Winston would notice.
He looked up and sighed in silence. Thankfully, Winston did not poke further.
—------
(Y/N) admitted that there were a lot of things she had not prepared herself for before moving to New York— the basics were, thankfully, sorted out in her head. And yet, the pace of life, the mouse problem, more cockroaches, and the general indifference came to her as bumps and jerks. But all was good.
Everything was good until two days ago.
Nothing prepared her for a literal shootout at a subway station and losing her bag in the process. Thankfully, she was not caught in the middle of the crossfire— it was just the panicked rush just outside the crime scene.
But what she was more thankful about, was the fact that a kind officer brought her bag to her doorstep by the same evening. Her wallet was in that bag with her address. She did not wish to think what would happen if it fell into the wrong hands. Crime in the city ran rampant.
She had heard of it, not much on the news, but more as whispers floating around in her relatively quieter town. But she never paid much heed to them. She had treated them as rumours— the news did not show much, after all. The news did not show even half of it. But above all, the general public’s indifference to such crimes baffled her.
Did they not want their city safe? Were they not afraid? What era was it?
She reflected on Alex’s words. They discussed the same.
“You eventually grow immune to it.”
He had told her. Not very helpful, but that was an explanation of some sort. People in the city must have grown immune to it— they learned to live with it. But could she grow indifferent as well? She did not think so.
But there was too much at stake. She did not wish to return to her hometown, was still not talking to her father other than one-worded texts, had a job in New York that paid well–enough, had already signed the recent contract and paid two months of rent and the overall living cost of the city kissed the skies and any spontaneous decision would end up burning her pocket— not just a hole in her pocket.
So, the only option left was to get up, dust herself and keep moving. Yet, among all the chaos, she was glad to have found a friend like Alex. His humour and insight always helped. Her thoughts moved to her encounter with John Wick a few days ago. Clearly, Alex and John knew each other. But Alex never elaborated other than calling John an ‘acquaintance’ and John…well, she might as well admit that she would be reluctant to approach him under most circumstances.
There was— she could not put a pin on it. But there was something almost ominous about that man. The way he looked, the way he spoke, the way he stood, carried himself— every aspect about him seemed to stand out. Not enough to gain immediate attention, but enough to steer clear of his way.
Now, that did not make sense. She realised. Neither did her observation that there was still something inexplicably melancholic about that man. His eyes were unreadable but sharp and so eerily calm that his gaze made her gulp– true. But there was a deep sense of sadness. It was subtle, but it was so ever-present that it seemed to have become a part of him. Nothing temporary but an inseparable part of him.
Now, that’s a bit of a stretch!
She chided herself. What was she doing? Wondering about a man she had met only a couple of times, weaving assumptions and stories?
She shook her head and took the last bite of her dinner. She missed how dinners were timely back in her home. She missed her home a lot, she was not afraid to admit it. But she was too proud to go back. So, whatever it was, she needed to get along with it.
—---
What was he doing?
John was at a fix. He had the night to himself— a chance to relax but why was he not under the covers, relaxing on his bed?
Why was he standing in the darkest corner of the room, watching her sleeping form? Her apartment was decent, he noticed and she was careless enough to not even feel a presence in her room.
What if it were someone else?
Someone dangerous?
You are dangerous.
His subconscious mocked.
John blinked, trying to convince himself that it was all for Winston’s sake— he had taken her under his wing and John, being close to Winston, must play his part in protecting her. Especially when wolves were lurking around, one had followed her from the Continental, sniffing behind, wrapping a sheep’s skin over to lure her near.
Alex Norton…
He was skilled with poison and guns, and while John had never crossed paths with him at work, they had shared a few respectful nods now and then at the Continental. But now…
Now he was keeping an eye out for Norton.
John gulped, keeping his eyes fixed on her form. If he could keep his reservations aside, he understood Norton’s fascination with the girl.
They were both starved creatures from hell, crawling out now and then, and she was an angel, offering the solace he knew he did not deserve.
She offered what people like him were deprived of. It was tempting to just pull her into the depths of the dark with him, let her light it up— but how unfair, how cruel would that be?
Did he not see and endure enough cruelty? Why would he want an innocent civilian to lose their privileges just because one starving, deformed, empty soul had suddenly realised how impossibly bleak and bitter his world was?
No, John had made peace with this life. He would not call himself ‘the best’, but he knew he was good—- good enough to win special privileges at the New York Continental– to win the confidence of Winston Scott.
He never truly understood Winston, or his ways.
As far as he knew, Artemis was like any other patron at the Continental and had been a part of the underground before he officially left his…tribe, in search of freedom— some semblance of it at least. He had it now, and it was the best he could get.
He must make peace with it.
He stared at the asleep woman for a good minute before looking away. He needed to leave. He wanted to leave. He really wanted…
John sighed and leaned against the wall instead.
He would just watch, and observe. He would keep a distance. Like he should.
****
So, we are getting at creepy John, I don't want it to be too slow, but I also want it to be realistically paced. I don't know hat I'm doing, but I am doing it anyway.

From private “clubstaurants” to NFT reservation tokens to concierge services, getting a table is a lot easier if you’ve got the money.
Credit...Jonathan Carlson
Published Oct. 15, 2022Updated Oct. 18, 2022
As long as there have been high-status, celebrity-studded restaurants, there have been people clamoring to get into them, working contacts, making phone calls, greasing palms. Lately, though, it can seem like every restaurant in New York is that kind of restaurant.
In the pandemic era — with hours cut back in many cases, and a public eager to eat out once again — the competition for tables has reached a frenzied pitch on electronic reservation platforms.
“Without over-embellishing, within five seconds basically all reservations are taken,” said Steve Saed, who started #FreeRezy, a free electronic forum where people could swap reservations among themselves. “It’s like winning the lottery to eat at these places,” he added.
But a new generation of tactics have emerged to help would-be diners jump the line, including latter-day concierge services, NFTs granting holders special privileges, members-only credit card perks and private “clubstaurants.” What they all have in common is that they will cost you.
“However many years ago, it was slip the host or hostess $20 and bypass the line,” said Alex Lee, the chief executive of Resy and vice president of American Express Dining. He runs the companies’ Global Dining Network, a program that offers a select group of Amex members (Amex owns Resy) access to certain restaurant perks through the reservation platform.
The program, he suggested, is just the natural evolution of that furtive $20. For an annual credit card fee in the hundreds or sometimes thousands, Global Dining Access members can obtain priority reservations at hot restaurants across the United States. “The first thing customers want is access, right?” Mr. Lee said.
But at certain members-only restaurants, a reservation alone is not enough.
Haiku, a private Japanese restaurant in Miami, makes a slightly different calculation. The restaurant accepts members by invitation only, for an annual fee, and asks them to commit to at least four reservations annually for a 10-to-12-course kaiseki-inspired omakase menu. The restaurant declined to discuss either the application process or the price.
Jeff Zalaznick, a partner at Major Food Group, was only slightly more forthcoming about plans for the New York debut of ZZ’s Club, which will feature a members-only Carbone. Like the first ZZ’s in Miami, which offers members access to a Japanese restaurant, a sushi bar, a bar and lounge and a cigar terrace, ZZ’s Club New York will bring the Major Food Group experience to the financial and social elite. (Like Haiku, Major Food Group would not disclose the fee or the application process.)
Tumblr media
But given that the original Carbone — which recently lost its Michelin star — is already impossible to get into, is it really necessary to have an even more exclusive version just two miles away?
“One of the great things about being a private member’s club, is the fact that you really can tailor everything on the food and beverage side to your customers at an even higher level than you can, obviously, when you’re just a public restaurant,” Mr. Zalaznick said.
This means knowing what members want, and how exactly they want it: How do they take their steak? Do they prefer still or sparkling water? What is their standing order, and with which modifications?
Diners can have all those things at the London import Casa Cruz, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, but for a stratospheric price tag. The top-floor dining room there is reserved for the 99 members of the restaurant’s “investor group of partners” who have paid between $250,000 and $500,000 to join.
“I think there’s a demand for curation,” said Noah Tepperberg, the co-CEO of Tao Group Hospitality, which next year is opening a private club in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, in collaboration with the restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You.
In the grand tradition of private clubs — from New York City’s Union Club to San Francisco’s Bohemian Club to the recently rebranded ’Quin House in Boston — these exclusive clubstaurants require not only cash but status.
Tumblr media
“Restaurants began as places to show off status,” said Andrew P. Haley, an associate professor of history at the University of Southern Mississippi. Generally, this took place in public, where discerning diners could be seen demonstrating their discernment.
The members-only clubstaurant, on the other hand, confers another kind of status, suggested Megan J. Elias, the director of the gastronomy program at Boston University: “You can be a connoisseur among a very small number of connoisseurs.”
Mr. Saed said he’s not surprised that access is being monetized.
“Part of it tracks to the types of people that are renting in New York now,” he said. “With rents pushing over $4,000 to $5,000, I think that the proportion of people that are living here that have the discretionary income to spend are kind of more here.”
Still other restaurants — the public kind — are leaning into patronage-style programs, aiming to give certain customers premier access, while remaining open to the rest of us.
Under normal circumstances, it can take weeks or months to get into Dame, the West Village fish-and-chips sensation. But there is a workaround: Front of House, a platform designed to help restaurants sell “digital collectibles,” also known as NFTs, that grant holders special access.
Instead of lining up at 4:30 p.m. on a Monday, the one day Dame takes walk-in diners, a devoted diner could pay $1,000, which buys them the ability, with at least 24 hours notice, to book a table once a week through the end of 2022. (20 such tokens have been created; 11 have been sold so far.)
Stephanie Dumanian, a cosmetic dentist in Manhattan and a fan of the restaurant, was trying without success to make a reservation for her husband’s birthday when she found Front of House. She bought a token in July, and has been three times since. “It’s been great,” she said. “I feel like I’m supporting a local business.”
Tumblr media
Colin Camac, a co-founder of Front of House, said the platform is simply expediting intimacy.
“I think one of the best things in the world is going into a place just like Cheers, where everybody knows your name, where they know what you like, where your martini is sitting there as soon as you walk in,” said Mr. Camac, who is also a regional director at Resy. “It’s an easier way to be part of that community if you don’t have the time to really invest in it.” In other words, anyone can be a regular, for a price.
“It’s kind of a trade secret in the concierge space that you have to build relationships, and spend a lot of time doing it, in order to deliver these very hard to get reservations,” said Peter Adams, the founder of Table Concierge.
Tumblr media
His start-up is for people with money but not time, and a would-be diner doesn’t actually have to be a regular to get treated like one. “You could do this on your own,” he said, but he streamlines the process “so you don’t have to wake up at 8 a.m. or book at midnight.”
For a price — usually $50 per reservation per person, but it depends on the difficulty — Mr. Adams works his connections to open doors that appear closed to the rest of us. (White glove service means he will go as far as going to a restaurant in person to negotiate on a client’s behalf.)
With a week or so warning, he puts his success rate at 90 percent. You want Lilia? He’ll get you Lilia, nevermind what Resy says. “We can get you in anywhere other than Rao’s,” he said of the exclusive Italian restaurant in East Harlem.
Though he added: “But if you want to give me $10,000, I can find a way to get you into Rao’s.”

Class 6: AI in Branding
What biases do humans hold about AI and in what ways can we strategically use friction to achieve more responsible AI systems?
A common bias that humans hold about AI is that these models are suited to do repetitive, logical tasks, but that they are not ready to do work related to creative professions. As exemplified by Zhang & Gosline (2023), AI can be used to provide marketing content and is also being successfully used to do sales calls.
As such, I believe that introducing friction in the sales process is ultimately the responsible decisions for businesses. I see two potential dangers of creating frictionless customer journeys using AI. The first one, is that it will create a sense of being cheated on to the consumer. Kind of the used-car salesman who using sophisms convinces someone to buy a car, even if it was not in their best interest.
Second, and perhaps more important, is that we do not understand these black-box models. Furthermore, we have previously seen more simple models (compared with LLMs) to be affected by bias in their decision making. Be it because of bias in their inherent data, or the models catching in demographic and other protected information, we have seen that leaving models to take decisions has led to bias with respect to race, sex, and other personal attributes. For example, the Apple Card screening process was said to be favoring men over women in their credit screening process (Vigdor, 2019).
As such, friction can allow companies to continuously probe their models to assure they are providing a good customer experience, rather than just maximizing sales.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott boasted shortly after he began soliciting private donations for his controversial migrant busing program that there would likely "be no cost to the state" given the outpouring of support from concerned citizens across the country.
But after nearly two years of fundraising to offset the program's costs, Abbott's operation has collected less than half of 1% of the roughly $150 million spent on busing migrants to sanctuary cities, according to a review of state records.
And CNN found that the largest donation – $900,000 – never made it into the state's coffers, either because it was a mistake or a prank.
Records show that at most, around $550,000 has been raised to date.
The data provided by the state reflected donations submitted online or by mail through check, credit card or bank transfer, not funds actually received by the state - meaning the data could contain donations that were rejected by banks and credit companies during processing. Reporters tried to reach the woman behind the supposed $900,000 donation, but they could not locate the person with the name provided, and the phone number submitted to state officials was disconnected.
Abbott's office published a running tally online to show how willing people were to support his program. After the $900,000 contribution was submitted online in September, the website showed that donations had reached more than $1.3 million, but in December, the tally was readjusted – dropping back down to around $460,000.
CNN also spoke with another donor listed in the data who confirmed he did not make the $2,000 donation listed under his name. Yet another donor showed reporters a letter he said he received from the state after complaining that his $1,000 donation to the state border wall fund had been instead allocated to the busing efforts.
The governor's office did not respond to CNN's questions about the mystery donation, other discrepancies and whether any of the other donations listed in the state data did not come through.
Since the busing program started, Texas taxpayers have largely footed the bill. The governor's office says it has transported more than 100,000 migrants from Texas to sanctuary cities around the nation, including New York City, Chicago, Washington, DC and Denver. Given the payments made to private contractors so far as detailed in public records, this means it has cost about $1,500 to move each migrant out of the state.
Immigration advocates have slammed this operation as a dangerous and inhumane publicity stunt, and sanctuary city mayors have also fought back against Abbott's program, instituting regulations about when and where the buses can drop off migrants, as the cities have struggled to meet the needs of the sudden influx of asylum seekers. Last year, a 3-year-old migrant girl died while on a bus to Chicago as part of Abbott's busing program, and a 10-year-old girl was reportedly hospitalized the prior year due to dehydration and a high fever while on a bus to Philadelphia.
Securing the border has been a hot button issue as the presidential election nears. While many Republicans have lambasted President Joe Biden for not doing enough to stop migrants from crossing the border, some immigration advocates and attorneys say he has actually made it too difficult for migrants to go through the legal process to seek asylum in the country.
Aside from the unfulfilled $900,000 contribution, the largest donation in the records came just last month from Wyoming megadonor Timothy Mellon, an heir to the Mellon family fortune. Mellon donated $50,000 to the busing program, far less than the tens of millions of dollars that the Texas Tribune reported he contributed to the state's border wall fund. He has also donated millions to Super PACs supporting presidential candidates Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. this year alone, according to Federal Election Commission filings. He did not respond to a request for comment.
CNN reached some of the donors on the list who confirmed they had made the donations and said they strongly believed in the governor's mission.
Texas engineer Ronald Roche, who has donated $500 to the fund, said Abbott's busing initiative has become necessary because the federal government has failed to address "this migrant problem." He first learned about the efforts watching the news and said that while he was compelled to donate, he is also supportive of state taxpayer funds being used.
"States have a right to protect themselves," he said. "If the federal government's not doing it up to the level, I think any state… ought to use their own money. And that's money well spent."
While the bulk of the donations in which a state was listed came from those living in Texas, residents in other states – such as Mellon – also offered support.
"This isn't just a Texas problem," said Peter D'Amato, a property manager in South Carolina, who donated $100. "Texas drew the short straw being on the border, but it's a national issue and they need some relief, and these folks need to find refuge in the sanctuary cities that invite them."
Samay Rajan Verma, a 19-year-old college sophomore at Elmhurst University, a Christian college in Illinois, told CNN he supported the program because he wants people to "see the value of legal immigration," saying his Punjabi parents entered the country legally and had to re-start their schooling. "They did a lot just to be here and to be successful in the United States. … I feel like the American people aren't really realizing that this is really a slap on the face of all the legal immigrants that came here." Verma donated $25 to Abbott's efforts.
A $2,000 donation, meanwhile, was listed as coming from a progressive Washington, DC climate activist named Hendrik Voss.
When reached by CNN on the phone number provided to the state, Voss said he was shocked – then angry – to hear that he was listed in the donation data.
"I can say with 1,000% certainty that I've never given a cent to Gov. Abbott's dehumanizing and racist publicity stunts," he said in an interview. In reaction to the news, he said he had made an immediate donation to a local nonprofit to help support migrants who are being bused to DC.
CNN's Casey Tolan contributed to this report.

New York’s New Credit Card Surcharge Law Is In Effect: Here’s What It Means For Customers and Businesses
— By Vaughn Golden and Emily Crane | February 12, 2024
A New Law Requiring New York Businesses to Clearly Display the Total Cost of Purchasing Items with a Credit Card — Including Any Surcharges — Is in Full Swing. As of Sunday, businesses in the Empire State are required to disclose any additional credit card surcharges before a customer begins to check out.
The businesses can either post the total price, inclusive of the credit card surcharges, or list the different prices for both card and cash payments for items.
“As more New Yorkers use credit cards and EBT [electronic benefit transfer] products to purchase goods and services, pricing transparency is critical for consumers to make informed decisions at the register,” state Sen. Jeremy Cooney (D-Rochester), who helped spearhead the legislation, told The Post.
“My legislation was designed to help people better understand the total cost — not just a processing fee percentage — and to be protected from surprise fees at checkout.”

The law, which was signed by Gov. Kathy Hochul in December, also prevents shop owners from charging customers more in credit card surcharges than what the business is charged by the processing companies.
Under the new requirements, businesses can’t simply post a sign on the door, or at the register, stating that there is an additional 3.9% surcharge for credit cards.
They have to clearly spell out how much the additional percentage will set the customer back, meaning the businesses can’t have a price tag saying: “$10.00, + 4 percent if paying with a credit card.”

“New Yorkers should never have to deal with hidden credit card costs, and this law will ensure individuals can trust that their purchases will not result in surprise surcharges,” Hochul said in a statement last week as she warned of the upcoming changes.
“Transparency is crucial in building trust between businesses and communities and now patrons will be empowered to budget accordingly.” The law doesn’t apply to debit cards.

Factoring attorney: securing your future credit card sales
In the fast-paced world of business, securing capital is often a key challenge for many entrepreneurs. Future credit card sales can be a valuable asset, but accessing funds against them can be complex. This is where a factoring attorney steps in, offering a solution that can be a game-changer for businesses. In this article, we will explore the role of a Factoring Lawyer and how they can help you unlock the potential of your upcoming credit card sales.
Understanding factoring: factoring is a financial transaction in which a business sells its accounts receivable, in this case, future credit card sales, to a third party, known as a factor. This provides immediate access to cash, enabling businesses to meet their immediate financial needs. Factoring is often used to cover expenses, invest in growth, or bridge financial gaps during slow periods.
The role of a factoring attorney: a Factoring Lawyer is a legal professional who specializes in factoring transactions. They play a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing the entire factoring process, ensuring that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Here are some key areas where a Factoring Lawyer can be of great assistance:
  1. Contract review: factoring transactions involve complex contracts and agreements. A Factoring Lawyer will thoroughly review these documents, making sure that your interests are protected.
  2. Legal compliance: factoring regulations can vary from state to state. A Factoring Lawyer ensures that your factoring arrangement is in full compliance with the applicable laws.
  3. Dispute resolution: in case of disputes or issues arising during the factoring process, your attorney can step in to resolve conflicts, keeping the transaction on track.
Unlocking the potential of upcoming credit card sales: securing funds against upcoming credit card sales can be a lifeline for businesses, especially during slow seasons or when rapid expansion is on the horizon. Factoring allows you to access a portion of these future sales immediately, which can be invaluable for maintaining cash flow.
Upcoming credit card sales: your upcoming credit card sales represent a predictable revenue stream. Factoring companies recognize this and are willing to purchase a percentage of those sales at a discount. The funds you receive can be used for various purposes, such as expanding your operations, paying off debts, or simply keeping your business afloat during challenging times.
Conclusion: in the dynamic world of business, having a Factoring Lawyer by your side can make all the difference when it comes to leveraging your upcoming credit card sales. They ensure the legalities are in order and help you access much-needed capital in a timely manner. To explore how a Factoring Lawyer can benefit your business, visit grantphillipslaw.com. Towing service Tips
Tumblr media
If you find yourself in a situation where you need a towing service, whether due to a breakdown, accident, or any other reason, here are some tips to keep in mind:
Safety First: Ensure your safety and the safety of your passengers. If possible, move your vehicle to a safe location, such as the shoulder of the road. Use hazard lights and set up warning triangles or cones to alert other drivers.
Call for Assistance: Contact a reputable towing service or roadside assistance provider. If you’re a member of an auto club or have roadside assistance coverage with your insurance, call them for assistance. They can help arrange for a tow.
Know Your Location: Provide the towing service with your exact location. Be as specific as possible, including landmarks or mile markers, to help the tow truck find you quickly.
Ask Questions: When you call a towing service, ask them about their rates, estimated arrival time, and any other relevant information. It’s essential to know what to expect.
Check for Proper Licensing and Insurance: Ensure that the towing company and their operators are licensed and insured. This is vital for your protection in case of any damage or mishaps during the towing process.
Verify Identity: When the tow truck arrives, ask to see the driver’s identification and the tow truck’s company logo. Legitimate tow truck operators should be able to provide these.
Discuss Payment: Clarify the cost of the tow and how payment will be handled. Some towing companies accept credit cards, while others might require cash. Make sure you understand their payment policies before the tow begins.
Secure Your Belongings: If possible, remove any valuable or personal items from your vehicle before it’s towed. While most tow companies are reputable, it’s better to be safe.
Be Present: If possible, stay with your vehicle until the tow truck arrives. This can help ensure that it’s handled properly and that nothing is damaged during the towing process.
Get a Receipt: Once the towing service has been completed, make sure to get a detailed receipt that includes all relevant information, including the name of the towing company, the driver’s name, the location, and the cost.
Know Your Rights: Familiarize yourself with the towing laws and regulations in your area, as they can vary. This can help you make informed decisions and protect your rights.
Remember that not all towing companies are the same, so it’s a good idea to do some research and choose a reputable and reliable service in advance if possible. Being prepared and informed can make the experience of needing a towing service less stressful and more manageable.
