He sido admiradora de #MarilynMonroe desde los 15 años. He leído muchísimos libros, unos escritos por autores/as varios, y otros con escritos de la propia #NormaJean (para mi, SiEMPRE Norma Jean. No voy a ponerme aquí a hacer una disertación/ensayo/monólogo sobre la mujer que fue porque es demasiado complejo, tanto la mujer detrás del mito como su vida en si misma, como para hacerlo en tan pocas palabras y espacio. Ayer vi #Blonde y solo diré: "Pérdonalos, Norma Jean, no saben lo que han hecho". Sinceramente, no entiendo como Ana de Armas se ha prestado a semejante cosa. Solo se me ocurre que aceptó el papel por su escaso conocimiento en quién fue la mujer a quien iba a interpretar, porque si no, no me lo explico... Yo leo ese guión y me niego a participar en esa locura y basura. Solo añadir que, POR FAVOR, DEJEN DE TRATAR DE LLEVAR LA VIDA DE "MARiLYN MONROE" AL CiNE. CON CADA iNTENTO LA DESTROZAN MÁS Y NO DEJAN DE ViOLARLA A ELLA Y A SU MEMORiA AUN DESPUÉS DE MUERTA. Por supuesto, esta es solo mi opinión que no necesariamente ha de coincidir con los demás. Y por último, abstenerse de decirme que la actriz merece un Oscar por su papel y bla bla bla, porque para mi, esta película merece ser enterrada. Lo último que necesita Norma Jean es un Oscar para una película que ni le hace justicia como persona, ni como actriz, ni como mujer de negocios que fue; ni trata con rigurosidad los hechos; que se inventa disparates sóridos para obviar otras mucho más importantes y relevantes; y que ni por su puesto honra su memoria como ella merece. norma🤍 my love small but not so small rant: i can’t believe i was so excited to see “Blonde” just to realize and be disappointed that it was just male gaze fictionalization of marilyn monroe. it was disgusting and i am not blaming ana de armas cause she was absolutely beautiful and her performance was phenomenal but the movie was terrible and of course it was because it was made by a man who only wanted to focus on her sex life and her s*icide. the whole movie was just boring and misleading and it didn’t share any parts of her life and how she was more than just a sex symbol. i was oblivious and naive going in to watch a movie like this. i should have know that past marilyn movies (made by men) never and i mean NEVER succeeded. shame on the author of the book ‘blonde’ for writing this book and shame on the director as well. i am in love with ana so all i will say is she did a wonderful job and she will possibly win an award(s) for this but for the wrong reasons. p.s. @jbunzie is trying to make a film about marilyn that would show a fair and accurate representation of marilyn based of her audio tapes and her diary. if you are a fan of marilyn and would like to see a marilyn monroe accurate redemption film, take action and sign that petition to get it green-lit by @hulu #marilynmonroe #normajeane https://www.instagram.com/p/CjKOd8CMrl2/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
