1. **वित्तीय सहायता**:

   - यह योजना व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए कुल ₹10 लाख प्रदान करती है।

   - इसमें ₹5 लाख का अनुदान और ₹5 लाख का ब्याज-मुक्त ऋण शामिल है, जिसे सात वर्षों (84 समान किस्तों) में चुकाना होगा।

2. **पात्रता मानदंड**:

   - आवेदकों को आयु प्रमाण पत्र, आधार कार्ड, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र, पैन कार्ड, बैंक विवरण और एक हालिया तस्वीर सहित कई दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे ।

   - लगभग 9200 लाभार्थियों का चयन किया जाएगा, जिनमें 1200 अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय से और 8000 अन्य पात्र समूहों से होंगे।

Congressman Jairam Ramesh calls Nitish’s exit a good thing, claims many leaders heave a sigh of relief

On Monday, Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh addressed the exit of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s from the INDIA Bloc and said that it was a “good riddance” for the bloc and many of the party leaders in the alliance are now “heaving a sigh of relief”.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar left the INDIA bloc abruptly and returned to the BJP-led NDA.

Addressing a press conference in Kishanganj district while Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ entered Bihar, Jairam Ramesh dared Nitish Kumar to leverage his position as an NDA ally and asked him to make PM Narendra Modi release the report of the caste survey that was done by the Manmohan Singh government.

“There is going to be absolutely no adverse impact on the INDIA bloc of Kumar’s exit. Many leaders are heaving a sigh of relief and saying thank god this man is gone. It is good riddance,” Ramesh said.

“It is true that Kumar had hosted the first meeting of opposition leaders in Patna, and had been attending all subsequent conclaves. But, although we could not make out what were his plans, in the past two or three months his behavior was not inspiring trust,” he added.

He also mocked Kumar in many ways quoting the adage, ‘Aaya Ram, Gaya Ram’, and said that it should be now replaced with 'Aaya Kumar, Gaya Kumar'.

On Sunday, Kumar took oath as the CM of Bihar for the ninth time which is a record in itself. He ditched the Mahagathbandhan to form a government with the BJP. It was less than 18 months ago that Kumar left BJP to join the INDIA bloc.
