Working on a new series I call "Soulace". It's about a compassionate teen named Ziv, a former nun who ran from home. She finds feared, stuck spirits and helps them to move on. On her travels, she encounters Donovan, a fiery, eccentric soul who's got a more difficult time loosening his earthly binds. I have some more brainstorming drafts with lore that I'll post later :) (p.s The background is inspired by an old Taco Bell xD)

Safe and Sound ⌨

Cori’iana’s heart beat rapidly and her stomach grew more and more unsettled as she drew closer to the designated landing site for the Baethean delegation.  Wanting to appear stronger than what she felt, Cori’iana passed Meellen to Biala, who showered the cat in ear scritches as they walked.

True to her word, Ziv was waiting at the landing site for them.  Knowing that her nervousness might betray her through her words, Cori’iana opted to acknowledge Baethean’s senator with a nod which Ziv returned.  She knew that once the Baethean vessel was landed that her nerves would steel, like they always did.  But Cori’iana couldn’t help but play with the bracelet Obi-Wan had given her to self-sooth as she waited for the vessel to come into sight.

A few minutes later, the aircraft came into view.  Cori’iana stood a little taller from her place between Ziv and Biala.  By the time the ramp of the Baethean royal cruiser touched the ground, Cori’iana was ready for whatever harsh judgement and cruel comments she was about to receive.  She steadied herself with a diplomatic smile, which she could only hope would unsettle Lady Catalea as much as the future monarch of Baethea unsettled her.

As to be expected, Lady Catalea seemed to gracefully float down the ramp as any royal should, looking elegant and sure of herself, but the fire behind her eyes was unmistakable. Cori’iana could feel Lady Catalea’s judging eyes cast harshly upon her scrutinizing everything from her dress of blue silk with silver circlets on the bodice to her dark tresses cascading down her back.  But Cori’iana had anticipated this since this moment she knew Lady Catalea would be descending in terror upon Naboo.

Send me ⌨ + title to one of my fics and I’ll write a sentence for that fic!

ORIGINAL CHARACTER QUESTIONS& HEADCANONS: * collection #1

OCs are amaizing. For one: Imagine you are a content creator and someone loves your work and you ideas and the world you have written up so much that they read through all of it and make a character based on it! What bigger 'I love you work' could ever be done? OCs to existing series are the biggest Loveletter one can make to the creator! Also OCs that focus on underdevelopted parts of a series and are made to explore it? OCs that are made for a concept that is only randomly mentioned ? Someone loved this work so much and wanted to expierence it more detailed that they made a whole character to explore it through this characters eyes! How amazing is that! How creative! How much can one love a series or a concept that it inspired one (out of love or spite) to make ones own content? Ones own stories and concepts? Its just amaizing!

Like, years ago when I was still running along other teachers as a second hand I had a student once who loved reading Worrior Cats. She was in fourth grade, but she also had big problems in her motoric so writing was exhausting for her and especially writing those "boring" sentences in textbooks was exhausting. AT that lesson we had "das" and "dass" as a theme, so there were thought out example sentences. Its german grammar and what is exhausting already for an adult is horrible for a kid. And the kid was blocking every attempts to think about or write those sentences. But when I sat beside her and noted that she might write about the cats in her books as people in those sentences she suddenly lightened up and beamed and started to write. Sledghammer of Pedagogy. She never stood a chance.

So- really!- OCs are amazing!. its just so wonderful that people allowe me to be part of the process of them loving a series or a concept to much by writing own OCs for that. And than even letting me write with those OCs!

ALSO I lovethe process of OC development! I am having big problems coming up with personalitys that interest me, so I am usually only sticking to one OC and write that Muse for a few years, so I am always amazed by people having more than one muse at the same time. Best example: That wookie-mandalorian living in my head since two years but who I can´t find a fitting personality for that I would want to write. Love the concept, can´t make it interesting. Maybe will keep on cooking it for a few more years. Ziv needed six years of cooking herself, so eh.
