Chreon Week Day 8: Free Day

Prompt: “Free Day: Age Difference AU (RE6 Leon x RE8 Chris)”

Summary: In which Chris goes to the bar in hopes of drowning out his feelings after the events of the Village in Romania. And maybe going home to sleep it off.

What he hadn’t anticipated was coming home and finding a very confused and disoriented Leon in his living room. Except it wasn’t the Leon he remembered. This one was younger than his Leon had been.

If things went accordingly, this Leon would probably live to be older than his Leon would ever have been.

Rated for Language, Canon Typical Violence, mentioned Character Death / Suicide, and Suggestive Themes.

Post-RE8 Chris loses his Leon due to his Leon’s downward spiral into Depression that led to his death. RE6 Leon loses his Chris in Edonia (Chris doesn’t make it. He dies with his team and Piers is the sole survivor) and is transported to RE8 Chris’s dimension moments before his own supposed death, thus sparing him from a gruesome fate.

No actual su*c*de is shown on-screen. Implied mostly. Based off of several fan-arts on RE Twitter with RE8 Chris/RE6 Leon. Also low-key connected to my other fic “Misplaced” or more-so the concept of being transported to another dimension at the last second before they’re supposed to “die” in their own dimension.

To be honest, this was not something I thought I was not gonna like, because I am usually a Jedistormpilot shipper, but not really a Damerey, and also I am not too keen on sugar baby, or Dom/sub dynamics. But after reading this I think I found out something about myself, this is lovely, and very smutty. It's sexy and cute, it's very well written and even if it takes the characters away from their normal setting and still they are recognizable as themselves. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it certainly is mine.

Nobori and Kudari AUs At a Glance pt.1

Hello! Hi! So, I made a long post about the Dead Dove AU, and it got me to thinking! There's a lot of AUs floating around between me and Riso, and honestly not all of them have been talked about publicly! You might have seen some art from Riso but!! I thought it might be convenient to make some "at a glance" style posts discussing the slightly different angles of each AU.

Some notes may be vague, both because some things might have to stay secret for maximum impact, but also because I may not have thought of it yet.

Also, although I call select AUs 'shared,' Riso and I collaborate on all of the AUs. Shared ones are simply the ones we conceived of together, instead of coming up with the idea and subjecting each other to our brain worms.

Bot Emmet AU: Synopsis: Ingo wants to be everywhere all at once, so he decides to build a copy of himself. During the process, he realizes he's actually deeply lonely, and turns it into a brother, friend, and companion instead. Waking up before Ingo expects it, Emmet builds his own personality and becomes a real companion to Ingo, instead of a fabricated one. Spin-offs: Horror Amnesia 'au.' Nobori: Excellent with all things of a mechanical nature. Because he has felt emotionally isolated from others his whole life, he has trouble understanding his feelings and emotions; this also leads to him going quiet when he doesn't understand what he's feeling. Incredibly dedicated to his job and providing excellent experiences for everyone who comes to the Subway. Wants to do the best for Emmet as well as the employees in his charge. Rather serious, but he also loves to discuss electronics and programming. He will info dump if given the opportunity, and enjoys deeply discussing topics of interest to him. He is also incredibly wordy. Has a penchant for continuing thoughts out loud, not realizing that others have not been hearing his thoughts and being suprised when they confused. Kudari: Ingo is more important to him than anything else, regardless of his programming. He enjoys supplementing his knowledge via searching the internet. Has an overwhelming and inexplicable need to learn how to use nun-chucks. He's capable of taking pictures with his eyes, and has dedicated folders of pictures of Ingo. Because of how he was built, he is unable to stop smiling. Since the agents of the Subway are Ingo's guys, they are also his guys. He considers the subway agents to be like ducklings. Sometimes he will stand stock still in corners because he has found a strong signal and gets distracted with searching for things he finds interesting. Doesn't understand Ingo's verbally continued thoughts more than anyone else, but he joins into the conversation anyway. Romance Dynamic: Emmet initiates. Ingo is initially shy about it, and worries that he forced Emmet into it by programming him improperly. Ingo's entire sexuality and comfort with his body expands upon sharing his feelings with Emmet. Extra Tidbits: Ingo is trans and Emmet does not identify with any gender (and has completely interchangeable genitalia attachments). Fics: Build a Companion for Yourself, Nobori_Search.exe , Meet

Bride of the Black Dragon AU: Synopsis: Emmet has been chosen as the Bride for a ceremony which gives someone to the local deific figure, The Black Dragon. Unfortunately, Emmet does not know much of what this entails, and fears that he has been sent as a sacrifice. However, when he arrives... Nobori: Honorable and strong, Ingo is well-versed in all aspects of being a gentleman and a scholar. His background is similar to a prince's upbringing, so he speaks formally and with poise. When he is more comfortable with someone, he relaxes some, but still speaks overly formally. Has a playful side, and likes to thump his dragon tail when he's in a good mood (this translates to his human form as well). Kudari: Just wanting to live a normal life, he's at first intimidated with being forced into such a dramatic life. When left to himself, he's naturally curious, and likes to explore. His self-esteem is somewhat low, and he believes deeply that he's painfully normal. Gets extremely bashful when given compliments. Romance Dynamic: Ingo initiates. In the beginning, there is a size difference (￣y▽ ￣)╭ ehehe 🤍 At first, Emmet is shy, unsure, and Ingo gently builds his comfort. It's a respectful and soft love (with lots and lots of sexy times). In order for Emmet's body to adapt to special changes, he needs to take in the energy he and Ingo will share once their bond is complete. Hisui AU: Synopsis: Ingo has certain memories that, no matter what he does, slip away the moment he tries to recall them, almost as if they are being taken from him. Despite this, for the fleeting moment he can experience them, they feel so very important. No matter what, he will find a way to remember. Nobori: Determined, he will fight to learn what his dreams mean. Although he does not seek out the help of others, his friendship with Akari allows him to accept her offer. He does not wish to cause trouble for others, and so he tends to push his own worries to the back of his mind, and instead focuses on ensuring others are safe and happy. Knows in his heart that he is missing someone deeply. Kudari: Because he is helpful to a fault, he will try and assist anyone as much as possible. Fiercely protective of Ingo, he will tear himself apart before he allows anyone or any thing to bring harm to his brother. Has a weakness for sweets. Although his speech is stilted in his native language, he takes rather surprisingly to the language in Hisui, and learns it quickly. Romance Dynamic: To be seen 🤭 Extra Tidbits: The twins have not admitted their feelings to each other in this AU yet - Ingo was thrown into Hisui before it could happen. The fic is still in progress! Fics: No Such Thing as a Bad Omen, Bonds Forged Long Ago Dead Dove AU: Synopsis: Built exclusively to explore dead dove topics, it has bloomed into something much bigger than that. Ingo is a controlling figure who explores all the interests and kinks he can think of, using Emmet as the one who experiences it all. Contains many dead dove topics, and the base AU is mostly centered around their sexual experiments. Connections: Mermmet AU Spin-offs: Death Train AU, Angel Demon AU, Pet AU, Royal4 AU, Quadruplets AU Nobori: Believes deep in his core that he and Emmet are two halves of the same person, cruelly split at birth. Incredibly high libido to the point where it is almost always in the back of his mind. Has a high need for touch, as well, and does not understand personal space when it comes to Emmet. Does have something of a mean streak, and will antagonize people when he finds it fun. Exceptionally calculating, he will plan things for weeks in advance before he acts on it, anticipating every outcome until it is acceptable to him. Kudari: A true empath, he can sense and is effected by the emotions of others. Despite this, he doesn't expect Ingo's treatment of him, and continues to hope that Ingo will stop what he's doing and they can go back to being happy like when they were young. Struggles to understand why Ingo doesn't listen to him, and tries to object to any of their activities that he does not like. Finds it difficult to not trust Ingo, and often falls for misleading words, stumbling into new scenarios. Romance Dynamic: Ingo initiates. Ingo is obsessed with Emmet, and shows it in unhealthy ways. Ingo, despite being well-read, does not understand sub-drop, and only provides the most clinical of comfort after their 'scenarios.' There is love in there, but it is twisted. Extra Tidbits: The growth between these two is instigated by Emmet's escape into another universe. Fics: Decoupled, Date Night

Royal AU: (shared with @glassesblu) Synopsis: A royal spin off of the Reverse Ages AU, Oemmet is a king who has lost his brother many years ago, and has withdrawn into himself. While he tries his best to rule the kingdom in a manner that his lost twin would approve of, he remains closed off to close bonds. However, with the appearance of a young prince, perhaps he won't be closed off for much longer. Connections: Reverse Ages AU Nobori: Young and idealistic, Ingo wants to impress all those around him and prove he is a formidable prince. When he meets Emmet, he's immediately struck with the need to gain his attention. A skilled swordsman, he is still learning the depths of court life as an adult, but is endearingly eager and determined. Despite this, he is very popular both in his own kingdom as well as in neighboring kingdoms. He is quite charming, and not prone to being bashful. One of his greatest enjoyments is making Emmet smile. Kudari: Emmet is well educated, and acts in the best interest of his country; he is a beloved king, and well-respected by surrounding nations. Because of his hard-work, his kingdom flourishes, but he is still incredibly lonely. He misses his twin, and considers Ingo's death to be his fault. It's hard for him to accept gifts because of his guilt. Able to see when someone is trying to take advantage of him or his people, he does not tolerate attempts to destabilize his kingdom. Romance Dynamic: Ingo initiates. It's very courtly, with exchanged letters and gifts and romantic poems recited to Emmet in beautiful, scenic locations. They like to flirt in established court manners, and be as romantic with each other as possible. Extra Tidbits: This AU instigated the Death Train AU, because Ingo did *not* accept that Emmet was left behind and unhappy after his death. So, he jumped off the Death Train, where normally Ingo and Emmet wait for their counterpart to join them, and forced his way into reincarnation to rejoin Emmet. Fics: Back to Back on the Battlefield, Double Heading

Unicorn AU: (shared with @glassesblu) Synopsis: Ingo is a humble hunter in the service of the Queen. He is highly skilled in navigating the woods, and makes sure to not disturb nature beyond what he must. However, those woods contain a beautiful being that the Queen covets among all things. When Ingo captures the unicorn of the woods, he does not realize it will bring harm to the creature. Meeting the unicorn years later, he realizes that he needs to free him, so as to save the unicorn from wasting away. Nobori: Down to earth, Ingo is very self-sufficient. For a very long time, he was loyal to the kingdom, and followed the Queen's commands to the maximum of his ability. Although he is a hunter, he's very kind to the forest, and offers words of respect when he needs to hunt any animals for any reason. Although he is usually straight-forward, he gets tongue-tied at Emmet's beauty, and becomes incredibly bashful in certain situations. Has a great sense of honor, and is dedicated to anything he sets his mind to. When the situation calls for it, he will fight to defend that which is important to him, but he prefers a more peaceful approach. Very strong physically, and loyal with all of his being; it was difficult for him to stop being loyal to the Queen, but his devotion ultimately lies with Emmet, who he chose in the end. Kudari: Sweet beyond measure, he protects the woods he lives in, though he does not do it through force. Simply, his presence cultivates gentle plant growth and healthy animals of the forest. He does not resort to any sort of defensive measures, and is kind to all who approach. Because negative emotions are fleeting to him, he quickly and easily forgives, providing the offender apologizes sincerely or seems honestly repentant. Does not like the feeling of clothing when in human form, but seems unconcerned with shoes that completely cover his feet (open shoes such as sandals cause many sensations that upset him, since he is used to hooves). Misunderstands when things are temporarily offered to him - considers them to be gifts. After Ingo offers his coat, he begins to consider Ingo his Knight, and shares his magic with him. Romance Dynamic: Emmet initiates, though both are quite inexperienced in matters of romance, and Emmet truly believes that Ingo instigated by giving him the hunting coat. Emmet is open to most anything, but does not understand innuendo in any capacity. Extra Tidbits: Due to becoming Emmet's Knight, Ingo becomes immortal. They make cameos in the Death Train AU, because they must check in on occasion. Here, Emmet frequently holds tea parties for any visiting Emmet and Ingo. Fics: None yet, but Riso has made so much good art!!! (this is just a sample because I love his face here!!!)

older boyfriend!Ghost who sucks at celebrating for you guys' anniversary. You think it's endearing. He writes initials of your names together with tiny hearts drawn around them on a cut out board. He thinks he's being really creative and your amused smile just proves it to him (you're just actually holding your laugh).

He replies your messages with only the necessities like "okay. lol. i see. yeah. i'm outside." He's not even trying to be insensitive. He thinks it's the only proper way to do that. You don't take it seriously since you know what he's like in reality.

And he's strangely addicted to mobile games that nobody ever has the patience to play.

You can see him turning into a dad if you unintentionally bring him around an outdoor grill when you guys are wondering in a mall. He's lost his focus on everything, pulling you back with him to really crouch over and inspect that thing.

There have been multiple times you caught him chugging down the chocolate milk right out of the carton in the middle of the night. You told him off before many times but he doesn't believe in doing an extra amout of dishes just for some chocolate milk.

All the same, he acts like this around you. Only because it's you. The way he made up his life before you was suffocating and you're the only person he can do stuff around without silently punishing himself in his head for nothing.

“Age Difference AU: How Leon Met Chris” Chapter 9: “Reunion”

It was dark and eerily silent, Chris hearing his own pulse in his ears along with the breathing of his teammates as they moved across the field between the Science Building and the Gymnasium, scanning the perimeter. The campus was usually teeming with life, but now? That the blue fog had cleared? Deathly silent. Most likely, a majority of the students had been infected and were now shambling around the campus as members of the living dead.

Chris just prayed Leon wasn’t among them.

He hoped he wasn’t, considering Ark was apparently alive and was roaming the campus with Moira and Elliot, having texted Finn to tell the other man where they were hiding out. They couldn’t hide in Leon and Ark’s dorm due to some “strange woman” gassing the room and taking Sherry and Jake, having had intended to do the same to Leon.

Chris couldn’t help but wonder if this was connected to Lucas’s return. Why the man had been so adamant about Chris protecting Leon and Sophie without getting close to either of them, especially Leon. Because doing so would “put a target on Leon’s back” as Lucas had put it. Though, that didn’t seem to matter when Lucas faked his death, went after the same people who made BOWs and then attempted to sneak back into his family’s lives.

Now, some woman and Lucas’s boss had taken Sherry and Jake and were now looking for Leon. All thanks to Lucas Kennedy.

“Captain, I got movement over here.” Piers whispered, motioning to the windows of the Gymnasium, though the figures were clearly shambling.

Though, judging by the gunshots they heard, it wasn’t just bioweapons inside, “Move in!” Chris commanded as they made their way inside, “I highly doubt zombies know how to use guns.”

“Hopefully whoever is firing at them does.” Finn said, “Hopefully it’s not Ark. He’s not the best at the Shooter Games.”

Chris listened closely to the gun being used as they approached, taking down several BOWs along the way, “I know that gun. It’s modified and makes a certain sound…and usually there are two of them…”

“Who are they?” Piers couldn’t help but ask curiously.

The version that did know Time is in an entirely different timeline, and the one in the correct timeline doesn’t know him. It’s just easier for me to leave her out. So. Yeah.

Okay, you know that hc where Tim Reincarnates as The Trash of the Bat Family? It got me thinking of him scamming and making the "Real League of Assassins". He integrates Pru, Z and Owens early, makes them his people (or assassins disguised as servants).

"Where's the coffee?"

Owens, pouring chamomile tea, "We're all out of coffee, Sir."

"Energy drinks?"

Pru, throwing a trash bag away. "All gone too, Sir."

He integrates Kon before he experiences the SA with Tana Moon and other ladies, and Kon becomes his bodyguard.

"Are we doing something bad?"

"Oh, we're doing something veeeeery bad. To Lex Luthor."

Tim rescuing Damian.

"You're Damian Al Ghul Wayne. You're an Al Ghul and a Wayne. You can do whatever you want. I'm not taking care of you."

Damian, not trusting this lying bastard, secretly follows him around. Tim knows Damian is, and begrudgingly just accepts Damian into his fold until he reaches Gotham again.

"If you die, Timothy, I will dominate the world, kill everyone, and then myself."

I love these additions so much!!!

The "Real League of Assassins" is such a petty name, and I live for it. Just Tim as a kid and his little League of Assassins (depending on how far back he went into the past and how soon he aquires the OG best assassin squad). It would be double hilarious if his "Real League of Assassins" doesn't actually kill anyone, but I also respect Tim's right to commit murder however he deems fit. I like to imagine how mad Ra's would get at the name.

Part of Tim's asshole cover comes from Pru. There's two ways this can go. One, Pru is her complete self in front of everyone (she will break someone's nose no matter their price tag). This causes major scandals and issues for Tim cause how could he hire someone who behaves like that? Or Two, Pru is creepily pleasant and respectful around other company, and Tim continues to act like usual around her. This causes people to pity Pru for having such a horrible boss.

I also live for Bodyguard Kon AUs. You know the two of them are playing a "I know your sickly Victorian child looking ass can beat me up, but I will pretend I don't know this until you tell me why" with a "please stop saving me from every small things because I know you know a sunburn isn't going to kill me." It's dealer's choice on how soon Kon finds out about Tim's vigilante gig. Also, if Kon is a bodyguard in this, is he also Superboy or the equivalent? Does he become a superhero once he finds out about Tim's heroism? There's no way Kon would stick around Tim if he believed the persona Tim kept up.

Cue Tim accidentally forming the YJ again, but this time it's hidden from the JL radars and is a closely guarded secret.

As far as Damian, I absolutely love that quote you included. It's so Damian coded and I live for him threatening to take over the world. I also want to see Tim's reaction and how concerned he is over Damian threatening to kill himself. As an older brother, he legit could care less about Damian managing to kill the entire world. It's Damian wanting to die that scares him.

As far as the AU, Tim is trying so hard to distance himself from the Waynes that his dumbass shouldn't have picked up Damian in person. He was probably too anxious to leave it to someone else, but now he has a tiny suspicious assassin who reluctantly became fond of him.

There's a few different ways this can play out.

One, Tim picks up Damian in his vigilante costume and never unmasks to Damian. The little tot starts to think of this vigilante as maybe a brother before being given to Bruce (angst of abandonment tied with identity shenanigans. How soon does Damian realize that Timothy "Trash" Drake is the one to save him from the League?).

Two, Tim starts off with his secret identity in tact but reveals himself while traveling back. They bond, Damian is left at Bruce's, and, to the surprise of literally all the Waynes, the kid is seen constantly talking to the complete jerk Timothy Drake. Damian is actually nicer to this douchebag stranger than he is to some of his family members. What's equally shocking is how kind Tim is to Damian. Tim hasn't been cruel to children before, but he hasn't gone out of his way to be nice either. This cues investigations into Tim by the batfam.

Three, Damian refuses to go live with his dad and sticks around Tim when they return to Gotham. Depending on when Tim rescues Damian, Tim's fake uncle adopts Damian, and they become brothers legally. When Bruce finds out Damian is his son, he doesn't take the excuse, "I found him on the streets!" from Tim seriously.
