OHHH MY GOD LOOK AT HER MY BABY GIRL MY SWEET CHEESE SHE LOOKS AMAZING AHHH YOUR ART IS SO GOOD I LOVE YOUR FORM AND VOLUME AND HOW YOU DO YOUR LINE WEIGHT WITH THE OPACITY AND LINE DYNAMICS your handle on anatomy and rendering is really interesting to me, reading you work in Fire Alpaca with a mouse is mind boggling to me, i remember when I was doing the same years and years ago and the skill you show is really fascinating and i am jealous, the way your art is put together is scratching my brain. i have been doing art studies of it and trying to dissect it, it'd have such a interesting feel for animation, you have a wonderful style for breaking down into a limited animation style with a emphasis on dynamics with animation in a 8s, 6s, and 4s with 2s detailing and a hard tweening style [<- just professional animator things lol] The way you render shadow and lighting is also ough. This Zaffre is genuinely so wonderful, new desk top background moments. I love her gesture and expression here, it really captures her as a character! Also the way you draw hands, augh, just augh I wish.

Also thank you! I really love doing in depth research, its the autism at work. I am a proud vehicle autistic. I've said it before but working on a ship for a summer just to know the mechanics of how actual sailing works is probably the most unhinged thing I can say I've done for accuracy sake. Loved my Captain and fellow crew, very sad I got sick and had to leave. Honestly would love to be a sailor if my heath wasn't bungled up and I wasn't like $200k of debt in animation college.

My humanoid vehicle AU's are partially based on my sadly never going to be picked up pitch bible for a science fiction based historical vehicle show [my fatal flaw is niche interests] And it literally makes my day to sit down and work on the most expansive and historically researched BS on earth, my AU is both a lovely love letter to TUGS as the show it is and a Love Letter to what TUGS wanted to be! At the end of the day TUGS wanted to be it's days Steven Universe or MASH [something I am gonna elaborate in another format later] but unfortunately it just didn't have the right ingredients. Its the Same as the TUGS musical I'm working on, it's a love letter to what TUGS both is and was supposed to be along with being a love letter to the characters themselves

I feel like a lonely goat now that I dont see a 52 yr old man’s face, music and appearance all the time. I seriously do not know what to do with myself. Like I still listen to his music at some degree… (Right now its only 🍫🇺🇸 I can listen to without feeling weird) and like just not talking about his music, projects, himself all the time feels abnormal…and sad

Like I’ve been sad and I’ve been trying to get hook up to something to feed that loneliness but it just makes me even more sad. That podcast has helped me a-lot and it made me who I am and it just really helped me deal with my own issues. Now, just not being as enthusiastic as before just feels like “Who am I anymore?” What am I without that special ‘quirky underground’ podcast that you can tell to someone with or without context and it still makes you sound like a madman?

Another thing is that my fixation is still the collective but I need something to draw that involves it otherwise I barely have drawing ideas (Which at this point It might take a while to even think of something) to like keep myself sane. Im so used to having some idea all the time and drawing the same character in my sketchbook 100 times and filling an entire page with them but now I dont know what to draw. I do draw him every now and again (the janitor) as little doodles but I dont …know

I still like it because it holds a special place in my heart and plus he has been a comfort character and I can see myself in the janitor (I will not go in depth) I know you can separate art from the artist because I do do that but its just…so complicated theres a-lot of stuff that It just… it connects to him yknowww….

Ough this sounds like im going to never listen to his stuff and never listen to the podcast ever again, in which I will…possibly in time (Plus I listen to 🍫🇺🇸) Not as deranged listening as when I was well… deranged but like maybe revisit? I think when Dot was away in the Core and Dallas they tried to call each other whenever possible so they could properly talk!

...and now I'm thinking, what if Dot's fingers aren't particularly compatible with phone touchscreens, so they have to make a lot of extra effort to text either bc they have to wrestle with the screen, or bc they had to get an ancient nokia or something similar with buttons, and texting that way is its own kind of struggle. so, calling!

25. (a lil sappy, but..) What do they like about each other?

ough... I think the main thing has always been that they just Get Each Other in ways that other people can't. They both have that love of the sport and that great synchronicity when they play together, and they understand what it's like to be irrevocably changed by it in more ways than most players, to have their old lives stripped away and have their bodies made into something unfamiliar. and they help each other deal with that and work through it! it's good to have someone around who just understands you. kindred spirits. you know how it is

Beyond that, Dot likes that Workman is just such a warm person, someone who brightens up the room and makes them smile, makes them feel more at ease in any situation. Workman likes all the little things about Dot that the blessing tried to hide but couldn't, like their sense of humour and their devotion to their team, and of course how good they are with Beasley and how Workman can trust that Dot is the right person to take care of him when they're not around :')

15. Who's the first to cry during movies that don't seem sad?

I think this definitely depends on the movie! Like, they can't watch anything with ocean scenes in it when SomeThing is around bc it gets upset and bad things happen when it gets upset!!! I think Dian would probably cry at some things in movies. Yado will cry at cute animal scenes. Phoenecia might cry a bit at a scene that reminded her too much of her old life and then she'd have to insist that this isn't crying, it's the new Moisturization Ducts that she gave herself, they're very efficient

I feel like this is a bit harder for me to answer when I still haven't seen either of them, but here's my best attempt at sorting them:

OUGH HM. i think she has sparse memories of her mom, but as time goes on she forgets more and more and she doesnt know how to feel about it. she doesnt feel particularly sad, but she feels like she should be? dorephan and other zoras have better memory of her which you know now that im saying it out loud could potentially mirror how the zora viewed miphas death post calamity. but anyways!!

from when she was alive i think it was good? like i think when mipha was super little she was Not mature for her age (which is probably a good thing honestly). she would want to fight lynels until she learned of shock arrows of which she would be deathly terrified then. she would also eat bugs. i think she still would honestly and see nothing wrong with it. but because of this her mother and her kind of. not fought but clashed from time to time. like when her mom was going to do something dangerous (skydiving off a really high waterfall like in trident ceremonies, or once again fighting a lynel) she would Really want to go with and would sometimes sneak there just to do it. her mother would have to scruff her by the neck and try to convince mipha to Not do that. though… i kinda wonder how her mother would. interact? because on one hand royalty and also i dont want to have like. the same archetype of women for every women character i have/for every mom i have you know? id almost make her like carol holiday from deltarune but that.. probably wouldnt work for this. honestly though. i think id kind of want their relationship to play into miphas whole doormat thing/fear of standing up/a fear of breaking rules with a supposed consequence. like her mom would have a mindset of “this has to happen because its how things are”, and so while her mom would love her and protect her and all that jazz, she’d accidentally reinforce miphas fears which probably develop more when shes older/ like. 11. in that era mipha would look likw acht side order before sanitization. and she’d be nervous a bit. i dont know how well i described the reinforcement of rules thing honestly. its kind of like a power imbalance that mipha views she has no control over especially when something isnt Traditional but still Legal and Possible.

basically ????? . this is also not helped due to the fact there isnt really a hint of mipha/sidons mom. not even a statue. she could honestly be divorced which while it wouldnt fit the theme itd be Really Funny. though that would raise the question of if she knows about mipha post cal

alsoalso. this is a bigger ??????? because now that im actually writing a fic for this. i would like to see if she could Fit The Themes. when first writing this having her be basically. only really there to further miphas development feels… not great. i dunno i do want to develop her more and maybe reveal some of those developments. but yeah

theres probably a memorial to her. whether or not shes divorced or dead. mipha might also have a relic from her and its complicated.

Which trial's song from each prisoner is the better one?

Fun thing I thought I'd ask myself. Since most song vs. song debates come down to character preference how about we just pit one character's songs against each other? Tee hee.

Haruka - All-Knowing and All-Agony is my pick. The piano melody in the background is honestly just breathtaking. As much as I overall like Weakness' guitar and harmonies, i think AKAA is overall the better product.

Yuno - Tear Drop. The chorus just absolutely bangs and the synths are so good. This is a very slight win because honestly Umbilical is kind of on the same level in my mind - they're both similar in the vibes department, but have different strengths. I also have to give props for being the longest T2 song by far.

Fuuta - Backdraft. I'm pretty neutral on Fuuta as a character which makes me not listen to his songs quite as much... Extremely slight win, 'cause I like it's consistent level of energy. Ask me tomorrow and I'll probably say Bring It On (the last chorus especially is so damn good). Fuuta's CV's voice is an absolute treat.

Muu - After Pain. I was obsessed with this song when I first got into Milgram and still kind of am. It just sounds so uniquely 'lonely', conceptually extremely sad and yet somehow cheerful. It fits Muu's character really well. I also love INMF for it's isolated vocal moments where Muu's CV can really bring her all into it, but overall, this is my pick.

Shidou - Triage. I've never liked Throw Down all that much because it's always sounded almost Too normal and neutral to my ears. Triage has this soft melancholy in its instrumental and somber vocals during the verses. And also, that final chorus... OUGH. I can see why someone would prefer Throw Down, though.

Mahiru - I Love You. I really like how this song played with everyone's expectations when the previews came out. Mahiru rapping is so fun and really works compared to the cutesy idol-like chorus. The lines before the final chorus and the double-voiced rap part leading up to it is also fantastic. TIHTBILWY has instruments I like a bit more, but kind of suffers in the interesting concept department IMO.

Kazui - half. Gonna be a contrarian here, but this song has always been one of my favorites. It's very unique in Milgram's selection of songs with its slow, soft melody and almost minimalistic instrumental compared to the others. It sounds sad, Kazui's CV is so soft with his voice and yet expressive. Besides, it's a song about unrequited love. This was made specifically for me I feel. Cat is also really, REALLY good, i love Cat, but. Half. !!!!!!!!!!! I blow up

Amane - PURGE MARCH. DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN MYSELF. I like Magic, but it pales in comparison to this song's mixing, its chanting, its concept, its MV.. GAHH!!! THE AMEN BREAK?????? The verse repeating the 'commandments' over Amane's singing? What else do you want me to say. This is a banger.

Mikoto - MeMe. Harder metal instrumental = me likey. The chorus is gorgeous, and the back-and-forth between the two styles is especially great. I prefer Mikoto's CV's voice in Double, but I can't say I prefer Double because it's just too damn short, not to mention it only being 2 verses and 2 choruses with a long speech break. I love Double, I really do (also because a piano is always good), but... MeMe has the tightest grip on me.

Kotoko - Deep Cover. I've never been the biggest fan of Harrow. I love Deep Cover's gimmick of counting the prisoners and the Undercover mirroring, plus it has Double's appeal with the bridge before the chorus sounding angelic. I wouldn't say I love it, but it's really good.

ough that's so sad 😔 😔 😔 😔 i love characters who can't keep out the bad and succumb to it 👍 👍 👍 👍 i didn't know he was marcelines dad (ish?) 🤯🤯 and those lyrics are very augh 💔💔😔😔 i womder what happend to betty, did she know what happend to simon?

okay so . a lot happens to betty,

starting with the pre-canon stuff from fionna and cake. before the mushroom war shes shown repeatively sacrificing for simon, they start officially dating when betty misses her bus for simon, they go on an expedition to find an ancient book and when they do she makes simon take all the credit for it. theres a scene with them sitting at the bus stop after with the song "everything in you" (written for the show) playing. lyrics im normal about

original show betty plotline now.; in the episode "betty", simon gets turned back human after getting too close to this wizard thing that steals magic (long story its not important right now). he makes a portal back to the past to say goodbye to betty, and she jumps through the portal. the crown doesnt work anymore and simon starts slowly dying so betty goes and just beats up the wizard thing to get the crown's magic back. this works and hes the ice king again. she then starts obsessively trying to cure his curse and keep him alive

she does a ritual with magic man (this other guy. all you need to know is hes magic and insane) to help him become the ruler of mars. finn and jake intervene and it goes all wrong and betty gets all of magic man's insanity and wizardry. and magic man is now normal man.

in "king's ransom" she takes ice king's crown and does Some modification to it. in "broke his crown" princess bubblegum and marceline go into the crown with virtual reality and find out betty put an ai of herself in the crown to fix the curse. the ai causes ice king to act Really weird like he just can not function. they destabilize the ai and everythings good now

in the elementals miniseries, she gets finn and jake to collect gems to power a spell to go back in time to stop the entire mushroom war. ice king stops this (albeit unintentionally) and accidentally zaps betty to mars.

in "temple of mars" we see her on mars, trying to get over her obsession with trying to cure simon's curse. she does not get over it

in "come along with me", the series finale, she does a ritual to summon golb (basically god). it works, ice king and betty (also finn hes not important right now though) end up getting eaten by golb. golb digests them and strips them down to their core forms (ice king -> simon, betty -> not insane anymore) and betty pushes them out of a hole in the side of golb. she uses the crown (which was originally a wish crown, it was cursed by the first wisher.) to wish to "be able to keep simon safe no matter what" (which is her deepest want since the crown only grants what the wisher wants most. shes so obsessed with her cringe ass husband...). she becomes golb.

back to fionna and cake: simon repeatively tries to go to golbetty (golb+betty) through a ritual and succeeds on the 3rd try. after some non-betty related things, golbetty talks to simon through a mental reliving of when simon stopped betty at the bus. he says he couldve tried more to support her like she supported him. he tries to go on the bus with her, stops and says "this isnt how it happened". im just gonna write the dialogue here it makes me . SO insane

B: "we made our choices. we couldve made better ones, but i dont have any regrets. you were a wonderful experience." S: "you were... everything."

UGHHH those 34 seconds make me so insane oh my godddd. the scene ends with simon saying his life isnt worth less than his friends' and symbolizes him getting better. god fionna and cake makes me so insane. simon and betty's relationship is so well written and makes me so normalcore

SECURITY BREACH RUIN SPOILERS

Finally got around to watching a Security Breach Ruin playthrough, oh boy. That was a lot. Most notably in my own thoughts, or as many as I can pull out of my head right now-

• Obviously, so much more fleshed out and developed. I'm really happy SW was given all the time they needed to make this dlc, because it's just so so good, storywise and obviously in its gameplay compared to the unfortunate fate of security breach.

• Bonnie's Glamrock design had me screaming - there he was!! I love all the fanon designs for him don't get me wrong, his game design is just as refreshing and cool. The bright light blue in the main of him reminded me of Toy Bonnie (aka one of my favourite animatronics) and was a very nice colour to choose in comparison to purple, since that colour is mostly incorporated in Roxy's design now (and Aftons whole thing but ykwim). Brilliant!!

• ROXY. OUGH. I pitied her and liked the memes abt her that went around during the first game and her hatred for Gregory following into the new one (duh, wants her damn eyes back), but oh my god her whole thing with Cassie made me so sad. Surely your friends will show up this time!!! Number one!!! Twice!!!

• Not gonna lie, was very much expecting an ending where the mask gets permanently stuck on Cassies head and the AI Bunny(cant remember atm what ites being called lmao) just torments her for all of eternity. It struck me as really important that the mask had such an intrusive and physical method of use, and how Cassie is now permanently connected to the network whether she has it on or off, I thought they were going to do more with it in the endings. I know that the Brazil ending had Cassie using it to hide from her fate with the mimic, but that feels to me like its more about Cassie using it to escape rather than the reality of the mask now being specifically part of her. Not a complaint at all though, just my own personal thoughts and observations!!!

• The Mimic. Yeesh. Rip having to pretend to be Gregory of all people just to get out from a sinkhole, may I remind you the Mimic literally sassed Helpi in the first rid of the AI Bunny? Most in character line he managed to stitch together lmao (i have more to say abt it but I am too tired to try and write thst out rn)

• CANDY CADET. SOBBING.

• That poster up by the vents from BOWLING to FAZER BLAST being Freddy's poster for Bonnie? Cry. Legitimately made me tear up a little. I don't care what context people are choosing to frame their relationship in based on that "Love, Freddy" bit or what is actually confirmed canon (when do we ever get that in fnaf tho/j), they were programmed robots with a legitimate sense of care and affinity for each other and that is SO. DAMN. SAD.

�� Follow up to that, DID SHUTTING DOWN ALL OF THE CUTE LITTLE YELLOW SIGN BABIES RELEASE BONNIE'S SPIRIT OR KILL IT? Regardless, those glowing eyes from his body in the secret bowling area had to mean something. Imagine being destroyed like that and having your soul trapped in your immovable body, waiting for who knows how long for someone to evem find you...

• Monty's story? Both don't trust it or Monty at all and still feel kinda a little bad for him. Going on the principle that he's had the ability to feel since the beginning too makes me worry for his possible character conflict when/if his full story if explicitly revealed. Someone gave him the ability to become one of the four, and still I don't think it was Bonnie despite the little art story. Monty might have been the one to destroy Bonnie to get there, but I think that hand with the guitar is symbolising that he had some kind of help along the way.

• Was kinda hoping Chica was gonna get more of a fleshed out backstory but its fine, she got her bits and thats okay! What was with the voice box bit??? Her minigame looked like fun tho lmao

That's most of what I feel like bringing up for now. Overall just a solid, banger fnaf game that I absolutely now just regard as its own installment completely seperate to Security Breach. Finally getting back into the swing of things. Cant wait for what's next!

cause i’ll be real chat sometimes We all need to stop constantly attaching one character with another .,, Like Yeah! i really do enjoy the gasa4 characters being one big family! or including lampert into the family! but that’s not JUST what they should be attributed for you know

and ough rant. theres too many people out there that ONLY see lampert as wallmark’s “son” and it really reaaally bugs me

canonically he isn’t their son. canonically they are all friends! but obviously im not going to impede on fun cause yeah! i also see lampert as their son too!! but making that his only trait when its not even canon? that shit irks me man i dunno.,,..

or hell! wallmark itself!!! theres more to mark than just being sad and divorced! theres more to wallter than him being this flat 2d character that didn’t care!! its so fun to explore the depths of characters aahh

okay got a little sidetrack ehe this post was meant to be a little hc thingy about wallter mark and lampert and how i think their family might work

i think this whole thing can be summarized as just. adoption. but like it isnt. lampert was never really adopted “”””officially””””

like the way i view it is that lampert was probably a young kid in rokea that eventually grew fond of wallter and mark's shenanigans when they came in one day so he just kinda pitched in for the ride

and like the two eventually just kind of like started taking care of him and schtuff blah blah blaaahhh typical fond family or whateveerr (they still left lampert in rokea for the majority of his childhood but it wasn't until his later teen years that he started to like kind of ""move in"" with them)

idk idk essentially lampert just kind of grew up with the influences of wallmark and occasionally sees them as parents. er. more often than not. but still heavily associates them as "really good and awesome and caring old farts (((friends)))"

okay Secret Life's over and I've only watched Cleo and Skizz's finales.

but I wanna rank the seasons just bc.

Secret Life is honestly 1 for me. it had my favourite alliances yet, I loved the Cletho + Grian team (I refuse to call them 'Roomies'), the Heart Foundation was amazing, the Mounders were pretty cool, I actually really enjoyed Lizzie and Scar being alone, no matter how sad it was. Big Dogs were amazing actually, one of the best pairings, most fun base in all the seasons just off the top of my head :]

but I have to say. first half of the season was my absolute favourite. silly tasks, BigB gaslighting everyone, Lizzie, Mumbo, Jimmy alive, etc etc. it's probably up until the episode they die where it felt like it decreased in enjoyment for me. the zombie apocalypse task was ehhhh, the vibe was cool, very LL energy, but I overall didn't like it all that much (I understand and appreciate it still, but the whole cancelling out other tasks was sad :[)

the vibes of this finale seem... weird.

and you might say I have no place to say that, having only watched two finales and getting spoiled on who the winner is yet again, but I personally didn't enjoy it. everyone felt extremely rushed and fumbled so hard. Joel in particular on his Skizz kill. Cleo didn't get a chance to defend herself, and neither did Etho, and presumably Grian. all the group ups felt off to me. I feel like the Heart Foundation should've stuck more to Cletho + Grian, they all could've done a bit better them I feel.

the massive group of people just sticking together and killing everyone else was a bit ehhh to me, but as Cleo put it, they'd have to kill each other eventually (ive watched it twice and I can't remember exactly what they say. I am a failure :[)

second is Last Life, I was insane over Team BEST for a while, but I'm more insane over Team TIES now (I have reasons I won't say teehee)

loved the mechanics for this season. boogeyman was very cool, and the random life count was epic. favourite mechanics actually.

lot of favourite deaths, Impulse's final death was pretty cool to me, betrayal deaths make me bite the bars of my cage, not looking at anyone in particular *ahem* BigB, Martyn's stupid yellow(?) death, Scar and BigB's final deaths were insane (Operation Bubblevator!!)

Fairy Fort was an insane alliance I never was that big on them when this season was active, but hooooollllly hell these guys. (Do me a favour. Die for me.)

the music disk, Etho freaking everyone out with it. the "Bogeyman", Southlands. Southlands just in general.

episode 6...........................

the final 8 survivors (-one. you know who they are they won it.) Pearl's boogey kill, her protecting Cleo, Joel's double kill, the final 2 battles. ough. this season had everything man. I hate the cold and winter but the wintery vibes of this season were immense and I loved it so much (no thanks to the Snow Fort...)

a lot of the final yellow kills were cool, in particular Etho and Cleo dying together, in the same order (twice in a row!!). Etho trying so hard to at least kill Ren before Pearl killed him is one of the most memorable moments for me.

and Mumbo screaming as Etho fishing rods him up into the air. and then the dogs.

and the lotion throw at the beginning of session 6.

and Lizzie's first death after failing to kill her husband. those are all extremely memorable moments :]

3L is next for almost no other reason than "nostalgia" purposes.

one thing I liked about this season was how innocent and pure everyone was.

idk about anyone else, but, except for its burning. s. I really enjoyed the Wool Castle. the swamp. and Etho trying to become Shrek or something. what was up with them

my favourite character from this season was undoubtedly Joel though. I LOVED his base, his dead bushes, Cleo dying to his roof, his roof constantly burning. with him. his army of dogs. first dog boy. Gerald. ine. I feel like he forgets his red skin at some point in this season and I really enjoyed the skin changes between colors.

also feel like him n Cleo tease Renchanting for being so loyal to Ren. (oh my go d they're actually calling him king!)

4th is Limited Life.

listen. I feel like I should like this season more than I did. I was sort of falling out of the Life Series at this point so I don't have much to say let alone remember.

but let me tell you.

another season I feel like I should've enjoyed more. I loved Team Ranchers at first, but the way everyone sort of treated them was... whatever, and them people talking about Boat Boys made me live Boat Boys (I didn't feel much for them at first, but oh my gosh) but those two are my top two pairings (I can't pick between them rn)

I have no hate for this season

Scar and his allay buddy, being oblivious to who his soulmate is, Mickey Mouse. Scar was a pretty fun character, plus all his skins for this season were really cool!! insane over them still

all the pairings were really cool, I loved the Divorce Quarter, the Vultures. they were cool, I loved how they just refused their fate. (and how Martyn literally killed himself. and how Cleo was the only person to have died all three times while Martyn was partially responsible for all of them in some way.)

the pillar outside the Midcentury Modern Home or something. the fishing rod party. (Joel and Etho's demise-) one thing I feel like was overlooked with them was that Scott was like. wrong. about them. sure having the both of them pulled up so they take double damage was stupid. but it was Joel. who. died. and took all of their hearts. Etho didn't even hit the ground. in fact I think he barely even left it.

also one thing that makes me bite and tear at my cage is that Etho and Joel were the pairing to have died at the midpoint. 3 pairings died before them. 3 pairings died after them. and, despite Joel losing their earlier 2 lives, Etho being the first to die on their final life splits them into top half and bottom half, with Etho being 8th this season, and Joel being 7th.

And your opinions on sbr are (and I promised to myself to never use this word, but I just can’t find any better one that fits my opinion here) fr based. When it comes to HP and Diego teaming up it feels like the smallest parfait in the world. By the time you get pumped up end exited its over already.

I’ve read sbr two times and on my second reading I kinda ignored chapters that feature Lucy, quickly reading through them and even skipping a couple (I guess it’s kinda obvious which ones). It’s kinda sad how little I ended up caring about her bc she barely interacted with other characters. I kinda wish she was more like Yasuho (although what happens to her at times is kinda awful too, but she’s at least an adult and characters that wrong her are a-holes so that’s an improvement). When it comes to writing female characters it feels like Araki peaked in Stone Ocean and it was sorta downhill from that.

And it might be just me, but the whole sbr ending felt so meanspirited and cruel and what happened to Johnny in p8 made it even worse. I know that it’s supposed to be sad, but not like that.

Jojos did Stone ocean and RAN and was fueled by girl power to then trip over on itself and throw up and roll around and scream and cry for Steel Ball Run to be some of the most mysoginistic shit Id ever seen from araki. and even in SBR Hot Pants was so cool with sUCH a strong set up only to falter out in the last bit of chapters, like Araki just stopped caring.

SO much time thinking about jgy and lxc and jgy-and-lxc in whatever permutation. i think you would love jgy because like. he’s perfectly tailored to you i think. he is very much a character whose character and fate are BOTH the result of society and its restrictions AND the result of purposefully making every choice with his eyes wide open. and that just makes his suffering and death all the more tragic!!!! also he is killed by the man he’s implied to have been in love with (lxc…..yes it IS as painful as you’re imagining……….he asks lxc to stay with him as the temple is collapsing so they die together and when lxc DOES jgy’s last action is to shove lxc away so he doesn’t die………) and then he canonically is sealed in a coffin with their OTHER sworn brother who tried to kill him repeatedly and who he cut the head off of and they’re meant to be sealed in for one hundred years. and he has dimples.

falling into the lxc-coding by already loving him... and you're RIGHT; i agree he's perfectly tailored to me...

like i LOVE a good intertwining of character and fate from society and choices made... like it's part of why i love barry so much since [vaguely gestures to his constant debate over whether he's evil or not and what others have to say about him]— ANYWAY.

The best ship you've written for MMMM I lowkey can't pick, this one either but I think CM!Y/N and Changmin are sUCH a win!!! Something I remember vividly from reading one of your fics THE DANCE SCENE IN OFF THE RECORD... the imagery was absolutely incredible and just loved that the thing that brought the lovers together led to their first kiss... What I like the most about your writing How defined you make the universes in ur fics! liu honestly felt so grounded, and it makes reading the continuity rlly easy across fics. A fic i'm excited for you updating/posting OUGH this is so hard to choose, im probably most hype for The Reveal and Hot Commodity rn.... just seeing the small snips in each of the other fics makes me SO tempted to know and read... but then i remember u haven't written them out to post yet and im like "oh." A character/ship I didn't enjoy/think about as much before you wrote about them Surprisingly Hyunjae and Chanhee! Esp after reading Simple Gifts,,, like ive always seen Chanhee more of like... bestie energy but that fic did a complete 180 for me and i was like "DAMN OK! Cute as fuck!"
