Description:

In her world of stillness and nothingness peace only existed when she stood idle on the sidelines. Naive hope of eternity full of quiet and unchanged repetitive cycles kept her there and for a long while she refused to meet the image in the midnight clad mirror that haunted her dreams. There, she could see stars flicker out at the legs of the mirror that did not show her reflection. Mystery shrouded itself around the endless sea of black around, swallowing her whole.

Her peaceful solitude shattered, mirroring the state of the broken glass in which fragments of her likeness appeared. In each fragmented piece, she glimpsed someone else—eyes like hers, but filled with a passion for all things corrupted.

In her dreams she saw herself reaching for the reflection’s neck, fingers slipping through the glass as if it were silk to choke the woman within, squeezing hard until life burst from her and the mirror's reflection showed the dark glimmering skies and only herself, and then the dark swallowed her again. Trembling hands withdrew from the mirror, reaching to brush her fingertips across her own neck. Anger, sadness, pain, confusion, curiosity - it all boiled within.

Maybe because I need to use vpn to change ip address frequently to access websites outside of my country, my second account got banned as well, so I'm going to try not to change ip address this time around

My main account was banned about a month ago (but since I've only been using tumblr for about a year, I didn't know what was going on, so it took me so long to realize what was really going on) The banning was a very serious blow to my passion for creativity, and since I didn't know when I was going to be unbanned, at the suggestion of a friend I created a side account, where I'll continue to update my art, theSo I'm back and plan to reintroduce myself!

I'm from Asia and I'm actually very unsure of my English, so most of the time I use a translation machine to aid in speaking English. I like very handsome female characters with red hair! I really enjoy reading the tags in the retweets and try to fit in here as much as possible. I also like to shred sometimes (or say things that only I might be able to read and talk to myself haha) Currently, I spend most of my time practicing drawing and learning languages, so I might not update my work much in the near future. I hope you enjoy my blog, the more you like it the more I will create!

I think it's so funny that in Persona 3 when you meet Elizabeth she's so weird and off-putting and chaotic and you think it's because she's an attendant of the Velvet Room she's the Arbiter and font of strength for the MC's psyche and probably hasn't had much exposure to the human world so it's okay it's understandable she's a a little weird but then in the PSP game and Persona 4 both Theodore and Margaret are well adjusted people so that means Elizabeth is just Like That(tm) and that's okay cuz that's why we love her

I appreciate you liking my art, those words mean a lot to me, and seeing that kind of appreciation from time to time helps me get out of the trap of self-doubt (which I can't control and most of the time it's the cause of sudden disappearance from the internet). I've always tried to bring you only the best, and have given up countless more unfinished art. But I'm the only one who sees that art, and I'm the only one who's just not happy with it. AT&T, using the same approach that the Third Circuit had adopted, argued that "‘[b]y expressly defining the noun 'person' to include corporations, Congress necessarily defined the adjective form of that noun--'personal'--also to include corporations.'" The Supreme Court "disagree[d]."

First, the Court provided examples of adjectives that differ from the meanings of their corresponding nouns. For example, the Court noted, the "noun 'crab' refers variously to a crustacean and a type of apple, while the related adjective 'crabbed' can refer to handwriting that is 'difficult to read.'" (quoting Webster's Third International Dictionary 527 (2002)). As a result, "in ordinary usage, a noun and its adjective form may have meanings as disparate as any two unrelated words."

Moreover, the Court held that "[w]hen a statute does not define a term" the Court will "typically 'give the phrase its ordinary meaning.'" The Court then found that "[w]e do not usually speak of personal characteristics, personal effects, personal correspondence, personal influence, or personal tragedy as referring to corporations or other artificial entities." Indeed, the Court noted, "we often use the term 'personal' to mean precisely the opposite of business-related" and refer to "personal expenses and business expenses, personal life and work life, personal opinion and a company's view."

Although AT&T argued that in the legal context the term "person" can apply to corporations, the Supreme Court held that "[w]hen it comes to the word 'personal,' there is little support for the notion that it denotes corporations, even in the legal context." Moreover, the Court found that "‘when interpreting a statute'" the Court will "‘construe language . . . in light of the terms surrounding it.'" Given that Exemption 7(C) refers to "personal privacy," the Court finds that the phrase "suggests a type of privacy evocative of human concerns—not the sort usually associated with an entity like, say AT&T." The Court concludes that "AT&T has given us no sound reason in the statutory text or context to disregard the ordinary meaning of the phrase 'personal privacy.'"

The Court squarely holds that the protection afforded to law enforcement information "on the ground that it would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy does not extend to corporations." On a light note, the Court closes with the following remark: "We trust AT&T will not take it personally."
