its kind of funny in hindsight that i was more or less a hostile entity for most of my childhood & only finally understood to not attack people for no reason only when i was 13

[February, 8 - 2003] #OnThisDay but in 2003, our lovely legendary Adrian Holmes was acting as 'Valentine' in the Episode 12(Season 6) of 'Cold Squad' TV series.
.
We use to watch Adrian Holmes acting man of the law, but when we watch this kind of character, we know this man is unstoppable. Although I love him performing as cop or detective, I confess I love watching him like a big bad boy as well. The truth is... we will love him doing anything on TV.

#HEROBAE: Former Wide Receiver Makes Catch Of A Lifetime When He Saves 3-Year-Old Boy Thrown From Burning Building
Phillip Banks is a real life #HeroBAE! He jumped in to save a 3-year-old boy who was thrown from a burning apartment building. His heroic act was caught on video. Watch it inside…
Talk about a real life HERO!
Phillip Banks – a former college football wide receiver at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo – made the catch of a lifetime when he helped save a young child from a burning building.
Phillip – who is also a retired U.S. Marine – caught a 3-year-old boy who was thrown from a burning apartment balcony in Phoenix, Arizona. And the heroic act was caught on video. Check it:

WOW! And we've dubbed him #HeroBAE. Because, well, y'all have eyes.
"Instinct. There wasn't much thinking. I just reacted. I just did it," the 28-year-old told ABC7. "He was twirling in the air like a propeller. I just did my best. His head landed perfectly on my elbow. His ankle got twisted up as I was diving. The guy who was there with me - it looked like he wasn't going to catch him. So that's why I stepped in. I just wanted to make a better catch."
Phillip, who is now a bodyguard, said he was on his way to workout with a friend when he heard screaming. He ran to the burning building and quickly jumped in to help.
Sadly, the child's mother died in the fire. She was identified as 30-year-old Rachel Long, a mother of two children who were also seriously injured in the fire, police said. The 3-year-old bout and his 8-year-old sister suffered critical injuries. So sad.
“The mother threw the second child over the balcony while she was burning and I saw her in flames, head to toe. She was burning but she didn’t make it out,” said neighbor Juanita Williams.
"She's the real hero of the story," Phillip said. "Because she made the ultimate sacrifice to save her children."
#HeroBAE also said he wants to stay in contact with the children:
“I would honestly like to be involved in the kids’ lives because I know they had a traumatic experience and I know that their lives have changed forever," he said.
A generous King. We love to see it!
