And that isn’t to say that I haven’t enjoyed playing the warden, hawke, and the inquisitor, because I have. I have my attachments to each of them which I think makes knowing I only get to play through their eyes one time that much harder. I know that we get bits and pieces of what happens to them in later games, or they make a cameo, or we interact with other old characters who know them, but I never get to be them again.

I don’t get to resolve my warden’s infection and see them through to a happy ending with their partner, or sail the seas with Hawke and Isabela, or process and heal from the trauma the inquisitor goes through being affected by such volatile magic. Epilogues, cameos, and rumors are nice. But it is hard to keep going through the same “you’re the new chosen one” arc when all I care about is what happened to the last character I built and invested in.

Mass Effect at least allowed you to keep playing Shepard, to keep your story and your relationships going, which only made those emotional beats that much more intense and meaningful. Maybe Dragon Age isn’t meant to be played that way but I wish it could be sometimes.

This isn’t a DA4 hate post either and I am excited the series continues. I can’t wait to get to know the new companions and hopefully meet some old fan faves again. It’s just bittersweet for me I think.

Pasal 3  Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 13/2011 tentang Penanganan Fakir Miskin, menegaskan, para fakir miskin berhak untuk memperoleh kecukupan pangan, sandang, dan perumahan. Lalu, pelayanan kesehatan, pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan martabatnya, perlindungan sosial, pelayanan sosial melalui jaminan sosial, pemberdayaan sosial, dan rehabilitasi sosial. Kemudian, derajat kehidupan yang layak, lingkungan hidup yang sehat, peningkatan kondisi kesejahteraan yang berkesinambungan, dan pekerjaan serta kesempatan berusaha. Sebenarnya sudah cukup banyak program pengentasan kemiskinan, termasuk untuk merawat para fakir miskin dan anak-anak telantar yang telah dibuat dan dijalankan pemerintah. Beberapa di antaranya adalah program Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) dan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Hingga kuartal I 2017, telah menyentuh 6 juta rumah tangga penerima manfaat (RTPM). Kemsos menargetkan penambahan 1 juta RTPM hingga akhir tahun ini, yang berarti sama dengan menyentuh sekitar 9 persen penduduk miskin. Kemsos akan mengajukan rencana jangka menengah dengan mengusulkan PKH 2018-2019 menjadi 9 juta RTPM dan periode berikutnya bisa mencapai 12 juta RTPM. Asumsinya, seluruh keluarga rentan dan hampir miskin bisa di-cover bantuan tunai bersyarat itu. Para penerima PKH akan mendapatkan dana tunai sebesar Rp 1.890.000 per tahun yang dibagi ke dalam empat tahapan transfer. Dana itu belum termasuk dana yang diterima warga untuk program lain, seperti KIP untuk anak SD Rp 450.000 per tahun, SMP Rp 750.000 per tahun, dan SMA Rp 1 juta per tahun. Lalu, ada program KIS sebagai jaminan kesehatan nasional secara gratis. Saat ini KIP diperuntukkan bagi 21 juta anak, KIS 9,24 juta jiwa, PKH melalui Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) sebanyak 6 juta RTPM, dan bantuan program beras untuk masyarakat miskin (Beras Sejahtera/Rastra), yakni subsidi untk 15,8 juta keluarga, di mana 1,4 juta keluarga sudah dikonversi menjadi bantuan pangan nontunai. Sayangnya, meski sudah banyak program pengentasan orang miskin yang dijalankan pemerintah, angka kemiskinan masih tinggi. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), jumlah penduduk miskin Indonesia saat ini masih sekitar 27,76 juta jiwa atau masih sekitar 11 persen dari total penduduk Indonesia. Harus diakui data kependudukan Indonesia hingga kini masih berantakan, termasuk tentang jumlah dan kategori penduduk miskin. Misalnya, data yang ada di Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TNP2K), tahun lalu ada sekitar 25,7 juta keluarga atau sekitar 93 juta jiwa warga Indonesia yang masuk kategori fakir miskin. Namun, data BPS menyebutkan jumlah penduduk miskin Indonesia per September 2016 sebanyak 27,76 juta. Itu sebabnya Presiden Jokowi meminta semua kementerian dan lembaga negara mesti menyamakan data yang ada. Selain persoalan perbedaan data, perlu verifikasi ulang terhadap kebenarannya.
