Tak jsem si včera všimla, že cizí děti strašně rychle rostou, jen ty moje jsou pořád malé. Plusem je to, že chodí pořád docela brzo spát, a tak mám prostor pro výzkum. Třeba zde jsem provedla experiment ve formě slepého testu, ve kterém jsem porovnala dvě piva stejného stylu – rauch doppelbock. Rauch se do češtiny překládá jako nakuřovaný, v polštině používají slovo „uzený“. Neměla jsem problém poznat, které pivo je z legendárního pivovaru Schlenkerla, ale oba piva jsou moc dobrá, degustační. V Trzech kumpli & Łańcut je višeň, griotka, melanoidiny, jemná praženost, dotyk karamelu. Uzenost je rozhodně silnější v chuti, než ve vůni, praženost není kávová, spíše jako tmavá chlebová kůrka, hořkost od alkoholu. Dobrá volba pro začátečníky s uzenými pivy. Schlenkerla: výborné jako vždy, dost uzené – o charakteru šunky a dřeva, dubové, vanilkový tón, široká paleta melanoidinů, chleba. Skvělá, skvělá piva.
