1 cup kodo millet (varagu)
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
Salt to taste
Water (1.5 cups)
Steps to make Kodo Millet  pulao:
Heat a small pressure cooker with oil or ghee. Fennel should not change colour as you add cinnamon, fennel, and bay leaf to a medium flame. Add the onion after that, then stir. After that, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook it over medium heat for a minute.
Add the chopped veggies, mint leaves, and fry on a medium flame for about 2 minutes. You can add a little salt to the veggies.
Add washed, drained millet to the mixture and mix well. Let it dry. The flame should always be in medium.
Add water, salt, and bring to a boil. Mix together and cook for a whistle on a medium or low temperature, or if possible, for 12 minutes on a low flame.
Serve hot with onion raita. Fluffy, tasty, and flavorful pulao that is sure to impress!

Easy Soya Pulao Recipe in Hindi -सोया चावल रेसीपी (पुलाव बनाने की विधी)

विशेश्ता:मैं इसे अक्सर बनाती हूं, क्योंकि इसे सोया से ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं। सोया को चावल की तुलना में तैयार करने के लिए अधिक समय की आवश्यकता होती है क्योंकि इसे नरम होने तक और आपके मुंह में पिघलने तक धीरे से पकाने की आवश्यकता होती है।यह पूरे देश मे बहुत पसद कि जाने वाली रेसिपी है।सभी सामग्री घर पर आसानी से मिल जाती है.
सोया चावल रेसीपी बनाने का समय-
सोया  चावल रेसीपी बनाने मे कम से कम 25 मिनट का समय लगता है.जो कम समय मे जल्दी बनकर तैयार हो जाती है।
सदस्या के लिये रेसिपी-
दी गई रेसिपी के अनुसार  यह सोया चावल रेसीपी  3-4 के लिये काफी है।
सोया चावल रेसीपी (soya pulao)- सामग्री 
½ कप सोया भिगोया हुआ
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
½ छोटा चम्मच जीरा
1 इंच दालचीनी स्टिक
2 इलायची
1 बड़ा प्याज, बारीक कटा हुआ
2 चम्मच अदरक
½ कप गाजर, काट ली गई
½ कप हरी मटर
छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर/हल्दी
½ छोटा चम्मच लाल  पाउडर
½ छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
½ छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
1 कप बासमती चावल , धोकर छिले हुए
2 कप गरम पानी
नमक स्वादअनुसार
बनाने की विधी-
सोया  पैकट से निकाल कर  उसे 10 मिनट के लिए उबलते पानी में भिगो दें। चावल को पानी से निकाल कर अलग रख दें.एक कड़ाही में, तेल गरम करें। भूने हुए सारे मसाले में प्याज डाला जाता है। प्याज को पूरी तरह  होने तक भूनें। अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और महक आने तक पकाते रहें। सब्जियों और सोया को दो मिनट तक भूनें।
मसाले को पाउडर के रूप में मिलाना चाहिए और कुछ देर के लिए पकाना चाहिए। भीगे हुए चावल डालने से पहले अच्छी तरह मिला लें।उबलते पानी डालने के बाद मिश्रण को नमक करें। तेज आंच पर 3 से 5 मिनट तक पकाएं, फिर आंच को कम कर दें, पैन को ढक दें और तब तक पकाएं जब तक कि सारा पानी सोख न जाए।धनिया के साथ गार्निश के रूप में गरमागरम परोसें।दही के साथ खाये और अचार के साथ भी मजा ले सकते है।
