I like to think the reason that Zane was made was in remembrance of an actual child that Dr. Julien lost.

Think about it. He turned off Zane’s memory switch so he wouldn’t have to go through the pain of remembering his dad dying. That sounds an awful like something that someone who lost a child in the past would do.

(Looking at you Henry Emily and your Charliebots…)

Ok this is Ninjago, not FNaF. My point still stands. I like to think that before Dr. Julien created the Nindroid version of Zane, Zane was a son that he lost in an accident alongside his wife. He wanted a way for him to actually grow up, since he would’ve died pretty young.

Who knows, maybe human Zane’s soul is what actually powers Nindroid Zane. Or maybe it’s the power of friendship or whatever Kai said during Zane’s funeral in Season 3.

Once again, who knows. This is just a random headcanon I have.

🌟EXPERIMENT AU ANNOUNCEMENT!🌟

Hey, guys!

So I finally wrote out the first bit of my experiment au! Plus, I gave it a name!

Ninjago: Drops of Golden Blood (NDoGB for short) part one is scheduled to come out sometime in the next couple of weeks, so keep an eye out!

I don't have a specific date in mind, since my personal life is a little busy at the moment. I'm wanting to get it done hopefully in two to three weeks, but it could possibly get posted after that, (or before) depending on how much free time I have.

This has been a long time coming, and I can almost guarantee you that posting will be an irregular thing, lol. 😅

However, I'm really excited to finally get this story out, since you guys have been very supportive and eager!

I hope my Ninjago experiment AU can live up to all of your expectations!

Slice of life au where Garmadon (in his big Oni form after being resurrected) is the father of two kids.

His annoying son who is kind of pathetic, Lloyd

And his darling, amazing, wonderful daughter Tox

Some notes

Garmadon adopts Tox after she joins the other resistance members to break into Borg Tower, where she attempts to punch him in the face, and he just. Gives up on his evil plans in order to become a suburban dad

Tox and Lloyd are actual adults, but Garmadon treats them as small children (under 13)

Tox is 22, which I chose solely because Lloyd would be a little shit and play “22” by Taylor Swift to piss her off

Garmadon invites the Elemental Masters for a ‘play date’ which confuses the hell out of them all, and he gives Neuro an allergic reaction due to giving them peanut products

Misako is still here, and Lloyd visits her every weekend. Misako is very baffled by this whole situation

Tox, in this au, has 2 moms, and is A) very confused about whether or not this is how an actual dad is and B) annoyed by the fact her moms think it is a cry for help

Garmadon, Misako and Tox’s moms eventually make a group chat together to talk about the kids, and become friends

The ninja are all tired and confused but are not willing to fight it too much, much to Lloyd’s chagrin

Cole wants to sleep. He had to deal with baby Wu, this is too much family drama

Garmadon tried to homeschool Lloyd and Tox, but that went terribly since Lloyd hasn’t been to school since he was 8 and Tox has graduated from college

“I’m Telling Dad” is somehow the scariest threat in the whole house

Also, trans! Tox in this house and Garmadon is somehow the biggest ally here
