For days when the enemy is trying to slither his way in, remember to continue: - praying (Don’t ever stop talking to God, love. Tell Him everything. And if you’re feeling empty and like you have no words, know that it’s okay to sit in silence with Him and know that it’s okay to repeat Help me over and over and over.) - praising Him (Put on some Praise & Worship music and sing through the tears because God is still good in the storm.) - reading/studying His Word (Open your Bible, open your Bible, open your Bible. You want to hear God’s voice? Open your Bible. Open your heart. Read your Bible. Study your Bible. God is going to give you exactly what you need. You know this from experience.) - leaning on others (You cannot, cannot carry all of this on your own. Reach out. Talk to someone. Hug someone. Love someone.)

Que tal praticar o Salmo 1? Nele o salmista fala que é feliz aquele que medita na palavra do Senhor "de dia e de noite"(Sl 1:2). Que desafio! Você sabe meditar ? Tem tirado tempo para fazer isso? Não é fácil. Eu sei. Meditar significa"concentrar-se em profundas reflexões". E quem deseja passar um tempo com Deus precisa experimentar isso. Não precisa ir tão longe procurando meditações inovadoras,"transcendentais", auto-ajuda...  Você tem a seu alcance a bíblia, um manual incrível para sua meditação. Sabia que o termo meditação foi usado na bíblia a séculos atrás no livro de gênesis(Gn 24:63)? O próprio livro de Salmos também faz diversas menções a meditação. Como isso é impressionante!  Como alguns homens de Deus meditavam (NVI):  -passando um tempo obervando as maravilhas feitas pelas mãos de Deus (Sl 145:5) - meditavam nos decretos de Deus (Sl 119:48) -saiam ao campo  para meditar (Gn 24:63) -meditavam ao deitar para dormir (Sl63:6) Enfim! Que maravilha!Pesquise formas de fazer isso no livro da vida, porque só  existe um único Deus (João 17:3). Conecte-se por meio da oração e da leitura de sua palavra, pois Jesus nos deu livre arbítrio,mas espera que a gente vá até Ele.Dessa forma,  daremos frutos no tempo certo e nossas folhas jamais murcharão (Sl 1:3)!!
