Just finished watching Pete’s pov so have some random good moments from Orange17:

-first of all, Pete’s girlfriend Kara uploading a 10 gb file like 30 minutes before MCC, breaking Pete’s internet and freaking him out with Orange15 flashbacks- “I nearly just dropped out of the event chat” 

-Pete’s mom gifting 20 subs before MCC :D

-another before stream moment when Pete leaves to go to the bathroom and Grian turns to stare into chat’s soul (part one, part two, Pete’s reaction) 

-False and SB met/spoke to each other at Minevention?? 

-the group talking about Pete's sleep schedule and how he wakes up at 4 am, and Grian laughing that "not even the sun can beat Pete"

-False seeing Ren's skin and going "who invited Freddie Mercury?" in chat (bonus clip) 

-actually can we talk about how Grian spent the day of MCC17 feeding giraffes

-Pete, about Ace Race: "I was possessed" 

-the entire team absolutely refusing to let Grian talk himself down and self deprecate we love to see it 

-False and Grian’s bow synergy?? Both shooting at the same time in Sky Battle and Dodgebolt, and of course in Survival Games when False gave Grian a multishot book for his crossbow (which he then put quick charge I on as well) and Grian giving her punch II for her bow, with Grian’s multishot getting multiple hits in the final fight and False’s punch II saving Grian’s life against Fruit 

-Grian literally just following Fruit in the lava TGTTOS map and getting 11th place LMAO + bonus “11th, not too bad, yes Fruity, thank you!” and in chat “I love you fruity b” 

-False muting just as Pete asks “False, how you doing, you good?”, waiting in silence, before going “understandable” 

-All of the Vault Hunters jokes! No echo in this vault sadge 

-SB’s “I just killed a man I’m not proud about it” having the exact opposite energy from “just killed a woman, feeling good!” 

-Grian in Ace Race going "I was 5 seconds behind Philza and he's really good so I'm happy"

-False just doing her thing the entire event, getting blue vault and doing parkour like nbd, her fighting in Sky Battle and Survival Games (top 5 in SG hello???), completing build after build in Build Mart without much struggle 

-do I even need to mention Sky Battle or Build Mart, or that Dodgebolt, or Pete’s Ace Race, or SoT winning the audience takeover by 0.1% like holy cow 

-Jimmy and Grian excitedly showing off their top 10 placements to each other!!

-Grian’s experience with invisible mazes coming in major clutch in Grid Runners

-Pete and False going to DB 3 out of 3 times they’ve teamed what a duo hello?? 

-Grian doing the piston parkour first try in SoT like hello?? And the word puzzles without chat?? My streamer using his braincells?? And he did really well as sandkeeper for his first time even though he gave me mini heart attacks every time he walked out of sight from the timer </3 Sand Daddy ftw 

-Pete’s whole “Grian if YouTube and Twitch don’t work out, Fiverr, you know, a one time gong session, that could go” 

-every “HBG on top” moment <3 

-Grian and Pete looking at each other in the windows at the start of Grid Runners, Grian going “hey handsome ;)” and Pete responding “oh?” with the full eyebrow wiggle as his chat is just full of :flushed: and peepoShy

-Grian going to the bathroom during the Decision Dome, going "oh please tell me it's Build Mart- YES" just as he returns

-Pete’s chat that’s it that’s the post seriously they’re hilarious and straight up simping for Grian the entire event 

-in TGTTOS round 2 when SB was considering punching Gumi off if she made it to the end LMAO 

-In SoT, Pete running all the way back to get arrows from Grian to do the skeleton lava parkour, then going back, doing the parkour, and turning the corner to find arrows on the floor XD 

-Grian calling Fruit “his best friend in TGTTOS”

-every time Pete says something along the lines of “Grian I’m so happy for you” 

-not Orange specifically but Survival Games really was adoptee on adopter violence huh, Fruitninja annihilating Purple and then Orange killing H and Pink

-Pete’s reaction to Grian taking charge in Build Mart like seriously go watch his face 

-Pearl and Scar watching Grian's stream, and Pearl and Martyn donating for the school project <3

-Pete outdated sadDrake Tech overrated NOPERS Dre annihilated MEGALUL long have we waited PauseChamp Grian activated 

-bonus after event stuff, Fruit in chat going “I think Grian is the best player by far”, a whole bunch of people (including Bad, who wasn’t even in the event) joining the call to congratulate them, Scott telling Grian he’s not teaming with Pete and Fruit anymore and their cries of horror, Martyn reacting to Grian’s shriek of victory and their Build Mart 

-bonus x2, this clip of Martyn telling his chat he knew Pete and Grian would hit it off <3

Where: 

My (former) office in Santa Monica

What I see: 

-I’m cleaning out my desk because my job has ended, and there’s 2 years’ worth of junk that I’m trying to sort through

-This office is poorly-lit with flourescent bulbs that are spread out in a weird way so that there’s entire parts of this floor that are completely in darkness, followed by spotlights of alien-like beams that will shock you awake if you’re feeling groggy

-I guess I didn’t get the memo that today is also in observance of New Year’s, so it looks like I’m the only person in this office--indicative of the idea that my job is ending--I was gonna do a grand walk around and tell everyone how sad I was to be leaving and you know “I’ll friend you on Facebook”, because for some reason if you work near someone you don’t want to be their friend on Facebook, but as soon as it’s over you’re like “I now need you in my life forever”--but it looks like that’s not gonna happen

-The things: 

So many half used small steno pads-it looks like I would just start writing on one, then likely lose it for a little bit, then move onto another one--what’s also great is that most of these notes are the same

-A couple copies of “The Book of Joy” written by Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama--I have never read it, but I’ll probably take a copy home and still never read it 

-I have a warm lamp--it has a small metal rod that goes into a warm yellow square lamp shade--it looks like it should be on the set of “Modern Family” in whichever one of those is the fancy house

-There’s a lot of empty boxes behind me, previously used by me for shipping things--they’re accrued from anywhere I can find them, so one of them says “Dirty Dancing” on it--I wonder which “Dirty Dancing” that box was at--I wonder what that box has  seen

-There is a gigantic map of the world behind me--It takes up the entire wall (and remember, this wall pretty much separates me and the entire floor--I’m alone in a corner), so I look at it often, thinking of all the places I could go. Me and some people that also work on my floor once put tacks into where we were from, as a fun thing. It probably ruins the integrity of the map, but I like that my little mark will be on that map wherever it goes--someone will say “there’s a dot right out of Dallas, did you ever see this?” and someone else will say “huh, I wonder why”, and somewhere else I’ll be eating Doritos and rubbing it on my pants

-I have two mugs that I loved, that will always be with me: one that I got in Virginia Beach that has like an air-brushed turtle picture on it. The other one is a mug that looks like a small carton of “Blue Bell Ice Cream”--I think it’s so cool because I love Blue Bell, and it’s in a mug and I love coffee, so it’s just the best of both worlds

Other stuff:

-I unforwarded the phones for the last time and that felt just great, like taking a long shower

-I’m wearing this new coat that I impulse-bought--it’s a green plaid coat with a sheepskin lining. Basically I’m wearing a big blanket, and I truly love it, and although I’m too warm in it right now, I will not take it off

-A big note lays right below this Desktop Mac computer (that has my I Voted sticker on it), and that’s the note that says the password to my company email address--I had to change it every 4 months so I went on a theme of foods I liked with the numbers 66 because I like those--ones I remember are “HotDog66, “Burger66″, “Waffle66″, “Sandwich66″--the one I’m ending on? “Cookie 66″ 

Tiny things:

-an almost-entirely-used container of honey next to a container of screen cleaners

-a cup sitting on a marker in a way that defies gravity

-one sticker that says “ROARRRR!” from when my friend sent me a bunch of Katy Perry-themed stickers

-a note on my desktop comp that says “orange15″ that’s been there for 2 years and I have no clue what it means

-my Outlook has 14 unread mail messages--and PERHAPS I’LL NEVER READ THEM (but probably I will)

Officially ran out of space for saving vods today fellas

After some pondering I made an archive.org account and I'm going to start uploading my minor stash there and then delete them off my computer (yikes this is scary I don't want to lose anything ahh)

Quite a few of the 39 streams I have saved aren't available on Twitch anymore so I'm being very careful in case I delete anything I shouldn't

My saved vods rn include all of Scar's s8 streams, Fruit's 3 HBG streams, several mcc vod reviews and practice streams (orange15 full team from both Pete and Shubble's povs, purple16 team practice minus Fruit from Scott), and a couple randoms as well

How do other people do this lmao I'm stressed about losing things XD

I just wanna know if Orange is gonna do any practice </3 I've seen SB on the server on other people's streams but Where Is My Team

Pete said that he didn't know if he'd practice for 17 because of his general feelings on how competitive MCC has become (there was like a 40 minute discussion of this I'm not summarizing it all lmao) which is good! Do what's best for you and your enjoyment! And I know he's talked more about mcc since then but his recent streams have all been like 10 hours long and I don't have the time to watch them

But at the same time I'd love a practice stream the orange15 6 hour full team practice is my one and only comfort vod I downloaded twitch leecher just to save that steam and a sequel would be very nice

if it helps, for 7 straight events i watched false, and ever since i switched up on her something unfortunate has always happened to my live pov. (cyan11 (6th place pog), lime12 (pearls internet 😔), pink13 (captains curse), lime14 (sg sandwich), orange15 (oh petey hutt oh))

Just depends on who you dont wanna be spoiled for, i guess?

Pete!!!! Im really tempted by fruits pov but ultimately i need to prioritize tbnrhutt duo over fruitgrian fuo, bc fruitgrian could potentially happen again, while im like 100% sure after this tbnrhutt will be nerfed to nothing and never paired again
