#OH AND DONT TELL ME IF ANY OF THIS IS DISPROVEN OR SOMETHING BY THE LOOP EPILOGUE

Hey so after an intense amount of fishing and banana peels I decided to play the epilogue as a palette cleanser and discovered the island might be back now?? So ty for sending me on a fishing journey bc I would've never noticed.
The reason i say this btw is bc if you don't point out the dialogue during a loop to the daydreamer about her sister, she just seems to think hard during the party b4 returning to daydreaming. HOWEVER, if you did she asks the elder if she had one. The elder says she doesn't think so but her memory isn't what it used to be and asks her why to which she says she dreamed of one. She then describes her sister and the elder interrupts saying that the sister would say she'd travel the world and see every country on earth. When the daydreamer says thats exactly what she said in the dream and asks how she knew. The elder says she's not sure but I can see you having one, that they can imagine it vividly which makes the daydreamer happy. AND NOTHING SUDDENLY GLITCHED! THE UNIVERSE DIDNT REWRITE THEIR CONVERSATION!!?? So yeah ty for sending me on a fishing quest!
OH YEAH!! i got that during my first playthrough, i didnt know it was missable tbh :0
im not sure if id take it as confirmation that the island has fully returned, since the daydreamers memory (and the elders memory, who knows if its old age or the other thing) of her sister is still a bit off, but theres possibly something going on here thats.. more lenient ? about peoples memories and perceptions regarding it and/or connections to it. either that or that conversation was indirect enough that it didnt require being rewritten.. idk!! shits weird!!
the situation w the island and its very (non)existence is honestly super interesting to me bc its like. its not completely, physically gone, is it? during act 4 after beating the king if you have sif look outside towards the sun, they can see it - if only briefly, since they stop themself before the universe has the chance to. so its. still there?? but what happened to everyone else who lived there, besides the few we know about? the daydreamers sister didnt just cease to exist, did she? sif had parents, and other people they knew there, what happened to them? are all the former residents end up just.. wandering around random areas unable to remember anything, like the king? did some actually disappear? but theres still physical proof of it in written form, so thats unlikely.. probably.. but the land itself is still there, somehow, so.. ?????????????
didnt mean to get into all that here cksbksjs anyway ur welcome!! :] its so fun to find new things in this game theres SO much stuff hidden away that u dont even think to look for, especially when its by accident!! what a game .........

you are downplaying elriel scenes tho💀💀even the way you're talking about azriel saving elain says everything.
as for tt, how old is azriel again? around 500 yeah?? do you really think that a 500yr old illyrian warrior has never been in a situation where he gave his weapons to comrades? for someone who is oh so holy about context, you're forgetting that rhys mentioned to feyre that az never let anyone TOUCH tt. it's not just a matter of lending tt to someone during battle. it's so important to him that he's not let anyone before even hold the damn thing.
'But your claims that TT and his rescuing Elain equals love and feelings is pretty much disproven considering he was still in love with Mor months later on Solstice. He's not simultaneously in love with Elain.' - could you point me to these claims of mine? I don't recall me saying that🤔unless, it's your age working tricks on you...
elain reminded azriel of his mother as a servant which is why he helped her?😶how long did it take you to reach for THAT take?💀
you people are just so dramatic. you're acting like azriel locked elain away and took all her choices when all he said was that the trove has a darkness that elain shouldn't be exposed to. (to which cassian replied "and nesta should?" showing that he has similar thoughts about nesta). he expressed that he doesn't want her involved in something so dark. did he go to elain and tell her that he forbids her from going? no. and your little examples dont change the fact that rhys and cassian DO have their overprotective moments. rhys literally growled at nesta when she so much as looked at feyre wrong😂
it's actually kinda hilarious that you're sitting there accusing me of 'glorifying' elriel scenes when you're the one swooning over lucien giving elain the space she needs which is the bare minimum a decent person could do.
I also don't see where you got the idea of me trying to influence your opinion from?? it's simply discourse on social media. if you don’t want to interact then turn off your anons. (I can send you tutorials on how to do that, sweetie😘)
Oh my god, another "sweetie" 🤦😭. You really have no shame 😂. And once again trying to insult my age which further proves your immaturity.
I promise you, one day your 40 / 50 year old self look will look back at your actions and be embarrassed.
It's absolutely PATHETIC that I blocked your main account yet you are logging on to a secondary account for the sole purpose of harassing others.
Once again, you misunderstand the true spirit of discourse because snidely sending anons is not it.
You completely miss the point of what I'm saying, a common occurrence for you.
Is it possible Az has lent out weapons to other soldiers? Sure. But have we any proof that Az has ever needed to sit out of battle?
NO.
He ALWAYS has TT on him which means if Az is in battle, HE will use TT.
And what reason would Az ever have to let someone touch TT? 😂. "Hey baby, want to touch my dagger?"
Everyone in his circle is a warrior and they have their own weapons.
The only reason TT was available for someone else to use was because Mor begged him to sit out. Az was planning on flying into battle after being severely wounded which strongly suggests he doesn't sit out of battle for anything. Yet the female he loved begged him not to go so he suddenly had no need for TT. And in this storyline, there just happened to be a human recently turned Fae who had no weapon on her person.
I highly doubt there has ever been a scenario where Az was preparing to go into battle, decided to sit out, and had a random female hanging around who needed protection but in that case he refused to give it to her because he was saving that action for the female he'd someday love.
If you want to throw context in my face, I'd like to remind you letting Elain touch TT didn't mean what you think it means since he's never thought of her beyond his sexual fantasies. 🤷. You say I'm downplaying E/riel scenes whereas I'm merely explaining why those scenes all amounted to a whole lot of nothing except Az wanting a mate and using Elain as spank bank material.
Rhys growled at Nesta? THAT is what you're trying to compare to Az saying Elain shouldn't be allowed to do something dangerous? REALLY?! 😂
And Cassian said, "and Nesta should?" only in response to Az basically saying one female shouldn't be allowed to do something dangerous yet the other females don't matter.
He's not saying Nesta shouldn't be allowed to search for the Trove, he's saying no female is more exempt than any other which is basically what Az is suggesting. He's calling out Az for his idiot comment, something Amren also had to do.
And my take on Elain reminding Az of his mother is a REACH?! It's in the text!
Let’s just say it hit a little close to home. At my beat of confusion, he added, There are some scars when it comes to how his mother was treated. Many scars. His mother, who had been a servant—near-slave—when he was born. And afterward. None of us bother to wait for everyone to sit, least of all Cassian. It can strike at odd times.
I'm not sure how many more ways I can say this, in my opinion your interpretation of the text is weak and uninspired. There is no insult you can throw my way, no take on the series that is going to change my mind.
And once AGAIN, you take one sentence of a post and run with it. Lucien has never once demanded Elain make a decision on the bond. That's not all he's done for her but it is a big deal when you consider all the E/riels that claim Lucien harasses her. And the phrasing for that sentence was in regards to that fact and that he has given her space and freedom to deal with her trauma and being made before dealing with the enormity of a mating bond.
I don't know, it seems like a pretty obvious concept to me. Maybe it's just something that comes with old age 😉
You are wasting your time sending messages and this will be the last time I respond to them. My anons are open because some Elucien's and Gwynriels want to share their thoughts without becoming a target for people like you. They are not open for trolls who enjoy starting shit "anonymously" under the guise of wanting to have a "peaceful" debate. You're not fooling anyone.

Posting this here so no one floods my rp account w/ stupid shit. This post aint for people who liked episode 5. If you liked it, good for you, I’m happy for you, I wish that were me but heres my issues.
I don’t know if I’m suppose to consider Loki & Sylvie a couple now & at this point I don’t care like I really don’t give a shit anymore do your weird self/incest thing Disney if it makes you happy and makes you feel safe from representing queers then like idk man we dont want your take on Loki anyway.
Everything they did with Black Loki made me uncomfortable on a level I’m not smart or political enough to explain but what I can say is the only way it would be worse is if someone called him the N-word. I’m a white passing black person & I was squirming in my seat frm being so uncomfy. I can’t remember the last time I was that uncomfy w/ the portrayal of a black character & I think the worst part about it, at least for me, is I’ve spent the whole week imagining him as this “GOOD LOKI” whos nexus event was being worthy of mjolnir or something & woo boy. & You know they’re gonna excuse all that by saying ‘tee hee but hes loki’ like oh my god that could have been handled better. Anyway Id love to see black people talk about this & wonder if they feel the same?
They've pretty much disproven any idea of Loki being genderfluid. They gave  Sylvie the unicorn treatment LITERALLY because shes a woman/female Loki & thats apparently so unheard of among the Lokis like... Man. You CANNOT sit there & tell me hes genderfluid please STOP giving them credit for something they never did. In fact, theyve undone it. Bc comic Loki & Myth Loki ARE genderfluid. They would never treat a female presenting/iding Loki as weird bc they do so frequently themselves. Marvel/Disney Loki is cis as fuck & theyve gone above & beyond to affirm this. no nb/genderfluid person would act like that guys point blank.
(Also the idea that what made main!loki better was cos he was in love w/ a “woman” / had an m/f romance on the horizon teehee like I’m sorry the subtext was there.)
They really went hard on the no-homo treatment for Loki & Mobius. Like even having Sylvie mentioning to Loki that Mobius cares about Loki & Loki shrugging it off (straight up ignoring it) to focus on whatever weird thing he has going on with her. The hug was fine but again it screamed no-homo and I’m just... Im not surprised but I mean mentioning just to add to the pile of why that ep made me feel uncomfy I’m building here. Ive already wrote IN DEPTH about why the whole bait with Loki/Mobius was whack & why it was 100% bait so I don’t have a whole lot to add here.
Lastly, I think I’ve covered everything so yea, lastly... Old man/classic Loki (as someone who knows classic loki from the comics that was UNEXPECTED) was the best thing to have happened to the entire series & they took him away just like that & I have serious emotions about it. I feel as angry about it as I do about all the actual problematic TM shit I just sat through.  So um. In conclusion.

Aside from Zombieman who are your favorites? Also what’s in Genus’s basement
OH BOI yeah this took a while to answer cause I actually had to compose my thoughts on the matter. It's a lot, long post ahead friendos
It would be easier and faster to list my LEAST favorites asdfghjkl but Hmmmm surprisingly, would you believe the reason I even started watching opm was because I saw Geryuganshoop and adored the weird simplistic alien squid design? He was actually my first fave lol oops??? Buuuut now, aside from Z, definitely Metal Bat, Genos, Child Emperor... And honestly Phoenixman? Also pretty darn high up there on the list is Tanktop Master, as well as Lightning Max, Oneshotter, Mizuki and Needlestar I love their Dynamic so much holy crap, and Atomic Samurai's disciples. The Egg himself goes without saying. Homeless Emperor and Vampire Pureblood also hold special places for me, which may or may not be obvious as to why... really though i just love everyone minus like, 3 or 4 characters who dont do much for me. but ANYWAY
What is in Dr. Genus's basement.
This question has been absolutely PLAGUING me since I read the chapter.
So to start, I'm going to go over something thats crossed my mind, but i don't think will (or want to) happen.
It is possible that it will be an actual device or method Genus has developed to remove a limiter. I don't want this. Mainly because we know it won't work, so it would likely end very badly for Z. But really, going off what we know of how such a thing might work, we have been shown that extreme stress (e.g. multiple near death experiences) result in major power-ups assuming the individual survives. So if there IS something in the basement meant to remove a limiter... well I'm praying its not some sort of torture device. And given Z's apparent subborness, immortality, and general nihilism, I don't think he would nope the fuck out of there if faced with such a thing, either. The fool would absolutely agree to some dumb thing like that. So. Please no. ONE I'm on my knees begging you not to do this. Please don't hurt him I'll die I swear
But as for my best guess... honestly, we don't really have much to go on here. At surface level, Genus appears to be telling the truth, and has disband the HoE and it's research. After witnessing Saitama' s impossible strength, the crushing realization that the culmination of his life's work and entire belief system was fundamentally flawed logically would have him give up the house of evolution and it's goals. HOWEVER, that isnt to say he gave up science and research altogether. Actually, I would find that REALLY hard to believe. Heck, even The anime emphasized the intensity of his passion for scientific advancements. Even if his current belief system upon which he founded the HoE was blatantly disproven, the passion and desire to learn and understand and discover doesn't just dissolve into thin air. I think it would be near impossible for someone who has dedicated their entire life to research to just... give up science altogether, at least in such an abrupt manner.
Tumblr media
Remember this cool thing season 1 did that showed up 3 times and never again?
So why wouldn't he just switch gears? Saitama has essentially solved the same problem Genus was trying to tackle, only through a completely different method. What reason would Genus have to NOT begin researching the Nature of Saitama's power? And actually, the fact that Genus was even able to explain as much as he did about the 'limiter' to Zombieman during their reunion suggests he did just that. He at the very least looked into the subject enough to coin the term 'limiter' and create a theory about how every being has one, etc.
At the same time, when Zombieman confronted him about the House of Evolution, axe raised and ready for execution, Genus didn't seem particularly worried. Rather, he admitted he didn't have much left to live for. So I think, though he may have started research into the 'limiter' and its removal, I think he was unable to make any sort of headway on emulating Saitama and has since given it up. Or at the very least, if it IS ongoing, he honestly doesn't see any sort of success on the horizon. If he truly thought he could replicate Saitama's power, with or without its prices, I don't think he would have accepted death so quickly? I think his passion would have been reignited, and he would be doing SOMETHING with his findings. He wasn't the type to just... die with unfinished business. Quite the opposite actually, remember he was willing to die in order to see his research through to the end at the hands of Carnage Kabuto.
So, I'm lead to believe that there is SOMETHING pertaining to research on limiters in the basement. Maybe failed experiments, maybe calculations upon calculations with impossible solutions. I'm thinking Genus is going to show Zombieman why 'removing his limiter' isn't just a simple task that can be done at the drop of a hat. I think this will largely be a way for us the audience to recieve some more insight on how the limiter theory works. That said, I'm not certain where that will leave Zombieman. So long story short, I'm still quite worried for Z, and don't know where his story is going.
