The Key To His Heart
Okay, so... I’ve been meaning to rub my dirty vore hands on The Frighteners for a while now, and it was only now that I got a spark of inspiration for it. Even if people find it gross, at least I’ll be raising awareness of this criminally underrated movie. So watch the director’s cut twenty times before you do anything else today.
Trigger warning for an attempted suicide at the beginning, references to past spousal deaths, references to canon character deaths, references to canon-typical violence, references to a previous unhealthy marriage (Lucy and Ray), references to past unwilling vore, references to emeto.
Otherwise, enjoy and Happy Halloween!
“What was that in that cell, Frank?” Lucy demanded as soon as they stopped running. “I felt something crushing my heart.”
“I can’t fight him, Luce,” he lamented as he tried to catch his breath. “I can’t protect you.”
Whatever this thing was, it was responsible for Debra’s death.
It had taken his wife from him.
And just now, not only had it tried to take Lucy, it succeeded in destroying Stuart and Cyrus’ emanations.
He looked at the pistol that he had grabbed from Dammers, checking the cylinder and re-cocking it. “There’s only one way to deal with this thing. I gotta have an out-of-body experience...”
“What...” Lucy couldn’t even finish her sentence.
“And I gotta have it now.”
Frank pressed the pistol to his temple.
“No!” Lucy cried, her plea coming out in almost a harsh sob. “No!”
“Go away, Luce, just walk the other way,” he tried to coax her.
Despite the early autumn weather, sweat was beginning to form on his forehead as his finger tightened on the trigger. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
“Wait!” Lucy grabbed his shoulder. “Wait...”
With caution, she reached for the pistol, took hold of his hand, and gently pushed the weapon away from his head.
“There’s another way,” she said.
“What?” he asked, opening his eyes.
“Before you turned yourself in, Agent Dammers told me that you’re a pred lean,” she began.
Frank stiffened at her confession of her knowledge of where he stood on their society’s food chain. His stupid pred senses had told him that Lucy was a prey lean from the moment that he had stepped into her house.
“And I know that it... it would be safe,” she continued. “B-- besides, you didn’t even get to eat anything at the restaurant...”
“Luce...” he was afraid of where this conversation was headed.
Yes, his stomach was bordering on painfully empty; he hadn’t eaten since the morning of Ray’s funeral.
Well, he had... he had gulped Magda Rees-Jones down in order to try to protect her, but the car crash had caused him to vomit her up, leaving the now-tiny reporter at the mercy of the Reaper.
And he knew logically that it was unlikely that his system would make the mistake of digesting Lucy, but... what if she got hurt?
What if she ended up dying anyway?
She could die because of him, and he’d have--
“Frank...”
Her sweet voice dragged him out of his thoughts.
“Frank, you forgot that I’m a doctor,” she reminded.
It wasn’t a scolding reminder, though. It was reassuring, as if telling him that she knew what she was doing.
“This was one of the many things I studied in med school,” she told him. “I know that in cases of protection, preds automatically neutralize the stomach acids for as long as needed--”
Her words were interrupted by a long, low, and loud gurgle from Frank’s middle. Even in the dimly lit alleyway, she could see him blushing.
“Oh my God, you’re really hungry, aren’t you?” she asked.
“Lu-- Luce--”
“Frank, have you eaten anything at all today?”
His belly growled again, and he bent over as a hunger pang hit him. Even though his body had already answered her for him, he said, “No.”
“Then it isn’t just about me, Frank,” she said. “You need to keep your strength up--”
“Luce, you’re already in enough danger--” he tried to argued.
“Frank, please,” she interrupted him, taking his hands into hers. “I’ll be fine; and it would help you. All you would do was drain some energy from me, and when the danger’s out of the way, you’ll be able to spit me up and unshrink me. I’ll be fine. I’ve done this before.”
“Really?” he asked.
“Yeah,” she confirmed. “Ray... he was a full pred. One of his ways of winning an argument was eating me until I agreed with him.”
He saw something sad in her eyes; a dark kind of sadness that suggested that there was more to when she told him that her marriage to Ray “wasn’t good.”
That gave him all the more reason to hesitate, even as his stomach rumbled again.
“Frank...” his name escaped her lips and her eyes landed on his stomach.
He gave a resigned sigh; if this was the only way to protect her...
“Fine, I’ll do it,” he relented. “But are you absolutely--”
“Yes!” she said, beginning to sound a little frustrated.
Gingerly, he placed his hand on her shoulder, too afraid of hurting her. She began to shrink under his touch and he reached out his free hand to catch her.
“You okay, Luce?” he asked almost immediately as she was sitting in his palm.
“Yeah, I’m fine,” she told him, noting the hesitance still in his eyes. “Now... you... you just have to open up and let me climb in. Just let me take off my shoes first.”
As she removed her shoes and handed them to him so he could put them in his pocket, another hunger pang gurgled in his stomach. Despite how small she was now, he could hear Lucy wince in sympathy.
Why was she so concerned about him?
She was the one about to be eaten alive!
“Frank... I’ll be okay,” Lucy’s soft voice pierced that nasty voice in his head that sounded a little too much like Dammers.
Frank could only respond with a small whimper.
“Go ahead...”
He slowly moved her closer to his gaping maw, but stopped.
“Wait...” he said.
“What is it?” she asked.
“Could you just... climb in?” he asked. “I’m-- I might-- I’m afraid I--”
I’m afraid that I’ll bite you.
“I can do that,” Lucy assured him, offering him a comforting smile with a hint of teasing. “Well... open up...”
Frank closed his eyes and opened his mouth as wide as he could. Lucy climbed in, laying herself on his tongue.
His eyes shot open at her taste.
It was sweet-- but not like candy, which always seemed to turn his stomach.
It was sweet like cookies or cake... with cinnamon and a hint of something... flowery...
Lavender or...
“Frank?”
Only when he heard her voice did he realize that he had pinned her to the roof of his mouth.
“Just swallow when you’re ready,” she told him. “Take all the time you need.”
He tried to find it in himself to swallow, to pull her down... but he couldn’t.
He couldn’t.
“Frank, it’s okay,” she continued to reassure him. “Just take your time.”
It baffled him that she was being so reassuring as she was lying on his tongue, but, in a strange way... it was comforting.
With a tightening of his muscles, he swallowed with a “GLRK,” tracing Lucy’s path with his finger.
Lucy kept her eyes closed as she was pulled further and further down Frank’s throat. She landed in a soft, wet chamber with a yelp.
Only when her new sanctuary gurgled did she dare to open her eyes again.
Just as she was about to reach out to touch the wall of the chamber, she froze. But it wasn’t from fear-- it was in absolute awe.
In medical school, she had meticulously studied the organs of the human body with such interest. Besides the gurglings of Frank’s stomach, she could hear his heart beating, the blood rushing through his veins, the air circulating his lungs...
It was incredible!
“Frank,” she called gently, finally pressing a hand to the wall of his belly. “Frank, I made it done okay.”
Above her-- no, around her-- she heard him gasp. His large hand pressed back at her.
“Luce?” he asked. “Luce, are you alright?”
“Frank, I told you, I made it done okay,” she repeated gently. “So far, no burning, no acid... just like I told you.”
He sighed. “Okay... but what about... are you... you comfortable?”
Lucy leaned forward into his touch. “Yeah. It’s really comfy in here. But what about you? How are you feeling?”
Frank looked down at his middle, realizing just what a poor job he had done of taking care of himself over the past five years. It was so obvious that he had acted on his pred instincts.
But he felt better than he had other the last five years.
“Good,” was all he answered. “Now, what do you want me to do now?”
“Go to the medical center, but spit me out before we get there,” she instructed. “If there’s an APB out for you, they’re not gonna let you in. But I know that place inside and out.”
He nodded. “Okay.”
Throughout his short journey, he kept his hand over his belly, to reassure Lucy as much as she had reassured him.
And if they made it through this...
He would love to try this again.

Im sad so have some transvoremers pred headcanons of how Nautica, Megatron, Knockout and Flamewar cheering up their prey.(bare in mind im still new to transformers so if these are inaccurate im very sorry you can speak to my agent about financial compensation/j)
Nautica: She has cheering her prey up down to a science, she knows exactly what is needed and just how to get your spirits up before and after noms. She’ll make sure youre ok with physical touch at the moment and hug you for as long as you need, rubbing your back all the while telling you exactly what you need to hear, until she finally, and carefully, places you in her maw, letting you go down at your own pace. Once youre in her stomach shes gonna caress, knead and rub at you as long as needed, even letting you sleep in there if that’ll help, all in all when youre sad yourw her main priority until youre not anymore.
Megatron: He’s a tad bit more to thr point about it, but not in a rude way. Taking it rather seriously, the person he cares about is upset and he makes it his job to get to the root of the problem, regardless of what the problem is. Hes not used to being this soft but he still tries to comfort yah in his own way, he cares deep down yah know(dont tell starscream)? He also gently places you in his mouth and sends you down at your own pace, but once you are down he doesn’t have much time to comfort you while youre in there, hes a busy guy lol, so he lets you chill out in there while he goes off to tend to whatever needs tending to, once he finds time though he makes it all for you so dont worry too much.
Knockout: knockout is a different case to be frank with you, he still understands that this is a serious situation but come on, its knockout, hes gonna be a teasing bastard about it in some way or another. I feel like him having a more care free attitude might actually be helpful here, he still recognizes that youre upset but that doesnt mean hes not gonna fluster you into feeling better. Oh and once he gets to tucking you away its over for you, youre gonna be redder then the surface of mars when he’s through with you. Hes gonna knead and and rub and caress the hell out of you, to the point that you’ll be so caught up in being flustered that you’ve forgotten what you were sad about, all according to hus plan of course ;3.
Flamewar: Flamewar is in a similar boat to Knockout in being a very different animal about comfort, unlike him however she doesn’t really know what she’s doing, shes used to dicking with people and being the lovable dink she is. That’s not to say she wont try though, she’s determined to try literally anything to get you feeling better, even if she accidentally makes it worse here and there. She’s probably stressed out thinking that what she’s doing isn’t helping even though it probably is, once she does start to notice a change she moves to what she knows works; eating you, this is also the part where she can have some fun. Like Knockout she’s gonna tease and fluster the hell out of yah on the way in, on the way down, and for the whole time youre in there, once you’re finally better she lets out a huge sigh of relief, her winging it worked, thank primus, now she can enjoy her favorite person in her belly knowing she helped yah feel better, everyone wins.

This isn't really an ask so much as it is me saying that I admire how brave you are to make a blog like this. Wish I could do it, even if it's just a sideblog, but I'm still scared people might think I'm weird or they might make me shut it down before I even got started. Do you have any advice?
Well, to be perfectly honest, I've never really considered myself "brave" for doing this. The only reason I didn't join Tumblr sooner was because I didn't feel a need to, if that makes sense. I started out on FA - FurAffinity - almost a decade ago. I joined THAT site, because, at the time, my interests were mostly geared towards what might be termed "furry friendly" characters, and it seemed like the best option to me for a lot of the stuff I wanted to write and such. Now, over time, I developed more and more of a taste for human/humanoid characters; I should state that taste was ALWAYS present, but it's become more pronounced over the past several years, even before I joined Tumblr. (By the same token, my taste for more "furry friendly" types has never gone away, either; my interests are varied, at least as far as the types of preds I go after are concerned.) I eventually joined this site simply because those types of characters are not as popular on FA, for obvious reasons. But yeah, I joined both simply because I had interests I wanted to express, and these seemed like the best options, at the time, to express those interests. The idea of people thinking I'm weird didn't scare me because, to be frank, I knew I was catering to a specific crowd: if anybody came around to judge me, then they clearly didn't read the fine print, and that's their problem, not mine. I figured anybody who read my stuff would be into the same things I was into, at least more or less. So...I guess my advice is...have faith that will be the case. If you worry too much about judgment, then you won't be able to express the things you need or desire to express. Just believe that there will be others out there frankly just as batty as you are, and know that those people will support and encourage you. If folks come around who are nasty, ignore them as best as you can: they frankly shouldn't be there to begin with, and are probably just looking to cause trouble or stir up bad vibes. Never forget: "we're all mad here." :)

pred aesop holding a tiny in his mouth and rolling them around like a hard candy to stim
It’s often said that practice makes perfect. The same was true for Aesop’s skills. Yes, he can memorize a face within moments and swiftly put together a model of a fellow survivor in a coffin, but skill like that doesn’t come overnight. He couldn’t dare let his hand get rusty. Aesop generally didn’t have trouble keeping a steady hand, but having a treat to keep him focused never hurt.
Kurt sat in the Embalmer’s palm, shrunken to Lilliputian size. Without hesitation, Aesop popped him into his mouth like a piece of gum. Kurt barely even flinched, well used to this situation. He sat down on Aesop’s plush tongue, enjoying the calm as he was initially gently rocked. The warm breath washing over him was calm and measured.
Aesop got to work on the dummy laying before him. He started with foundation; not too much, since he wasn’t working with an actual corpse. Quickly scrolling through a list of survivors in his mind, he decided to go with one of the women. With this in mind, he began making thin lines with the eyebrow pencil…
Kurt yelped as the tongue suddenly shifted. He wrapped his limbs around it like a bucking bronco, soon being pressed against the roof of Aesop’s mouth. The ride was always a wild one at first, throwing him around carelessly, getting a feel for him. At one point he ended up on Aesop’s molars, whimpering as the teeth carefully came down on him. Mercifully, there was only a light, gentle gnawing before he rolled back onto the tongue.
As Aesop worked, the movements of his tongue gradually calmed down. It had taken to simply rubbing over Kurt’s body, sometimes swishing him around. He was given a brief rest on the bottom palate, getting soaked in saliva. Then he was pressed against the Embalmer’s soft cheeks, rubbed against the slick flesh before he was tossed back. Kurt was able to peer into his throat, pulsing as if waiting for a little survivor to swallow. He wondered if he’d end up being swallowed once Aesop was done.
Apparently this wouldn’t be the case this time. Kurt soon took a tumble out of the young man’s mouth and landed in his palm. The Explorer was soaked to the bone and dizzy, but unharmed. As Aesop dried him off, he spotted the embalming dummy, now a perfect copy of the Coordinator.
“Thank you again for your help, Mister Frank. I know the Manor always makes the process quick and easy, but it never hurts to practice.” he said. Aesop placed him on the floor, letting him grow back to normal size while he drank a glass of water. Kurt wiped his brow and smiled at him.
“Oh, of course! If you ever need someone to nibble on for a while, you know who to call!” he remarked. Kurt left quickly after, well aware that Aesop wasn’t fond of quests sticking around for too long. Besides, he needed some rest after all of that.
The embalmer hummed as he licked his lips, picking up the last bits of Kurt’s taste-not unlike trail mix. He really had to do this more often. If only he could convince other survivors to “help” him out…

When the Tampa Bay Lightning made the trade to acquire Tanner Jeannot, the move left several insiders scratching their heads. Some gave the Tampa and GM Julien BriseBois the benefit simply because it was the Lightning, and everything they’d touched in previous deadlines had turned to gold. But, to give up a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th draft pick for Jeannot was a stretch. The market simply didn’t seem to justify the price paid. Jeannot was primarily a depth guy who some thought could have a top-six ceiling. He had a 24-goal season with the Nashville Predators in 2021 but only five goals and 14 points in 56 games in 2022-23. He is rugged and has no qualms about getting physical, and the Lightning was likely hoping he was the next coming of Nick Paul (from Ottawa) or Brandon Hagel (from Chicago). The idea was that Jeannot would come to Tampa, finish the regular season with some big-name stars, and then produce in the playoffs. Instead, he played only 20 games and had only four points. Yes, four points, then the number of picks Tampa Bay gave up to get him. Coming back from an injury and being impactful isn’t always easy. And, one might argue it’s hard to get a good read about the results of a trade unless there are a certain number of games to evaluate a player. That said, the limited number of rounds and the ineffectiveness of Jeannot while a member of the Lightning is probably telling enough. Frankly, there was a slim chance that Jeannot be worth five draft picks. The early returns suggest he wasn’t worth anywhere close. Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff wrote, “Multiple NHL GMs are stunned by the return. Like jaws on the floor.” One Twitter user (@WizKidBrandon) pointed out: “As an RFA this summer, the Preds could have walked from an $8.4M per year offer sheet on Jeannot (insane to even think about) and received LESS (1st, 2nd, and 3rd round picks total) than they got back in this trade. Wowzers.” In the end, Jeannot got no points in the playoffs, played three games, got beat up by Luke Schenn, and was eventually made a healthy scratch. The trade be reevaluated if Jeannot signs a long-term, team-friendly deal in Tampa? For example, can this trade be considered a win if he sticks around on a four or five-year extension at about $1.5-$2.5 million per season? The answer, perhaps. But, the number of games will come into play. If a healthy Jeannot starts coming close to 20 goals per season for $2 million, it won’t be the worst trade ever. All that said, it will almost take that kind of production at that dollar value to ever make him worth the Lightning giving up five draft picks to acquire him.

[ad_1] Filip Forsberg isn’t leaving Nashville anytime quickly because the Predators announced that they’ve agreed to an eight-year contract with the winger.  Whereas monetary phrases weren’t formally disclosed, 104.5 The Zone’s Dawn Davenport was the primary to report that the deal is price round $70M; Every day Faceoff’s Frank Seravalli confirms that the deal carries an $8.5M AAV and is price a complete of $68M.The 27-year-old has spent components of the final 10 seasons with the Predators after they acquired him on the commerce deadline from Washington in 2013 in trade for Martin Erat and Michael Latta in a commerce that labored out a complete lot higher for Nashville than it did for the Capitals.  Since then, Forsberg has develop into a constant scorer for the Preds and has been a key cog on their prime line for a number of years. Whereas Forsberg has been fairly regular within the goal-scoring division having notched a minimum of 20 objectives in every of his first six seasons (and produced at a 20-plus-goal tempo in 2020-21), he discovered a brand new gear this previous season, scoring 42 objectives whereas chipping in with 42 assists, each profession highs by a substantial margin.  That was ok to complete third on the Predators in factors behind Roman Josi and Matt Duchene with their purpose output — which ranked twelfth within the league — serving to to propel them to the postseason with the group being in the course of the pack in objectives allowed. The timing for that soar in manufacturing couldn’t have been higher for Forsberg because it positioned him as one of many prime free brokers of this 12 months’s class, giving him loads of leverage in contract talks.  That has allowed him to earn a $2.5M increase from his earlier contract and loads of job safety since he’ll be signed via the 2029-30 season.  It is going to be attention-grabbing to see if he was in a position to get any type of commerce safety within the contract as that’s one thing that GM David Poile has traditionally been extraordinarily hesitant handy out through the years. The Preds are clearly trying to stay within the playoff image after including Ryan McDonagh earlier this offseason, and retaining Forsberg within the fold will definitely assist their possibilities of reaching the postseason once more.  They've just a little greater than $9M left in cap area, per CapFriendly, with RFA winger Yakov Trenin probably the most notable nonetheless to be signed, so it’s potential that the Predators might look so as to add one other impression participant this summer season in the event that they intend to spend near the $82.5M wage cap. Sooo, what’d I miss? 🤣
Thanks to a lovely tornado, I lost power yesterday and missed all of the hockey games. My family is okay, so that’s good. I’m just really annoyed that I missed some really good games. My friend who didn’t lose power, gave me live updates and I watched the recaps this mornings so here are my thoughts:
- The Islanders won, so yay! We’ll see if they sweep the Panthers today.
- The Flames won 6-2, which is amazing. I’m so mad I missed that since it seems like all of my faves on that team each got a point, including Matthew. I’m so upset that I missed this😤
- To be quite frank, I don’t really care about the Coyotes or the Predators, so whoever won here didn’t matter to me. Congrats to the Preds, I guess!
- I was rooting for the Blue Jackets, just because my friend is a fan, but I’m not mad about the Leafs winning. I hope Muzzin is okay, it’s terrifying to see a guy do down like that and have to be carried off with a stretcher.
- The Canucks won, yay! I hope they continue to play well, unlike what happened in the first game, but we don’t talk about that.
Saving the best for last:
- The Carolina Hurricanes! The Carolina Hurricanes!! I’m so fucking happy they won!!! I am so upset that I missed that game😤😤 That goal by Sebastian Aho? BEAUTIFUL! The fact that he owned De*ngelo in the process?? Even more beautiful!!

if we're talking lore olympus i find it Inch Resting how the villains are all queercoded, and eros is written as a GBF with psyche writtten in mostly as a 'don't worry, no homo'. apollo, who has one of the most famous and healthy m/m romances in greek mythology ih hyakinthos, is a pred/villain (depraved bisexual is a HORRIBLE trope) while poseidon 'wouldnt know consent if it bit him on the trident' is written as a cute little voice of reason? they used their retelling-liberties really badly :[
Im goint to be frank with you, I feel that the only reason why the author made the comic about Persephone and Hades, is brand recognition. None of the characters have similarities with its original counterparts, beside that Zeus sleeps around and Ares is angry. Im not saying that you can modify the charaters from the source but when you change everything about the character, includng backstory and current events important for the myth, then why does it nedd to be based ff greek nytholgy? like why dont you make it your own thing if you are going to change so much.

Nesalomiva Milena Jesenska
Tumblr media
Samostalno nastavlja obrazovanje i ustrajno utire put ka književnoj karijeri i statusu intelektualca.

Taj svet u startu obuhvata i Kafku.
Uzalud.

Neumorna i neumerena, prednjači u svemu. U krugovima češke avangarde upoznaje svog drugog muža, arhitektu Jaromira Krejcara. Opet obuzeta ljubavlju, Milena 1928. godine rađa prvu i jedinu ćerku, Janu, kojoj ostaje bezgranično odana do kraja.
Od tada voljenu ćerku neprestano priziva u mislima, i priviđa u snovima.

Milenu deportuju u koncentracioni logor Ravensbrik.

Milena je danas priznati i poznati pisac.
