Ok so I know I already asked once but I adore him and he's my fave so. Oemmet character bingo. ><

You can ask as much as you want, Fero! I'm happy to do these for you and all of my friends!

In fact! People can just throw characters at me, even if you're not sure I know them. Chances are high I am actually familiar! And even if I am not, I will look them up and give my general impressions based on what I see! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ (Talking with Riso, I've realized I need to share more about myself here, so after the AU poll ends, everyone should look forward to a poll regarding how I'll go about doing that! Oemmet!! He gets the Blorbo by Proxy space because you said he was your favorite :)

I gave him the Beast Unleashed space because well! Riso and I gave him an in-universe fan-club that watches him from afar in the Subway. He doesn't give much attention to people being frivolous with his time once he's settled into the idea that Ingo is gone (even if he refuses to admit his acceptance out loud), so they have to be careful with trying to get pictures of him. He doesn't pose or welcome people taking pictures of him, he's working, interruptions detract from safety-! (Imagine our surprise when he's actual quite popular amongst all our friends! We were like oh! Accidentally called it!)

Riso's design of Oemmet is just, like, SO good! Oemmet looks fantastic in every picture, just exuding immaculate vibes. He's a skrunkly ol' grump, but he's also fantastic when he's in the right mood. He dresses crisply, because he never stopped following Ingo's fastidious style, and takes great pride in how he looks. Although he has a dad bod, he's a little slimmer than Oingo is because he is very strict on his diet and has a physical regimen he follows. Taking care of himself and his health is his way of stubbornly holding onto the idea that Ingo will come back. If he's not healthy enough to last for however long Ingo is gone, he feels like it's a betrayal.

He's a bit of a bastard to people, as I said earlier! Haha, he's absolutely bluntly answered people "No. Now go away," spun on his heel, and walked away. Granted, he doesn't refuse to help people who are in need of assistance, but someone just trying to butter him up or flirt with him or any of that kind of stuff gets the cold shoulder. The Agents have had to soothe relations with bureaucrats that visit from the Mayor's office on more than one occasion - Emmet is handling the Subway, there is no need for anyone to step in.

Oemmet is softer in the Royal AU, for sure. He's more sad and guilty in that one than angry and bitter as he is in the core AU. But, he still misses Ingo desperately, and wishes more than anything to be by his side.

for the second bit, i like a lot of aus~ i enjoy whenever people work off of the emmet is reshiram/ingo is zekrom fantheory, i really enjoy @glassesblu's oingo/yemmet and oemmet/yingo aus, along with the ones they have going with @belltrigger -- especially bot emmet, changeling ingo, and unicorn emmet! i also like @unovanhunny's selkie au cus... i like selkie aus x'DDD

as for my own? i like my main comics of emmet aging alongside ingo while they're separated and then showing up to get his brother back lol, and of course i'm really into hades and persephone au atm

there are plenty others i enjoy, but those are some off the top of my head~

as for their children in hades and persephone au, here's where i get very very wacky with mythology and do some stuff my fellow greek myth nerds would stone me for, so under the cut i go ahaha

okay so emmet and ingo end up having...... a lot of kids. like, a lot a lot. there was a big shortage on gods and goddesses but that has been Taken Care Of because emmet and ingo cannot stop going at it

here's a horrifyingly long list of hcs that may or may not make it into future fics/art when i get around to making more of that

all of their kids mainly work out of the underworld -- even the ones that end up being olympians -- and they're collectively considered equivalent to depot agents when they're not fulfilling major godly duties

their oldest daughter is aphrodite -- she hardcore ships her parents and has no chill

their oldest son is hypnos -- he's technically in charge of organizing all the agents' duties and is very exhausted all the time

occasionally emmet will be the one to get pregnant to spice things up and it usually ends one of three ways: the kid is a super op god, it's a miscarriage, or the kid is born mortal and dies soon after -- it's always traumatizing in the case of the last two and neither of them ever learn

that being said zagreus is a strange mix of op god but who also died and kinda is sickly (he inherited emmet's allergy to ambrosia) -- he's emmet's lil guy even though they like to razz each other

nyx is also one of emmet's good pregnancies and she's a huge daddy's girl

all of them are close with ingo regardless though, ingo loves his kids and spoils them all because he can't bear to deny them anything

the furies are also some of emmet's and they're... strange lol

apollo takes after his parents and is into his twin artemis; artemis doesn't know and apollo drowns his sorrows in this by being a bit of a whore

athena and aries are kismesis -- if you know you know

really there's just.... so much incest going on....... but it's greek mythology so you just have to expect that all the more than any normal submas au

also yes i know NONE of these save for zagreus are considered hades and persephone's kids but this is my au and i get to turn ingo into everyone's mom if i want to x'D

I think I finished it! My Dakimakura Submas illustrations! This was great fun to make, and a huge challenge too because of the canvas size. Im thinking about getting it printed as little pillow keychains for my own self X) if anyone is interested in that as well i'm amenable to printing some for others! Doing this next year cause im making acrylic pins next year for myself as well.

Yippee my Submastober for today!!!

Inspired by the song "Calm Me Down" by Mother Mother! I love this band, and I like a lot of their music eheh. So im glad to do a piece inspired by them!

I feel like this song fits my post hisui Older Emmet Younger Ingo AU (ingo comes back only having been in hisui for 1-2 years. While 15 years have passed for Emmet)

They both have a hard time seeing how they can 'fit in' with each other - with Ingo having lost his memories, and becoming out of place in his own origin universe. And with Emmet, having grown and changed without Ingo - a bit bitter and closed off because of the loss of his brother.

The song is sexual in nature, and speaks of characters with their chaotic life, finding some kind of bringing back to the world, or seeking 'something else' from each other.

Surprisingly in this AU, I have found that their sexual relationship has become key to the story - Emmet is someone who has forgotten what vulnerability and tenderness was like. Ingo only wishes to make his brother laugh, less tied up in his own thoughts.

Initially they fall into (an old memory) of a Dom/sub dynamic, where there is a sense of 'rule following' and strict boundaries that allow them to safely explore intimacy. They also slowly have to relearn things about each other -- Emmet wanting to be more open with his self to Ingo. Ingo wanting to actually feel like he doesnt need to hide that he doesnt know much about their world anymore, that he's not the 'perfect older brother' he 'used to be'

It's complicated! And I love it.

My headcanons for this

- Oemmet has a folder called 'the public' cause he realizes its probably bad form to throw away stuff people have given him, but he really doesnt want it. If its cards or something he files it away - The first time this happened a year or so after Ingo disappeared, he had a pretty bad reaction. So now Depot agents who accept them on his behalf just file anything paper and keep the chocolates for themselves

Been chipping away at this for quite a while! A lil comic set in an AU where Ingo spends only a year or so in Hisui, but his return overshot and he arrived at a point in time where 15 years as passed for Emmet. They have a lot of suppressed emotions and communication difficulties - but the love is still there ^_^

Ahhhhh I love them so much! They deserve happiness after being separated for any point in time.

Also lineless work is so hard XD This was rly tedious to do, plus they have a lot of fiddly details on their outfits, woof! It takes quite a while to draw. But! It looks fucking great.
