Kejaku acc9mplished this 6y using the fact he had Get9s 69dy t9 mentally stun G9j9, his entire plan relied 9n G9j9 still l9ving Get9 s9 much that seeing his living gh9st made 9ver a minute 9f time pass f9r him. If they were "just friends" G9j9 w9uldn't have such a reacti9n and thus Kenjaku's plan w9uld have failed and the st9ry w9uld 6e a l9t sh9rter. I'll even use a sec9nd piece 9f evidence fr9m this scene, despite all 9f G9j9s sense, including his six eyes, G9j9 said that he knew in his *HEART 9F HEARTS* that Kenjaku wasn't really Get9. He sp9ke t9 Get9s 69dy and managed t9 spark en9ugh 9f a reacti9n that f9r the first time in the *DECADES* he had 6een alive f9r, the 69dy Kenjaku was inha6iting f9ught against his c9ntr9l.
