"Ah!" Kaveh quickly back peddled to prevent himself from colliding with the shorter male. He started blankly at the large brim hat his mind processing that this was Hat Guy from Parade of Providence. It felt like ages ago when that event had happened. Clearing his throat a smile found its way to his lips. Even if the neutral face reminded him of a certain scribe that didn't mean the two shared the same personality. "Hello, are you still studying in Vahumana? Have you had the chance to go any ruin expeditions?"

Oh, how tempting it is to simply laugh at such a statement. Given the parastatal nature of their relationship, the words that the puppet spoke were nothing short of comical - yet the doctor knew that it was best to simply remain quiet, to allow them to believe whatever little fantasy crossed their mind. If this divine puppet wished to believe itself as hold any form of intelligence, even as it's strings continued to be pulled in multiple directions, then they were free to continue with such pointless thoughts. At times, it could seem as though the method that Scaramouche had chosen to survive in this world - was to wrap themselves up within lies and discard the truth with all the strength that they could muster. And Dottore didn't much care. As long as he still got to carry out his experiments, as long as his little doll continued to lay under the bright lights, allowing its form to be sliced open again and again, the Doctor cared rather little for the thoughts it may try to use to lie to itself within it's own mind - as amusing as this particular one seemed to be.

"Combat is likely to rise to the need for repairs - I don't think that any of these injuries say anything regarding the level of your intelligence", was all that he finally ended saying, undoing the restraint that had been holding steady the arm he'd been working on repairing, "There - move your fingers and wrist. Tell me if anything is still feeling wrong".

There were a few things that were extremely difficult for Dottore. One of those things just so happened to be admitting he may be wrong. The Doctor was never wrong in anything, he was just mildly surprised over unfortunate changes in events. Having returned to Sumeru only months after he left with the Gnoses in hand for his dear Tsaritsa, Dottore was surprised to hear that the failure of an experiment was already up and about again working with Lesser Lord Kusanali as if he owed her some sort of obligation.

The second thing he found difficult was accepting when something that once belonged to him was given to someone else. That, in turn, was Scaramouche. Frankly, the only reason Dottore had ever returned to Sumeru personally was to ensure the little brat was still locked up.

But no. He was wandering free, and with a new little Vision it would seem. How interesting.

When he initially moved closer, she was convinced he would pull some kind of prank on her. Hence the reaction of pure shock on her face when the reality turned out to be vastly different.

Lumine could honestly barely believe it. Did she get knocked out by a monster out in the wild? Was this all some kind of weird fever dream?

Either way, she sure wished she had one of those ridiculously oversized hats of his now, just so she could use it to hide her bright red cheeks.

Guess who’s getting set up for a big comeback in the next arc I’m planning. 

In a twist this is probably the happiest I’ve ever been with her design. She is based off of a toy after all!

Travel? Have you headed to Mondstadt yet? I've heard some bards sing about it." He asked jumping a bit when Merhak appeared beeping next to his ear. The man turned quickly looking at the robotic toolbox. "Shh, I know, I know. But that client wasn't going to commit." Turning back to Wanderer he sighed, "I was trying to find away to delay seeing this client. They have been insufferable! They've haven't been able to agree on any blueprint and I'm sure this meeting they requested is just to tell they've gone with someone more....palatable." He shook his head sighing. "Perhaps if you have time you could join me for a quick meal? I'm curious what you have been studying aboard." He never did get out much. The few places he's been weren't far from Sumeru.

"Hm?" The Wanderer himself had to even take a few steps back, to prevent a collision. Why did humans have to be so dumb and not watch where they were going. It was irritating. Hearing Kavehs question it was met with a small roll of his eyes. Ah. Right. Vahumana, he had mentioned back then to Lesser Lord Kusanali he wasn't going to stay at that place forever.

"No. I've left to do other things. Though during my time there I did, go on a few ruin expeditions. Interesting what history one can learn from ruins. However, nothing really sparked my interest. So i'm just wandering the world for now." And what about Kaveh, just where had he been going that almost caused a collision. "What about you? Also maybe next time try to pay attention in front of you. Otherwise the next person you possibly collide into, could be injured."

aether hums lightly as he hears the other male out, eyes even widening slightly at the smile and the words of gratitude. well, he's certain that even if the other is not okay now, he will be one day. it eases a weight off his chest in some way and the traveler smiles back, crossing his arms over his chest a bit as he lets out an amused huff. "just keep doing what you're doing," he offers, "the knowledge of the past is more punishment for you than i think you think you deserve."

the blond glances at sasori's vision though and he's comforted again. someone, somewhere out there believed that he deserved to be a vision holder. and aether stands with their belief. "anyone can change," aether says softly into the comfortable silence, "i believe in you."

"How i'm doing. You didn't need to come all this way to check on me, seriously. The last thing I need, especially from you is to be checked up on." Folding his arms over his chest, Sasori was just being his usual stubborn self. He did wish that people would stop worrying about him. He was fine. Ecstatic, just........fine. Which of course was also far from the truth.

"Fine. I guess i'm not completely fine. I just wanted to forget it all and now, knowing the truth. Knowing everything has left me a little on edge." Glancing over to Aether he did offer the smallest of smiles. "Thanks though. For taking the time to come find me, and check up on me. I'm still unclear of the path ahead but i'll figure it out soon enough."
