Aslan! Vlad! You found me! I've missed you... I ran before Mehmed could make me his wife, just like we agreed. But I couldn't seem to find my way back home to you. I have been so lonely... Will you take me with you? Can I go home now?

DETECTIVE DUO STELTZ AND NIXON SOLVES THE MYSTERY OF THE DEAD COUNT
Detectives Rob Steltz and Derek Nixon received a mysterious invitation to a Halloween Ball at the infamous Black Castle. Nixon was enjoying the beautiful architecture when a scream erupted. “There’s been a murder. Count Dracula is dead!”, Steltz said. Such an intriguing case can only be solved by the supernatural detective duo.
(Hello fellow RC fans, shall we play a game? Tonight's Halloween Ball has been interrupted by the murder of our beloved Count Dracula! Use the cards below to determine the murderer, the murder weapon, and the murder location. Remember to read the clues carefully and good luck!)
Three guests were deemed suspects:

Three possible murder weapons were found on location:

And three locations of interest were quickly determined:

Each suspect brought one weapon to one location, but only one was a murderer (today). Go through the clues one at a time, eliminating possibilities as you go. Detective Nixon always began with what he knew for certain:
Traces of Psi inhibitors were found on the wooden stake
Shino-Odori was seen terrorizing the person who was seen kissing Count Dracula at the ball
A suspicious looking old man passed Steltz a message that read: IOKL SAW ENES NGAGNHI NDORAU NI ETH PYTCR. Somehow, magically so, Steltz knew this information to be true
The mysterious sword was certainly not indoors
The Count’s body was found on the moonlit balcony. The body has not been moved from elsewhere
Once Steltz and Nixon checked their reasoning, and was confident that there could be only one solution, they went to the grieving friends of the Count and announced whodunnit.
Who? What? Where? Reblog with your answer.
Do not make your accusation until you are confident you know the answer. Follow the #RChalloweekend tag to get the solution!

A mirror shatters, and I hurry to retrieve it, the fractures branching out like a spiderweb, warping my reflection. Who emerges in the looking glass? "Mary," I whisper... no, hold on. WRONG MARY!

DID YOU SOLVE THE MURDER?
Steltz and Nixon offers the solution.... Thank you for all your assistance....
"It was Shino-Odori with the sword at the moonlit balcony!" Detective Nixon declared. While Shino-Odori first protested her innocence, the entire party approved Steltz and Nixon's reasoning.“I had to get rid of my fiercest competitor from last year’s monster poll! And he looked so tasty!” Shino-Odori exclaimed.
Did you get it right? From the clues, we know that:
Traces of Psi inhibitors were found on the wooden stake -> Ivo was the one with the wooden stake
Shino-Odori was seen terrorizing the person who was seen kissing Count Dracula at the ball -> Shino was NOT the one with the kiss. It had to be Ivo or Loki. And since Ivo had the stake, Loki had the kiss, and Shino had the sword.
A suspicious looking old man passed Steltz a message that read: IOKL SAW ENES NGAGNHI NDORAU NI ETH PYTCR. Somehow, magically so, Steltz knew this information to be true -> Unscrambled, we know that Loki was in the Crypts, so he was not the murderer
The mysterious sword was certainly not indoors -> The sword was outdoors, and the only outdoor location is the balcony
The Count’s body was found on the moonlit balcony -> Self explanatory! We can deduce that the murder occurred here, by Shino, using the sword
And that concludes THE DETECTIVE DUO’S FIRST RCAW MYSTERY. Did you enjoy the puzzle? Thank you for playing and supporting #RCHalloweekend!
