Raphael’s laughter, soft and resonant, spilled into the dimly lit inn like a velvet curtain, rich and inviting, yet edged with something far sharper. His brown eyes, warm as a summer’s day but with a depth that hinted at endless nights, locked onto Curumë’s with an intensity that could melt the will of weaker men. He leaned casually against the counter, fingers tracing idle patterns on the wood as if he had all the time in the world. "Ah, my dear half-elf," Raphael drawled, voice laced with amusement. "It is a thrill. Rebellion is the sweetest perfume, is it not? A scent that lingers and draws the eye, even in the most unexpected places." His gaze flickered around the shabby inn, a subtle mockery of their surroundings that danced behind his words. "But let us not trade barbs like common thugs in an alleyway. I am merely a traveler, intrigued by the rarest of things—a man who wears his defiance like a crown and his past like a shackle." He straightened, his presence suddenly commanding yet not overbearing—a magnetism that pulled at the very air. "Tell me, what brings a soul like yours to a place so...mundane? Surely you’ve stories worth more than the dust that gathers here." His lips curled into a smile, not of condescension, but of genuine curiosity, as if he truly relished the prospect of peeling back the layers of this enigmatic stranger.

"I'm afraid my stories are as mundane as this establishment here," the Half-Elf smiled and continued to lie through his teeth while those dark, commanding eyes of the man next to him sought to stare him into submission and yet failed to succeed. "Tales of thrill, adventure, riches. I’d say you know the song and dance, but you don’t look the part." Curumë's playful smile twisted into a razor-sharp smirk. "Dare I say, you don’t look like a man who should know as much as you do?"

The other’s subtle hints alluding to his past, his present even, hadn’t gone unnoticed by the warlock, and it was his turn now to pin the man with his gaze. "You’re right, let’s not ‘trade barbs like common thugs in an alleyway,’ as you so eloquently put it, and get straight to the meat of this conversation."

While the Half-Elf didn’t reach for his dagger just yet—having a fight in front of the tavern keep seemed like a bad idea if he didn’t want to spend another night curled up in his bedroll with nothing but the stars above his head and the cold wind rattling his bones— he was ready to do whatever it would take to get rid of the stranger, should things go awry and no longer in his favor.

Honestly i really do know im being annoying with this but the logistics of swapping out Avon and Raistlin and watching what theh do is the greatest form of Playing With Dolls I've ever ever had. Its a serotonin treadmill. You've heard of watching a brilliant, dark tortured genius asshole slowly create his own downfall what about landing in the middle of such a slipperyslope and starting to turn it into an entirely different one. AND THERE'S PVP ALLOWED, one of my main options rn is Avon-as-Raistlin starts planning how to re-open the connection and either undo this or pass some more things between the worlds- and Raistlin-as-Avon is like FINDERS KEEPERS BITCH. ...Soooo I might actually be able to open my shop earlier than I thought! There were a few things I needed to get sorted out and figured would take another month or two longer, but everything just sort of worked out today a lot sooner than I thought.

I'll be opening with limited inventory since I am going to move at some point towards the end of the summer, and also won't be able to take custom orders until then, but I have a few dozen drow, half-drow, and various other elves that'll all be looking for homes by the end of the month!

I also plan on making a couple more Valas, Jarlaxle, and Kimmuriel plush to open with, too. ;)

Oh, and Raistlin. I'll have a few Raistlins up for adoption, too.

The worst thing RP!Curumë has ever done (so far) was to viciously torture a Drow who had captured him and who done the same to him. He completely lost himself in rage and vengeance. While he isn't proud of his loss of control, he also has no remorse about it and is convinced that the Drow deserved the gruesome fate he bestowed upon her.

He has also attempted to burn down the prison he was held in and in the process accidentally burnt some of the inmates who didn't make it out on time (something which he hadn't considered at all, because his own escape was more important to him)

The worst thing DND!Curumë has done was to steal an NPC's quest item because it threw shade on his Patron and he knew it could be useful for his own escape from his contract. He basically used that NPC for his own gain. ^_^"

Raist

As for Raist, besides murder, he has done a lot of horrible canonical things. I'd say the worst is probably becoming a twisted God in an alternate ending to his story and destroying the entire world of Krynn including the very few people he held dear. I think close to it honestly is using Crysania and leaving her for dead in the abyss.

I am looking forward to Avdeev as Raistlin as I'm sure he'll have an interesting take on the character, but I'm kind of bummed that when we finally get Burlyukalo and Kazmin in the same performance of ПИ, we don't get them as Takhisis/Raistlin, and they are the one Takhisis/Raistlin tandem I'd like to see

He would allow a teammate to die unlocking a fatal trap and thus disarming it and then resurrect them with a rare and valuable pearl he was carrying specifically for that. And then step over their unconscious body and continue the shit he has going on.

Technically, this Raistlin plush is one of my older ones; I made him last year before I even finished most of my drow (Kimmuriel included!).

I originally made two as just personal plush for myself and my best friend, Max. Mine has the red robe, and his has a black one.

They turned out so great that, since I had a lot of materials left over, I went ahead and made six more, only those ones have much better robes since I switched to a new fabric supplier a few months back. No idea if I'll sell them, though.

Usually, the plush I sell are 100% my own design, without being made to look exactly like a fictional character (aside from my own works, but those haven't been released yet), so people can buy them and name and accessorize them whatever they want without it being a copyright issue for my shop. Raistlin and Jarlaxle are the only two exceptions, although in Jarlaxle's case it's just the /outfit/ rather than the actual plush itself, and which I took a lot of liberties with. Raistlin's a lot more like his actual book depiction, since that's what I was going for with my own plush.

Raistlin was one of my favorite characters back when I started reading Dragonlance in my teens. Shocker, I know.

The books hit very differently now that I'm more than twice the age that I was when I started reading them. I can't help but think it sure is a shame that I can't just kidnap Raistlin and Kitiara and drop them into a better narrative.

I have a feeling that if Jarlaxle met either of them, he'd immediately take them in.
