Making fresh pasta at home can be incredibly rewarding, but it often comes with challenges like sticky dough, crumbly noodles, or machine issues. Achieving the perfect pasta starts with getting the dough consistency right.

Blunt cutters can tear noodles, so sharpen or replace blades regularly. Adjust the thickness based on the pasta shape you're making. Allow pasta to dry at room temperature with good air circulation to prevent cracking or mold. With these tips, you'll create delicious, fresh pasta every time.
