You cannot help knowing who she is because she is being blared at from all media, whether you like her or not, as  Liberace once said that he is laughing all the way to the bank, so is Lady Gaga. So, who is Lady Gaga giving the finger too, is it you? That is, if you are a fan. For me, it means nothing as she means nothing to me. In other words, I am not a fan nor do I particularly like her songs and music, though she does have a good voice and her video are somewhat extravagant and catchy to see. Of course, I am 4 decades out of touch with today's reality. (I'm 76, but don't tell anybody). It would strike me that you may be wondering why the F**K am I writing about her, if I seem to dislike her, Wrong. For starters, out of curiosity and beyond my curiosity, after seeing her pictured on my Tumblr wall totally in the flesh, I feel I have some legitimacy due to the intimacy of her bodily exposure, as a source of inspiration, and admiration. By the way, I also don't find her physically attractive, but I cannot deny that she is an eyeful.
